The employee even told me he couldn't honor it because giving me the additional item would be like "giving away free food," which makes no sense for a promotion that literally says buy one get one free. I explained that I've been a regular customer for years, but instead of decent customer service, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude. When I asked for a manager, I was told none was present, again with zero professionalism. On top of that, my food wasn't ready, and the employee took his time packaging it as if I was bothering him.
