This place is always amazing!! They take the time to remember your name and make you feel welcome when you come into the restaurant. I will always make the drive to come down here for their food!! keep up the amazing work that everyone is putting in!! Also, the place is always so clean and welcoming. When you walk in, you just feel like you are home! read more

Nostalgic lunch choice today for their Buffet on Sundays from 11:30a - 1:30p. It's not local pizzeria goodness, but it hasn't changed in 40 years and will take you back to your youth. Service could be better, no smiles from the employees. Clean dining area. Buffet pizza was extremely hot and fresh. read more

The employee was really nice but the food was awful. I expected dominos quality and it was far worse. No flavor, cardboard texture and just plain awful. Even for fast food. read more

On my most current visit, my personal pan pizza was suppose to have two toppings. I only received the majority of one topping, which was onions and as for the second topping, I received a few tiny pieces of chopped bacon. The lacking of the second topping didn't give me a true flavor experience as one would expect with onions and bacon? Come on. this is a personal sized pizza and if they couldn't give me what I ordered, I wonder what they are to those customers who order toppings for their medium and large pizzas? As for the accompanying side of fries, it was so oil logged that next time, perhaps they should save the paper serving container and just have me eat them out of the deep fryer? As for the inside of this iconic Hut, it's depressing as the dining room is still closed and it was mostly silent among the employees until I was asked how my day was going? This is a FAIL.......This is a FAIL........This is a Fail...... I promised myself to never return to this location as I know they could have done better and so can I find better pizza and fries. Update: The manager reached out me and said that he reviewed my concern(s) with his staff. I am satisfied that the above happened!! ( revised on 6/1/24 as I gave incorrect topping originally) read more

First of all, we walked in and the girl at the front, with orange/redish hair, was totally focused on something else not work related. She and the others working tonight were very UNPROFESSIONAL. Laughing obnoxiously loud, meowing, barking, yelling, cursing non stop, very off task and just down right not acceptable to be met with working standards, especially hands on with costumers. Second of all, the pizza was not cut all the way through, it was sloppy cut and just thrown together. The marinara sauce for the bread sticks were cold, we told the girl at the ordering booth that we were dining in, there's no reason the sauce should be cold. I just know that this is very bad costumer service and it shows how much they respect their job. read more

There was no table service. There was no salad bar or all you can eat bar. Very limited drink selection, not even water. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and a margarita pizza. $24.50 each! And they charged extra for the classic pan pizza crust. No prices were listed on the menu. read more

Thought we would try "the Big New Yorker" deal. Well, first off, it isn't that big - pretty much a normal size pizza. Then it is supposed to be cut into 6 slices - well I guess the educational system failed whomever cut it, as 8 isn't 6. But the big issue was the crust was not very good - cardboard like. I ordered extra cheese - it didn't seem like there was extra cheese. The toppings were a bit sparse - not like as shown in the pictures. It was delivered on time, but that was an outside service. Oh well - back to Dommmmino's. read more

For nostalgia purposes thank you. I would like to thank the employees here. We enjoyed as if we were back in the 80's for a few. Excellent service. All of the staff here were fun loving, and also easy going. This is a family friendly place. The pan pizzas were good but not great. Have to say that the vegetarian pizza was the best. A lot of pizza restaurants, don't use fresh ingredients. This one doesn't use canned vegetables. Thank you for that. I'm grateful for this restaurant, as we were pretty exhausted after not too far Hershey Park. read more

The food was out standing i will eat there ever time I'm in town the staff was very nice and the place is very clean

Super excited to go to a Pizza Hut restaurant. Most of the ones in our area have closed, so looked forward to sit down with the family. Unfortunately, they did not have wait staff, so it was treated like a fast food restaurant. You order at the register and then sit yourself and wait for it to be ready. The manager did the best he could, but the food and cleanliness of the restaurant was not good. Would. It recommend. read more

We went today for the lunch buffet - Sundays 11:30-2:30. Loved it. Reminded me of old times. Good selection of pizzas, pasta, bread sticks and cinnamon sticks. No salad bar or salad and you have to get bottled drinks only but the food was really good and fresh. $9.99 for adults and $5.99 for kids. Delicious read more

