Always been one of my favorite wings and rings locations. Now that they've remodeled it looks even better. The presentation of the food got an upgrade that I didn't even know it needed lol. I wish I would've taken pictures before I started eating. The service isn't always the best here, but this time around our waitress was great. For the people giving low reviews from 2+ years ago, I'd say give them another chance. read more

We ordered two orders of 20 wings at $22, a couple sides of fries, a cheeseburger and 2 drinks. Bill came out to $70. With no combos offered, this please is ridiculously pricey. Didn't help that our server was not attentive or even curtious. read more

This place doesn't get good reviews and I now know I should have looked at all the reviews before heading over across the parking lot from my hotel. BIG BIG mistake!! The traditional wings I was served would have shown that death and cooking of the wings happened at least 36 hours prior to my being served 5 of them. The one I was able to bite into was as hard as the rocks found in the parking lot. Needless to say I finished none and to his credit the manager offered to redo the order - but seriously folks "how hard can it be to serve a freshly cooked wing?" read more

Great food and service. The atmosphere was great as welll. I had the MVP Chicken sandwich with Saratoga Chips. My husband had the Chicken strips basket with onion rings. read more

First of all, the AC was turned off upon arrival. The food was good but the first I ordered didn't have the items made to make the drink. For a bar you would expect for them to have all items available for their drinks. And then I tried to use my coupon that was free and they told me it was invalid when the timers was literally active. The manager and didn't even honor it even though you can see the active timer. I will be telling everyone about my experience. read more

Wings and Rings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Mission, Texas

Wings were ok. At least not overcooked. The Thai Chili wings were decent but the Spicy Parmesan Garlic wings were far too vinegary for me. But my biggest grip was the price. First off, instead of the usual 6/12 wings per order strategy these were 5/10 yet the price was similar if not higher than the 6/12 orders I've had before. So, you pay as much or more and get less. Anyway, I ordered 10 wings a small side Caesar salad and iced tea and the price came to almost $22. I probably won't be back. Too high priced for what you get. read more

Worst service I've ever had in my life. We sat for 40 minutes with no one coming to talk to us. and I feel bad for the owners but super nice host. read more

Place is so trashy...looks like a low level bar with pricey food..tables remain uncleaned for an extent amount of time..waiting to be attended 25 minutes..plates they gave us still had grease stains and were dirty on bottom side..I guess this place prefers being under staffed than offer good service..I'd give this place 1/4 of a star read more

Liliana gave us the best customer service We've ever received comparing to other restaurants thank you! Great food

Went for dinner, walked by manager and doesn't even acknowledge the customers. Service was horrible, salad and lettuce on burger had brown already as it wasn't fresh. To top it off water gets lost and another waitress is the one that had to attend us as he never came by. Spoke to manager about experience and he didn't even care. Place used to be good to bad lack of management is why places close down. Won't be back read more

Ordered take out a few weeks ago. Food was ready on time and brought out to my car. Wings were delicious! Highly recommend

The serve was horrible! We go out to eat once a week Thursday is the day, because they have 79¢ wings. Today we were told we couldn't get that until lunch, they open at 11pm for lunch. ?????? The wait staff sat around doing nothing and attended to people when they felt like it. One girl asked me if everything was ok, I told her I needed boxes and she never brought them to me. After few minutes someone else decided to bring me 2 small boxes for 15 wings I was just not going to work. We asked for Togo cups to take with us and our waitress said she had to charge us for them. Mind you we come here every Thursday. Your hostess was also no where to be found. I've never had horrible serve like this! read more

I came for lunch on a weekday and never had been there for lunch. I love the nachos. wow. I ordered the Lemon pepper wings and side salad. Sweet tea was great! Our server was Rudy was quick and took our order immediately. I was happy with the speed of service and choices for lunch. read more

Wings and Rings - Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicken Wings Near Me - Mission, Texas

