Slowest damn McDonald's on the planet, whether it's busy or your the only one there it always takes long to order your food and once you do even if you go through the kiosk it takes on average 15+ minutes. It's no longer fast food, might as well go to chilis and sit down to get a burger. read more

I don't normally write reviews but today I had enough. I sat in line for 28 minutes to get 2 hamburgers and an order of fries. When I was pulling out of the parking lot I stuck my hand in the bag and pulled out cold, rubbery fries. I was like, "WTH, I just waited for 28 minutes. This is THE WORST McDonalds in the country. Why is the Ice Cream and Milk Shake machine AlWays, AlWaYs down... especially on Fridays... order through the app. arrI've to be told Machine is down and my money could Not be refunded have to go through App. The App does Not refund and they know this. This should be Allowed!!! There is No way the machine is down. What they do is clean the Ice cream machine early and then tell customers it's down bc they do Not want to clean it at the end of the night like they are suppose too. This is a very common practice with all McDonald's regardless of state and location from the people they employ. I have literally went to 3 different McDonald minute away from each other after 7 pm and was told at each one the ice cream machine was down, so they can't make shakes. I have stock in McDonald's and I am sure they are loosing millions from shakes a milk shakes Not being sold due to lazy employees and management allowing these practices. This is heartbreaking to people children who are promised a wonderful tasty treat but can't get something that should always be available when order. I have lived in several different states and can attest that they All do it. It's absurd and bluntly rediculous!!! If your wanting the juicy burger and those salty oh so crunchy fries followed by that world famous McDonald's brand coca-cola sweetness than keep on driving. This McDonald's location lacks in everything from customer service to the products the give out of their windows. Besides all the little love affairs and highschool drama that the staff blatantly put out for the public to see it's disgusting. Their drinks are always horrible and when I say it taste like soap water it really does because I had their Soda tested in a lab of higher learning and it came back conclusive for a detergent in the drink. So they will be hearing from our lawyers soon because when I yell you my wife and I use to eat here every day I can show you all the mobile transactions that occurred. We rarely go there any more and when we do were always reminded why we don't eat here anymore. Whoever owns this franchise should be forced to sell it. This is the absolute worst McDonald's i have ever been to and i have traveled the world and United States in the military and i love McDonald's. This service is beyond slow, the people are unfriendly and you can even here them argue with each other. You would get your food faster if you went to a regular restaurant and ordered at the bar. Don't go here unless you want to wait 20+ minutes. Doesn't matter if you go in or go drive-thru. Dining area is disgusting as well. Absolutely nothing good to say about this place or the people that work there. They obviously don't have any leadership at this location. It's fast food so expectations should never be high. A pit stop on road trip south and here is where we ended up for a quick snack and to stretch... Nothing was quick about this fast food. Waited more then 20 mins for: small fries, 6pc nugget & egg Mcmuffin. However, the main reason for the 1 star is the fly problem, especially in the restrooms. Be prepared to be an extra in the sequel of the "Return of the Fly"... Horrifying, it has to be a health code issue. They need to call Orkin or the kids meals will start coming with mini cans of Raid instead of toys. read more

No rhyme or reason on how they filter both drive thru lines. Never update the app at all to shortages or even if they are open. Case in point ordered food on mobile app and get in line and at 5 pm. The lady rudely and snobby says we're closed so I was kindly trying to figure out about the money we paid on the app. She just says I don't care figure it out. On the app it says call the restaurant. Will never in a million years eat at this place. Hope this review prevents someone else from making the mistake of going to this location. Drive the extra mileage and go to Rising Sun or Elkton. Terrible drive through line and the inside was horrid. There were hundreds of flies buzzing around, slow wait times, and rude employees. Some employees were not wearing masks and there was a hair in my Big Mac. The temperature must have been unworkable because the employees were perspiring visible liquid onto their faces. The drink was not processed and materials had to be restocked and I had to wait another 15 minutes for my drink. By far the worst McDonalds I have ever been too. Always THE slowest service Drive-thru, so slow I have time to type this review. I am sitting in my car typing this waiting for my food, no joke. Not much can be said besides that this location is really bad, some food seems to be prepared before hand as it is completely stuck to the wrapper most the time like the 2 for $5 items, even the fries are always either burnt or soft, rarely fresh and golden, particularly at night. Employees are friendly but some are literally clueless as to what they are doing, 1 of every two visits I have to repeat my order at both windows and even then they manage to miss items if you are to come at night be prepared to spend up to 30 minutes with just 4 cars in front of you. As I am typing this 2 cars left in front of me and I am still waiting..10:30 PM June 26. Order #51 Tuesday 28 March, 1600 hrs. Just watched two employees (kids at that) get out of a hot boxed truck parked right by the drive-thru window, walk into work, while once again waiting over 10 minutes with two cars ahead. read more