Here lies my large BBQ Chicken pizza with stuffed crust, brutally massacred before it even reached its final destination: my hungry stomach. The dough could be described as many things, but the easiest way to do so is that Little Caesar's could prepare one for a quarter the cost and five times the value. Pulling a slice from this chewy circle of sadness was about as easy as passing through airport security dressed as a brick of C4. Whoever ran the line May 26 for dinner service, let me make you dinner and we can call it even. read more

Not worth your time, effort, or money. Bunch of people whom care little about the quality of food. Every time I've gotten a pizza, specifically from this Pizza Hut, I have to put it in my oven when I get home. The toppings, don't even get me started! It's like they close their eyes and guess where the pizza is when putting them on! Not to mention they fail to update their website. You can spend 20 minutes trying to order something that's not physically in store, just so you can call and have them tell you "sorry we done have it" Very outdated. Probably last updated in late 2000s?it has always looked the same since I have seen it. read more

I learned that the Pizza Hut in New Holland PA still does a lunch buffet on Sunday, so I checked it out. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It was like stepping back in time. They had about 5 different pizzas on the buffet along with a pasta, breadsticks and cinnamon-sugar breadsticks. While we were eating a member of the staff stopped by our tabled and asked if we wanted any special toppings on the pizzas. We gave some suggestions and about 10 minutes later pizzas with our suggestions appeared on the buffet. That was a nice bonus. The place was about half-full so the turn-over on the buffet was pretty brisk which kept everything fresh and hot. Looking forward to doing it again. read more

No sit down service and I didn't see it noted anywhere. Was craving a pizza and didn't want to eat it in the car. Staff was nice but it seemed like the older gentleman (manager maybe) was tired of saying the same old thing 'you can sit at the table and wait for your order, but take your pizza with you'. Just overall disappointing read more

My wife and I decided we wanted pizza so we stopped at the New Holland Pizza Hut . As soon as we sat down and looked around , we knew we were in trouble.there was food all over the floor ( we entered the restaurant at opening time) , the tables had grease and sauce on most of them and the carpet was so gross , it actually smells! My wife went over to get silverware at the middle island ( that used to be for the Buffet ) there was mold everywhere! We immediately went to the counter and asked for a refund ,before the food even came out to us . I never in my life have seen any restaurant that was soooo! Gross and disgusting! Whoever manages that restaurant should be fired immediately!! You were warned! read more

After a soccer game we headed here because it was down the road from the field & my son picked it. The inside was modern and clean. Love the lighting and local pictures on the wall! Attentive service from our waitress. Our food came out quickly (hot damn, we were shocked. New holland teach the other PH) Garlic bread, salad and pan pizza were delish! I wouldn't normally Yelp Pizza Hut, but this one stood out as one of the best I have been too. read more

I ordered on-line for curbside. I responded to I'm here Link in email when I arrived on time. 15 minutes later still no pizza. Went inside to check - Cashier not wearing a mask. Food was being held in an oven and was not hot, so I don't know if they ever planned to do curbside, To add insult to injury I gave a generous tip when I prepaid the order. I wine found out a friend had a similar experience - they never showed up with her curbside order. read more

If I could give no stars I would!!!! Me and my fiancée ordered here about a week ago. We received cold food and didn't get all the right condiments we ordered. I called and the manager told me that was due to them using grub hub, which I understood because the driver wasn't carrying the hot bag for our food so she gave us a credit for next time. (Manager was Carissa) very nice by the way.) We just called tonight to use our credit and TOLD the young girl on the phone that we wanted delivery. Hour goes by and still no food. So I call, once again. Talked to the young girl and she said I never told her delivery which I did. She then proceeded to argue with me and get rude. I asked if the food could just be remade and sent out for delivery because we are starving at this point. She then put me on hold so she could talk to her manager on duty to see if they could remake my food!?! She comes back and then says they could. They switch it to delivery and then tell me I have to pay 34 dollars because they can't switch my credit over ! I then talked to the manager and he told me he didn't know how to void anything or handle this type of situation. I used to manage a pizza shop for 7 years. Beyond unbelievable!! So done with this Pizza Hut ! If you want a good pizza shop where you won't get screwed over more than once go to Slice Of Brooklyn right up the road ! read more

