Customer Service was Horrible Over Changed for Pizza and Drinks Talked to the GM of the Store she was rude and smart talking. My family goes there 2 times a week never had any issues. My husband and I went to the Pizza Hut in Northeast Md. First there's no one to seat you so you have to order at front desk. No fountain drinks just Pepsi in bottles. ordered two personal pizzas which were just ok. There were people waiting for their orders and the manger was super load when he talked. They ended up giving the wrong to go pizza to another woman then got mad that she didn't return it. Restaurant smells damp and all the tables and chairs were very sticky. Definitely won't be back. Stopped here on a Saturday night when frankly there were no other options and coming off a poorly executed Popeyes trip - I just wanted to watch a college game and have a drink. That Diet Pepsi turned into a pizza and cheese sticks - which I didn't eat much of and ended up leaving in my hotel fridge. The waitress was nice - but if she didn't want to make trips and be bothered by a customer, it would have been a good idea NOT to fill my glass with ice and only put a little Diet Pepsi in it. My order was an order of breadsticks with cheese which brought back memories of Sunday evenings with my family growing up. Problem was - they weren't cut long ways as they are supposed to be. They were cut in half. Really odd and it ended up ruining that part of the experience. For a pie I ordered large pan pizza with pepperoni and green peppers. Probably could have added onion too now thinking of it- but at the time I just didn't want to add anymore meat. The pizza was good - but undercooked. My kids had never tried Pizza Hut before, so we came to eat here a few weeks ago during a stay at Fairwinds up the road; it was a rainy night and the dining room was empty (though there was a steady stream of take-out). We skeptically sat down...and proceeded to have such a fabulous time that we came back the next night! The dining room is cheery and clean, the bathrooms are spotless, and Michelle was a terrific host. The pizza was excellent and it came out on a pala (paddle) so was rather an elegant dining experience. Definitely exceeded expectations, would come back. read more

The female manager at this Pizza Hut does not care about the company and how it is perceived... the delivery driver was nice and personable though it seems this spot might be understaffed as he took my order. The only reason I decided to make this review was because I waited 20 minutes for a small individual sized pasta, asked specifically for no cheese and on top of that my pasta was a little on the skimp side considering it was 9$ this experience was pretty dreadful. Last night My parents and I called to get some pizza and they closed in about 5 mins. They let us order two pizzas and to pick them up before they closed. We called them to tell them we are here to get our pizzas and they gave our pizza to us, then we paid and left. Such wonderful people that would wait after restaurant hours to give us pizza. This is absolutely the best remaining Pizza Hut location within the tri-state area. The food is always fresh and made with care. The pan pizza tastes almost as good as Pizza Hut's old pan recipe. Workers are always super nice and helpful!! My boyfriend and I will drive 40 minutes out of the way just to visit this Pizza Hut when we're craving the Hut. read more

I am a fan of thick pizza crust which is surely lacking in Maryland. Every pizza joint around here makes thin crust which is like eating sauce on paper. The Pizza Hut deep dish hits the spot and the sauce is pretty good. There is a Dominos Pizza down the street but I like their garlic knots. read more

My first experience with pizza hut came with a near closing call and an order for a large number of chicken wings. I am pleased to say that not only were the wings pretty good but the service was great, and they came really fast. I ordered online, but had to call them to clarify the order. No big deal. This Pizza Hut location isn't too bad. They usually get the order right, but I suggest you check your items before you leave the store. Their favorite trick is to forget to include sauces. PROS reasonably fast Love the online ordering Finally a local pizza hut that delivers to NE and Rising Sun Most employees there seem polite and interested in customer satisfaction CONS 90% of the time everything goes well but maybe 10% of the time they forget a small item in the order, are out of something (one time it was pizza boxes?!), or overcook the pizza Online ordering system sometimes has glitches. Check the price of everything *carefully* on any of their Deals or Coupon items. I've had a real problem getting it to accept coupon codes. I contact corporate Pizza Hut to let them know their site is having issues and they think I'm complaining about the local store and just pass me to them. Parking lot is sometimes full of yahoo's: A few times I've had to dodge a guy riding a motorized dirtbike up and back right in front of their store, past the coffee shop, back up the hill to neigbhorhing house. I let employees know and they didn't notify the manager or call the police. A pickup of rowdy people were also hanging out there watching the dirtbike, perhaps a friend of his? This parking lot is just too small and too busy to be used as a bike track. I coudn't give 5 stars because of the "Cons" I already listed as well as just the quality of Pizza Hut food in general. Their pizzas are very heavy. There are no high-fat choices. I dont care for Pizza Hut pastas at all - gross! I don't know why we keep giving them another chance, time after time. The past three times we've ordered delivery it's taken well over an hour to get to us from four miles away. At one point it was over two hours on a weeknight. After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes tonight they stated they could possibly have it to us in another 45 minutes. No, just no.
