I have been a fan of Pizza Hut for more than 50 years now. I always find good, consistent product when I eat here. Tonight, I went with a medium supreme pizza with thin and crispy crust. The pizza was well-prepared with plenty of toppings and the crust was indeed very crispy. I also got the salad bar and I was very pleased with the fresh ingredients that were there. read more

Saw an awesome deal online on a large 2 topping pizza, so I placed the order online. When I got to the restaurant the pizza wasn't ready but the young man working behind the counter was super nice. He apologized for the delay and said it would be ready in a min or two. He asked if we were from out of town and when I told him yes, he gave us paper plates and extra napkins. That was very thoughtful of him. The pizza was great!! I honestly believe Pizza Hut has a good quality product that tastes great. read more

We've ordered from this place many times with little to no issue but last time our order was late. They have us a coupon for a free pizza to make up for it and we were more than happy... Until yesterday. My mom went to order her free pizza and buy a calzone for my little brother. The manager was immediately rude to her for trying to redeem the coupon SHE WAS OWED. Acting like it was a huge inconvenience. Then when my mom requested extra toppings (about six. Maybe a little overboard but there was no specific limit on the coupon.) She started berating my mom and sarcastically added, "why don't you just get all the toppings then!" My mom finally completed this exchange hanging up the phone crying. Then we waited. At about 45 min to an hour we were wondering what was taking so long so we called. Apparently the driver had tried to deliver to the wrong house and even though mom left a note in the order with her new number they tried calling the old one and gave up. But they'll send them out right away. AN HOUR AND A HALF after out initial order they finally make it to us. At this point this seems intentionally pretty based on the way they treated us. The driver denied it but we have never had any problems getting deliveries here from this location. We pay for the calzone and take a look. They did not remake the pizza after the initial mistake. They gave us a cold pizza that had been sitting in the temperature danger zone for at least an hour. And my brother's calzone was still doughy in the middle. I have spent time as an assistant manager at little ceasars and have my food handlers card. I am well aware of holding times on pizza and this negligence is incomprehensible. All because we tried to claim something THEY PROMISED US. I will be reporting this as high as it will go. And no we won't be eating here again. Can't believe they were petty enough to risk giving their customers food poisoning. read more

We placed our delivery order at 4:15pm on a Tuesday (2/4/20). Approximately 10 minutes later, we received a call that their delivery driver called off and that we could pick it up or wait until 6:00pm. We decided to wait. We were offered nothing for our inconvenience or otherwise. It's now 7:00pm and still no pizza has arrived and we've now ordered from Dominos. We couldn't be more dissatisfied, disappointed or hungry at this point. Upon callIng corporate, the solution offered was a free large pizza. We respectively declined since we ordered more than just one large pizza. Hopefully your expectations aren't very high and your inclined to settle for poor customer service and three phone calls where you hold 15 minutes or more only to be hung up on after waiting. I tried to order delivery. Despite their being open, they claimed that they had no driver. When I agreed to order take out instead, they then stated they had already cleaned their frier and couldn't make wings. Why clean before you close? This isn't the first time I've had a disappointing order from them, but it is the last time I TRY to spend money on the Mt Pleasant Pizza Hut. read more

It's decent. I ordered last night and it took them almost an hour, we ordered 8 wings and half of them were about the size of a quarter. And I went to eat leftover pizza for breakfast today, and I bit into a long hair. The drivers are always extremely nice, though! read more

This is the worst pizza place I've ever encountered. The first time I ordered, it took almost 2 hours for my food to arrive and it was wrong. 15 minute plus hold times and constantly disconnected. I only ordered a 2nd time because I had a credit. It took 25 minutes and three calls to get through and then 30 minutes and 6 calls to try and change the order. I mean the worst in the most literal sense. Don't waste your time. read more

I haven't visited this Pizza Huy for a long time, but we had a good time, the service was spot on, and the pizza was very good.

I always order take out and I pickup the order as well. The pizza is always prepared as I ordered and it is delicious. The staff is efficient and helpful. Their $10 specials are the best. The 2 mediums for $6.99 each are good values too. It's tough to order anywhere else. read more

Stopped in a few weeks ago with my daughter and was stunned that the lunch buffet no longer includes a salad bar. I was really disappointed. I actually liked the salad more than the pizza. The price for the buffet has gone up too. I definitely will not be back for the lunch buffet. Way too expensive and no salad bar. read more

Pizza Hut never disappoints. The lunch could be a bit longer but it's awesome while it lasts. Servers are always nice, cashiers great and general service is awesome! I can say the managers really listen if you have a problem, and will fix it fast. I've never ordered delivery---we live outside of the delivery zone---but the restaurant itself is great! read more

This is now the third time in a row I have ordered pizza hut and everything was wrong in my order. I always order stuffed crust pretzel crust pizza. Once I received it with regular crust, not stuffed, not pretzel. Another time It was garlic butter stuffed crust, but they forgot garlic butter. This last time I ordered 3 pizzas one cheesy bite garlic butter crust, the other 2 were pretzel crust cheesy bite pizza. I received my order and it was 1 regular crust pizza and 2 cheesy bite pizzas with nothing on the crust. It is ridiculous to pay 50 dollars for pizza and not even get close to what you order. If you order from there I suggest picking it up and checking your order first. read more

Our son was given a gift certificate for a free personal pizza so we decided to get his and a large for the rest of us. We ordered pepperoni for him. Unfortunately, my husband didn't check it when he picked it up. You guessed it. Not pepperoni. That's one thing, but we were not able to call them to get a replacement or anything else. The local number goes to a national switchboard and the store doesn't pick up. So we got a pizza from our usual place. read more

Very disappointed with the garlic knots pizza.. No garlic taste.. Dough was not done. Nasty.. Never had a problem before.. With the prices and delivery fees they charge, you would think that they would give you cooked crust.... Would not recommend buying this pizza. read more