I ordered here a few days ago and selected delivery. No where on the website said that grub hub would be delivering it and it took an hour and a half to get my food that said would be ready in 25-35 minutes. Completely disappointed. They should put that grub hub is their delivery service and that delivery will be longer than an hour! Or better yet don't offer delivery at all because no one waits that long for food. read more

Placed a phone order to be picked up. Employee was extremely helpful and friendly. Thin & crispy, vegetable pizza. It was horrible, having the appearance of a frozen pizza that had been thawed, then heated, but not very well. It was so lukewarm that there was no evidence of it ever having been hot such as vegetables and/or cheese that moved in the drive home. read more

I ordered a pizza and 2L. I put on the order that it should be a contactless delivery and to put the order on the porch. My husband waited on the porch when we got the phone notification that our delivery driver was approaching. No one showed. I texted the delivery driver to let them know my husband was on the porch. No one showed. I texted again. Still, no one. My husband noticed a car just sitting in a nearby parking lot. My husband approached the car and asked if he was the delivery driver. The driver was sitting there playing Candy Crush on his phone. He gave my husband the order. The pizza was ice cold and didn't have the crust flavor we ordered. I tried calling the restaurant 4 times but no one answers the phone. read more

Overall not bad. The wait was a little long. The pizza was very good- what you'd expect. The breadsticks were cold. Our server was having a little trouble I think, but I can't fault her, she was doing her best. read more

My boyfriend and I had came here twice. The first time the waitress had an attitude. My boyfriend and I ordered the same drinks, my drink tasted sour and kinda bad. I had tried my boyfriends and his was sweet and tasted fresh :/. The second time was quite recently, last week. We ordered the same drinks, both good this time. They had specials on the windows but now on the menu so when I asked out server about it she seemed confused and had to go to the back and ask about it and the prices. We had ordered a large pizza with stuffed crust. Waited about and hour, I work as a server so I usual don't mind waiting and I had someone to keep me company so I didn't mind to much. But we were the only customers in the building and it was very slow. Another employee had came to our table and informed us that our pizza wouldn't come out of the pan and he had been trying to get it out. He said he would give us a 10% discount which was nice, but he had to make the pizza again which took another 20 minutes. We ended up taking the pizza to go.. wouldn't recommend unless you have a lot of time on your hands. read more

After the recent remodel, they removed the salad bar and made the pizza buffet smaller and one sided. They had difficulty keeping up with demand and the buffet was empty for most of the time, and the selection was limited. Definitely didn't seem like an upgrade to me read more

Cashiers are always friendly, pick up has been fresh. I have never dined in, however it seems to be almost empty, even on week nights. Most Pizza Huts seem to be declining but I hope this one stays. The food was like any pizza hut. But the service sucked. I used the app to order my food, and showed up at the time it said. When I walked in no one was at the counter... Okay no biggy they are working, but when the manager Kristi ( I think) showed up at the counter she did not greet me just stared at me. I told her my name for pickup and she still said nothing. She finally finished my pizza, which was sitting out on the cooker belt, and told me the total. Did not even tell me to have a great day or anything. They really need to work on some customer service!! You would think the manger would be the best at it but I guess not! read more

We were driving down the road, thinking that we would go to a nice, well serviced, Pizza Hut. Well, that was not the case. It was our first time going to the Pizza Hut in New Holland. We had ordered our meal and everything was going ok. But, then my dad walked into the place and he told the man the order. Stuffed crust pizza, bread sticks, and hot wings. it seemed that he wasn't paying attention. also, there was a worker that was yelling at her co- worker about what an idiot he was for accidentally messed up the order for someone. we had finally got our food, and we found out that they didn't give us the wings. well it figures. so my mom went in to get the wings, and we got down the road. we were just around are house were we come to find out, they didn't even give us the correct wings!! We were sure that we were never gonna go there again! So, we called that place to tell them what happened, but they never answered. So we looked at the food. The pizza was alright, but the bread sticks weren't even cut! it was ridiculous. Get with the program Pizza Hut. :( read more

Came for a quick early dinner and had to wait to be served due to the manager holding a staff meeting about how horrible pizza Hut is at paying all of them around christmas. She loudly bitched about her pay and how horrible the company was. After the meeting, she very loudly talked to other employees loud enough we could hear her clearly in the back of the restaurant. She was very annoying and loud. Server was nice though and no complaints about the food. read more
