I love coming to Buffalo Wild Wings every time I have a chance for some good wings... it's been 2 years since I haven't gone! very good food and everything I went yes great customer service kinda slow but good didn't really check up on us for drinks or anything besides that part... we ordered our food we got the new Buffalo ranch sauce I Swear I was very hungry we were all hungry we got an appetizer we got the loaded chips with chicken. That was 10/10 going back to our wings when I say I was hungry and saw those wings I was very upset. never in my few times going my wings were burnt never ever . Always perfectly juicy and tasty. to we didn't be those people to complain about our burnt chicken wings, but they were truly burnt and disgusting. I was really upset and was appetizer. A group of nine visited this establishment August 28th. We arrived at 3:30. Place wasn't even busy The girl who waited on us was real sweet. She was just not properly trained. I think in time she'll be a great waitress. However, the back of the house is severally lacking. Two patty melts were excessively greasy and over cooked. Two orders of boneless wings, were so dry and breading over cooked. One BLT came out ten minutes after everyone else was served. And we had to ask for it. The bacon was burned black and not edible. NO tomatoes on the BLT. She had to order another BLT. This is a huge problem that lands directly on the manager. Poor and lack management. Does this store have front end manager and a sous manager in the back. The food that came out was ridiculous. Make sure the food is consistently edible and timely. Properly train waitstaff. This was my first time trying out Buffalo Wild Wings, and I got take out. The interior is noisy and seems a bit disorganized in my opinion. However, they do have a wonderful mobile app that is user friendly and there are some great rewards and deals on it. My family and I got there 10 minutes after our order was supposed to be ready, and we still had to wait an additional 15 minutes for them to prepare our order. The take-out counter was not busy, so I would hope that in the future, they can expedite the process. There were a ton of employees inside the kitchen, so it was a bit confusing as to why a 10 piece order of boneless wings and traditional wings would take so long. Also, when we got our wings, they tasted pretty dry and bland. Just a heads up, whenever you have a sauce or seasoning, do NOT get it on the side. Otherwise, the chicken wings will be pretty flavorless. The fries were also pretty bland and had no seasoning at all. Overall, we didn't have the best experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings, but I will still be willing to try out any other locations. read more

Carryout order review. It wasn't busy and the cashier was friendly and prompt. She took our menu orders and confirmed them. One from our group ordered a crapload of food so I'm not blaming them on how long it took. When we got back to the hotel we were ready to take down some wings. It's nice when everyone gets different sauces so we can trade and sample a variety. No complaints from anyone about getting an incorrect order. They maybe could have put more napkins in the bag, though. I'm worried about coming back to check out the dining room since folks apparently tend to complain about the service. Typical BWW restaurant. We went in for lunch and the gentleman that seated us went over the specials, explained the ingredients, and gave his recommendations. I don't believe I have seen that level of service from BWW before. The waiter got our initial drink order wrong, but made sure that we had all of our refills and that our drinks never went empty. On top of that, he was very personable and made sure to go out of his way to tell us about the area, what there was to do, and anything else that made our stay more enjoyable. The food was good. I had small basket of wings and fries (it was a special). Food came out hot and in under 9 minutes. My wife and daughter each had boneless wings... they said they were warm, but not "hot". The fries that they had were hot, so I assume that the wings were done first and sat around for a couple of minutes until my food was done. I would definitely go back there when I come back to town. Okay so first things first I'm a server myself and I have been in the restaurant business since I was 16 so I'm pretty lenient with service because I know how it goes... I went to eat about 10:15pm with a friend of mine and we requested to sit in the dining as opposed to the bar and every host/ server at the front kept directing us to the bar after we CLEARLY said we would want dining. (Restaurant still had a while before closing so it wasn't like we were putting them in a bind). Anyway, we finally got sat at a booth in the dining area where the was only ONE other family in the entire restaurant area and it took a solid 8-10 minutes for our server to finally greet us. When he finally did, we didn't get a "hello" or a "welcome to buffalo's". Nothing. He slammed his little server notepad on the table and said "what can i get for you guys?" We were taken back at this attitude like we were making him stay later by taking care of us. When he brought out the wings, they were so disgusting. As if they were cold and just thrown in the microwave. (Trust me, I know that happens) I finally pulled my hair back so he could the restaurant logo on my shirt identifying that I was a server. His attitude changed so quickly and offered to take the wings back and order new ones and offered us a free appetizer. blah blah. Point is, I knew what he was doing-- he knew he would get a good tip out of me, but after seeing that he would've treated me differently had he not known I was a server, he barely got 15%. I rarely go to buffalo's because I just don't find anything special about their food (if you like boneless wings like I do, do not order them- ALL BREAD NO MEAT) and their micheladas are pre-made lol.
