I really like their thin crust pizza. I get one loaded with a variety of meats and add black olives. A small is enough for supper and I take home about half in a box. This location also has a Wingstreet Wings store inside and I LOVE their wings. I prefer them to Buffalo Wild Wings and WingStop it seems. We come back numerous times while we are in the valley for the winter. read more

I've been to this pizza hut before and I completely agree with the other reviews on the place. Based on those experiences I would give it a 2 star at the best. This time our waitress "Yesenia" was great and the pizza as always was great. If this what I can expect from this pizza hut in the future then I will be coming back. read more

Ordered a pan tossed pizza at 7:30 pm for them to tell me once i drove all the way here that they were out of the dough? 1st of all, if your place doesn't close for another 3-4 hours..... UH MAKE SOME MORE. this is a pizza place. ORDER FROM RUSSO'S INSTEAD. I ordered a pizza and they called me 30 minutes after I ordered the pizza when it was suppose to arrive to let me know that they cannot make it. They offered no compensation, discount or anything else for my order tonight . If I was at any other restaurant and they told me 30 minutes after I placed the order that they could not make the food they would have been at least a little bit apologetic. Never will I go to this Pizza Hut location again. We were charged wrong because of the server not knowing the promotions. We were told a certain price for each pizza and actually came out to a lot more when we went to pay. The cashier "LC" was rude about the situation and called my daughter rude. The manager didn't seem to care either. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. They will not be getting my business anymore. There are plenty of choices for pizza. read more

I ordered a cheesy bites pizza from here and while ordering, a cockroach crawled on the counter towards another person's food. When I came back to pick up the pizza, ANOTHER cockroach was crawling on the floor behind me. When I get all the way home with my cheesy bites pizza, the entire pizza was burnt! I had to go back for a new one. Horrible experience. Staff was very friendly about it but they seriously need to get rid of cockroaches. read more

While the quality of the food is consistent with other pizza hut restaurants, the service leaves much to be desired. This place always seems to be understaffed or something because they take to long to do things and the waitresses don't come to check on you very often. I called in and ordered 2 large pizza's to be picked up and I was told about 30 minutes would be the wait time. I drove to the location and went inside about 35 minutes later. No one asked me anything as I walked in, I had to follow a waitress and get her attention, only to be directed in a different area. When I finally spoke to someone, he did not speak english very well and it was hard to understand him. But, I sort of understood from him that it will be about another 35-40 minute wait. So you can do the math and see how bad the service is and the employees plus the managers are not well educated, you can tell that pretty easily. I of course left. It is amazing this place is still in business. Management at this location is very bad, horrible experience. read more

Got my order wrong, waited 25mins past my estimated ready time. only to find out it was ready!? so now we have cold/wrong topping pizza. I'm very understanding, but the fact that I could tell you everything your employees do on their spare time says alot about their sense of urgency to get orders out in a timely fashion. Pizza Hut, you really need to invest in customer service training as it reflects on you. This is not the first time nor the last im sure that simple acknowledgment and gratitude were horrible. As for the phone app/online ordering, take some lessons from Domino's. They're doing something right. read more

Don't bother ordering carry out at this location. The place is run by employees that are not properly trained. Several experiences where they over charged, don't understand what any topping means ( like supreme ), rude over the phone. My advice if you plan on ordering just go to the one off the expressway and Conway ( 311 E. Exp) staff at that location are a lot more mature. Suck that i have to go a little bit further but the service is a lot better. read more
