I love coming to Buffalo Wild Wings every time I have a chance for some good wings... it's been 2 years since I haven't gone! very good food and everything I went yes great customer service kinda slow but good didn't really check up on us for drinks or anything besides that part... we ordered our food we got the new Buffalo ranch sauce I Swear I was very hungry we were all hungry we got an appetizer we got the loaded chips with chicken. That was 10/10 going back to our wings when I say I was hungry and saw those wings I was very upset. never in my few times going my wings were burnt never ever . Always perfectly juicy and tasty. to we didn't be those people to complain about our burnt chicken wings, but they were truly burnt and disgusting. I was really upset and was appetizer. I hope next time when I come, and if that ever I'm gonna complain since we paid for our food. read more

This might be the worst BWW in America. The service is so consistently bad it's impressive. The hostess is never at the stand so feel free to seat yourself and your waitress won't come back so it's a good thing the drink fountains are accessible to customers. read more

horrible experience. sat down and was never helped by anybody. waitress were just walking by not even bothering to acknowledge us. food was old and cold. i ordered an APPETIZER to start because thats what they are for but instead it was brought out w the rest of the food. No point in ordering a damn appetizer if you're going to bring it with my food. overall horrible place. will never be back. save you time and money and visit local mom and pop wing spots. read more

Horrible horrible service, sat for 25 minutes not a single person asked for drink or order, will never be coming back aging, not even busy just horrible service. DO NOT COME HERE read more

A group of nine visited this establishment August 28th. We arrived at 3:30. Place wasn't even busy The girl who waited on us was real sweet. She was just not properly trained. I think in time she'll be a great waitress. However, the back of the house is severally lacking. Two patty melts were excessively greasy and over cooked. Two orders of boneless wings, were so dry and breading over cooked. One BLT came out ten minutes after everyone else was served. And we had to ask for it. The bacon was burned black and not edible. NO tomatoes on the BLT. She had to order another BLT. This is a huge problem that lands directly on the manager. Poor and lack management. Does this store have front end manager and a sous manager in the back. The food that came out was ridiculous. Make sure the food is consistently edible and timely. Properly train waitstaff. OR GET A NEW MANAGER read more

All I have to say is the service is not good. We waited to long to be asked if I wantes something to drink then the waitress ignored me after her friend came in with a big party. Also the managers just dont care and they dont attend to the cuatimers read more

Not sure why such a low rating, but is a most stop every time I come to McAllen. Food is great and happy hour drinks are better. Staff are friendly. 4 star only because decor is outdated. read more

This place is sick!!! They have a really cute waitress with a nose piercing that made the restaurant even better!! The food was ok I wouldn't really go here just for the food. Only reason I'd come here would be the waitress. I say they give her a raise she's single handedly carrying the place. read more

I really tried to give this place a chance, but it just never comes through for me. Their chicken is always overcooked and dry. There is never enough sauce. And the place needs some attention. I do not recommend the Buffalo pizza that I had in the picture. The sampler my husband got was a lot better but I didn't get a picture of it. read more

Waited at the bar for 10 minutes, then I realized there was not a bartender present. Seems that on every occasion I decide to visit this location every employee is lost. It was my lunch hour and I had to leave prematurely; before I got the chance to voice my concern. FYI: the one star is needed for the review smh. read more

Carryout order review. It wasn't busy and the cashier was friendly and prompt. She took our menu orders and confirmed them. One from our group ordered a crapload of food so I'm not blaming them on how long it took. When we got back to the hotel we were ready to take down some wings. It's nice when everyone gets different sauces so we can trade and sample a variety. No complaints from anyone about getting an incorrect order. They maybe could have put more napkins in the bag, though. I'm worried about coming back to check out the dining room since folks apparently tend to complain about the service. I might have to catch a game if I'm still in town. Go Lakers! read more

This was my first time trying out Buffalo Wild Wings, and I got take out. The interior is noisy and seems a bit disorganized in my opinion. However, they do have a wonderful mobile app that is user friendly and there are some great rewards and deals on it. My family and I got there 10 minutes after our order was supposed to be ready, and we still had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to prepare our order. The take-out counter was not busy, so I would hope that in the future, they can expedite the process. There were a ton of employees inside the kitchen, so it was a bit confusing as to why a 10 piece order of boneless wings and traditional wings would take so long. Also, when we got our wings, they tasted pretty dry and bland. Just a heads up, whenever you have a sauce or seasoning, do NOT get it on the side. Otherwise, the chicken wings will be pretty flavorless. The fries were also pretty bland and had no seasoning at all. Overall, we didn't have the best experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings, but I will still be willing to try out any other locations. read more