This was AFTER waiting inside initially and being warned they were taking a long time to prepare meals and it'd probably be quicker to go through the drive-thru. Typical low-quality, mass-produced food that can be sitting around before you order it. Staff are very young and a little forgetful sometimes. I give this location an especially low score because the traffic pattern and parking lot are stupid. I am not exaggerating when I say there's got to be at least an accident or two at their entrance every week. They let people exit and make a left onto Rt 272 South which backs up. So people see a gap in the stopped cars, don't realize they can't see southbound traffic, and they zoom out (crash!). Or if you're driving Rt 272 South within a few hundred yards of the big Rt 40 intersection people suddenly stop without warning -- to make the left into that entrance. This blocks traffic so it backs up to Rt 40 light, unless you pass the stopped car on the right (questionably not so safe or legal). Once you're in the lot, you'll find it cramped and hard to get around. There is no parking for trailers or larger trucks. The only redeeming quality of this location is that you can use the bathrooms for free. read more

This location is definitely your standard McDonald's. I have not been overly impressed by the service, but I have also not seen a manager scream at the employees in the middle of the restaurant like I have seen at the location near my old home. The only point that I would like to make is that this location really needs to move the sweet tea dispensers out to the dining room. Each time I visit this location and order a sweet tea, it has been sitting around for hours and has no ice, or the ice has melted. The tea is always warm and disgusting. I have to take the cup over to the ice machine and pour out 25% of the product to add ice. Are people stealing sweet tea that much that it should be behind the counter, or is this a department of health item? read more

This is my local McDonalds so it is what it is. The inside is nice since they remodelled. I hate the way ALL McDonalds do orders/service on the inside. I would rather be poked in the eye! For this reason I usually hit the drive-thru which one time I had almost a full soda spilled into my car and they forgot some stuff another... but it's the one so have to deal with it I guess. Rude employees. Started my order it was 4:15am and the menu switches to breakfast at 3:59am. Breakfast is what I wanted. Normally a manager is there by that time and they have their act together. Not this time. The lady taking my order stopped me in mid sentence and gave me a sob story that there were only two workers and they were just getting finished throwing out what was left of the dinner menu and switching to breakfast and it would take 15 to 20 minutes to make... what!? There were no cars in the lot no one in front or behind us. There was no dinner rush before we got there because this place is awful and they tell customers to only use cash past 12am (they pocket the cash obviously why else tell people they can only pay cash?) if I do not use the app they try forcing me to pay cash. This time I did not use the app and so they gave a lame excuse on why they can't switch the menu over. Usually the ice cream machine is broken and they don't have strawberry cream pies or their shake machine is broken. They are pretty pathetic what a shame that this place is the only place open besides a wawa up the road from my job. Better go to wawa... not McDonald's read more

I went to mcdonald's the second in a week and their ice cream machine was down both times. The flurry machine works, but the milkshake machine was not, doesn't make sense. Not only that, but I ordered six nuggets and I was only given four. After I found out I only had four nuggets, I tried to call them twice and nobody picked up. Don't rely on this mcdonald's if you want milkshakes and make sure you check your food before you leave. read more
