Food is the best and affordable, I got sick off of Dominoes food, but never got sick on pizza hut food. The service is also quick sometimes a little slow during very busy times but it happens. I do doordash and when it's not so busy they have the orders ready when I arrive. I just had their Parmesan pizza for $10 carry out and my stomach loved it and I still feel good. My family and I will no longer be ordering delivery from your restaurant or eating here again. We ordered a couple of pizzas directly through your website. We expected delivery from your restaurant, but the order was instead assigned to a DoorDash driver. A DoorDash driver, who appeared to be around 40 years old, arrived at our home with the order. My wife saw him walk up to the front door, and our 14-year-old daughter answered the door to receive the pizzas. After handing her the order, the driver turned to leave, then suddenly turned back and said, "Oh, I need to grab a picture." My wife saw him reach for his phone and immediately felt uncomfortable with an adult man taking a picture of our underage daughter. She quickly walked to the door and held the pizzas herself for the photo. When the driver looked up and saw my wife standing there instead, he said, "Oh, never mind," did not take a picture, turned around, and hurried back to his car. We spoke with a supervisor afterward, who was kind and professional, but seemed very limited in what could be done. What concerns us is why this driver appeared to want a photo of our daughter in the first place, and why he immediately abandoned the request once an adult stepped into the picture. The entire interaction felt unusual, inappropriate, and extremely uncomfortable. We understand that DoorDash may require delivery confirmation photos. However, if that was the case, why was the photo no longer needed when an adult appeared at the door? That inconsistency is what makes this interaction so concerning. While this individual may technically work for DoorDash, your restaurant chose to use DoorDash to fulfill the delivery. From a customer's perspective, that makes this part of the experience associated with your business. We are left with serious concerns about the lack of accountability and oversight for the people being sent to customers' homes. read more

They can improve a lot. I am so f***** mad right now. I make my order last week and the forget the 2 liter bottle and I have to wait 40 minutes to get it . Fast forward to today and I make an order have to wait 50 minutes for it and it's not all there... I make the call to Pizza Hut and I have been waiting for an answer for over an hour 1hr and 42 minutes to be exact. Pizza Hut - 3 stars This is a decent place to go to buy pizza in Moscow.They have nice thin crunchy crust with your standard Pizza hot toppings. So...we've been sitting here for an hour waiting on our food AFTER calling well ahead of time and being told that they would ensure that they were staffed to accommodate our party of 16. There have also been three other parties that had to either wait an extended period of time or have left due to the lack of service. I kind of wish I could give 0 stars. For starters, the place is dark and dreary inside. The seats in the booths look like they are originally from the 70's by the wear in them. The place was really dirty when we came in. They said they had been really busy and had closed early the night before because of a power outage. But we arrived an hour after opening and there were only two other tables being used, but every table in the place was dirty. I got a salad bar with our pizza order. The salad bar was GROSS! All the lettuce was old and brown, I tried to pick through the bowl to find enough to fill my tiny plate (the plate was the size of a teacup saucer for $4, or more if you don't order a pizza). On the positive side they had real bacon bits and blue cheese dressing, but not much else for topping the salad. There was a row and a half of tinned slimy fruits and odd colored chocolate pudding that reminded me of elementary school cafeteria fare. Although the waitress was nice, the service was very slow, and she never told us about any specials, which would have been helpful, and maybe it wouldn't have cost $40 for just me and my 16 year old daughter. The Mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce was the best part of the meal. The meat lovers pizza was bland. Again, I know they are a chain and have all of their supplies ordered in by bulk from the corporate office, but the sausage was all dried out and freezer burned, the manager should take not of that kind of thing. I could only stand to eat one piece of pizza, my daughter was starving and ate two, and we only took the leftovers home to give to the family pets. It really tasted like a frozen pizza, that's pretty much all I can say about the quality. I like other pizza huts but I will never go here again, and will tell all my family in Moscow and the surrounding areas about this very unpleasant experience. read more

We have ordered twice from them it would have been three, but one of the times they simply took the phone off the hook because they didnt want anymore orders (i found this out because i drove down there). the other two times took forever to get the food. The one time we had a delivery it took over an hour, and the next time i thought that it would be faster if i just drove there to get the food.