Worst service ever!! I'm a server myself and am very patient when it comes to the service industry. We walked in at about 11 pm (we were not greeted) found our own seat and waited for 25 minutes until I went to ask for a waitress. She then told me she was the only one serving the bar area and we would have to wait to get drinks. This is the third time we come here and the last time. Just wanna say thank you to the manager. We showed up after lunch with all my brothers and sisters, spouses and kids. We were a total of 25 people, and the waiter along with the manager just knew how to make the experience very pleasing. From when we arrived to taking our order, to appetizers, plus topping our beverages was excellent. Wings were delicious!! The service was beyond our expectation. Thank you!! read more

Typical BWs. I think it was our waiter's 1st day because he was a bit slow but everyone has a first day. Tried the new Marty Gras sauce. Not a big fan. 'Ole Caribbean Jerk was delish, though. First time coming to a restaurant since corona virus started and i can not believe these workers. I understand how much stressful work for these servers/hostess during their shift but bruhhh the manager doesn't give two f**ks about you. Server forgot what we ordered, brought us some other tables food, and when we told him, he literally walked away. I called the manager from a different server and the manager was like well the server has been here all day...it's 10pm, why is a server working so dam late if he's morning shift. This is the managers fault, hire more people, quit being lazy on labor. And teach your employees the right way, rather go to wingstop then be dealing w this management. read more

Definitely unprepared post-COVID, there were 7+ tables that hadn't been cleaned up. there was only one girl serving the entire bar area! first of the restaurant is dirty. tables are dirty while there is no one there and employees are just standing doing nothing but chitchat. our waitress took forever too. she didn't bring us napkins or utensils. the food was mid and dry. our drinks finished and the waitress didn't even ask us for a refill. she also didn't come check up on us. if we needed anything we had to stand up and look for a waitress/waiter. read more

Typical BWW restaurant. We went in for lunch and the gentleman that seated us went over the specials, explained the ingredients, and gave his recommendations. I don't believe I have seen that level of service from BWW before. The waiter got our initial drink order wrong, but made sure that we had all of our refills and that our drinks never went empty. On top of that, he was very personable and made sure to go out of his way to tell us about the area, what there was to do, and anything else that made our stay more enjoyable. The food was good. I had small basket of wings and fries (it was a special). Food came out hot and in under 9 minutes. My wife and daughter each had boneless wings... they said they were warm, but not "hot". The fries that they had were hot, so I assume that the wings were done first and sat around for a couple of minutes until my food was done. I would definitely go back there when I come back to town. We are in town because of the hurricane, but the food and overall service made us fans. read more

Normally a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings, this location needs some serious attention when it comes to staff and cleanliness... we were never attended by a hostess or server for almost 15 minutes. Decided to walk up to the bar hoping for service there. The horrid smell of throw up and ass in there. Our party could not stand the mess around the bar and the absolute horrid smell. 10/10 would NOT recommend! read more

At this particular location a friend and I waited to be seated for a very long time and finally sat ourselves. Then waiter by waiter they just passed our table without even acknowledging us. We ended up leaving after being ignored for 30 minutes. There are other wing restaurants in the valley. My past few negative experiences at buffalo wild wings have caused me to go to other chains. Only reason they get 2 stars is the food is good when you can get it. read more

Don't ever get boneless wings. I guess I should blame myself for not sticking to regular wings. They should call them "boneless tiny little dry nuggets". They tasted bad, and had no meat. It was super cold in there. My server never got us refills. The wings were burned. My boyfriend forgot his sun glasses on the table and when we left I called to ask the hostess if they were Still on the table and she put me on hold while she checked and said "No sorry there was nothing on the table", so we pulled over and checked the car. We went back in less than 5 min and the server was like "oh yeah I was looking for you with the hostess here are your sun glasses." Okay so first things first I'm a server myself and I have been in the restaurant business since I was 16 so I'm pretty lenient with service because I know how it goes... I went to eat about 10:15pm with a friend of mine and we requested to sit in the dining as opposed to the bar and every host/ server at the front kept directing us to the bar after we CLEARLY said we would want dining. (Restaurant still had a while before closing so it wasn't like we were putting them in a bind). Anyway, we finally got sat at a booth in the dining area where the was only ONE other family in the entire restaurant area and it took a solid 8-10 minutes for our server to finally greet us. When he finally did, we didn't get a "hello" or a "welcome to buffalo's". Nothing. He slammed his little server notepad on the table and said "what can i get for you guys?" We were taken back at this attitude like we were making him stay later by taking care of us. When he brought out the wings, they were so disgusting. As if they were cold and just thrown in the microwave. (Trust me, I know that happens) I finally pulled my hair back so he could the restaurant logo on my shirt identifying that I was a server. His attitude changed so quickly and offered to take the wings back and order new ones and offered us a free appetizer. blah blah. Point is, I knew what he was doing-- he knew he would get a good tip out of me, but after seeing that he would've treated me differently had he not known I was a server, he barely got 15%. I rarely go to buffalo's because I just don't find anything special about their food (if you like boneless wings like I do, do not order them- ALL BREAD NO MEAT) and their micheladas are pre-made lol. Wings & rings is WAY better. read more