I ordered wings and a cheese burger w/ fries. The fries were cold and soggy, the cheese on the burger was cheese whiz......really! I think the place is dirty, the first two tables we looked at w er e a mess. The wings were a little dry and I only got one drum stick. I will say the staff was friendly and attentive. The beer was also cold and they have a lot of TV's to watch the games. My ice cream tasted of freezer burn.......sorry I won't be back for a while. read more

Service was weird. We got four different servers and never seen them again. Our table did not get all our food at once. It felt so disorganized. Allows smoking at bar which is open to dining room. Would we go back? No. read more

If you like mediocre food at an outrageous price and awful service this is the place to go. I've had to wait 45min to get the attention of a waiter, and once I was able to get my order in I was told there would be a 15% gratuity fee added even though the service was awful. This place needs to either be closed down, or completely restructure its employees. I REPEAT DO NOT EAT HERE. read more

Great wings and great service. Awesome place to watch sports and have a great time. Will definitely come again and recommend for sure.

I agree with the other review. I don't know what it is but the service absolutely sucks at every bw3 I've been to in the valley. I stopped going there just because of the horrible waitstaff. The greeters could use some work as well. Often there's nobody even managing a location so if you want to complain your waiter just comes back to ask you to pay. Tried the new location on 10th. I can forgive the waitress because she seemed new, but man was she in the weeds and was too anxious to collect her tip. I'm a 20% and up tipper even for mediocre service. This is the only restaurant that makes me tip low because the service is just so bad. read more

Service sucks, plus smoking is permited, which I hate. Kinda bummed I even came. My food has come out and my drink has been empty for 30 mins. No good. read more

This place is just like Buffalo Wild Wings, except it is more expensive. They only have like 6 different flavors on tradditional wings. We tried the hot, lemon pepper, and the hottest one. The wings were good and crunchy, which I like, but it didn't blow my mind or anything. My daughter loved the dinosaur chicken nuggets. The service was very good, fast, and friendly, no complaints on that. Overall, if I'm back in this part of Texas, I would probably eat somewhere else. read more

I've been here many times. The wings are some of the best I've tried and are larger than most other wing restaurants. Every single time I've gone here I've had attentive servers, accurate food orders, and always find sufficient room to watch ppv's like the UFC. And another plus is they always answer the phone. This place deserves five stars in my book. read more

Wings are dry as hell, asked for blue cheese and ketchup but got none. Fries and onion rings so soggy and nasty. Too loud and the girls that work here are completely clueless. Wing stop here I come. read more

Bad customer service. Never got served. Waitress ignored our table. Drinks were taken down but somehow were never bought and when they were drinks were half filled with no refills. This buffalos should be closed down never liked coming to this location due to rude servers and hostess who don't do their job. read more

Stopped in with my best friend to have some appetizers. The onion rings are the best I've had. The breading stay intact with the onion never peeling off when taking a bite. They tasted great as well. Also, the wings were impressive. I did not expect the high quality of food and service. I thought this restaurant's food and service would be similar to BWW. Thankfully, it is by far better...no comparison. I shall return to enjoy their other menu items. Thank you BWR! read more

The server was amazing and the food was delicious. The only thing wrong was people smoking. I felt like I was at a bar. My wife, kids and I walked out of this place smelling like cigar. My wife has asthma and she had a hard time breathing with all the smoke. Cut the smoking get 5 stars read more

they quit gyro's & that's really sad as they had really good one's. waitress said "corporate discontinued". since that's the main reason we visited at least once a month we probably won't be back. still trying to find a good gyro in mission/McAllen area. read more

I used to love this place but it has gone down hill over the years. Although the staff is friendly, they don't know the menu. Always have to ask for the sour cream or salsa that comes with the plate. Today I ordered the gyro. The beef was not even fit for a dog to eat. It was freezer burnt and had an after taste. The tea was old it was turning sour. I will not eat here again. read more

Food is always great! We receive great customer service too. We visited this week- Monday Sept 17 at7:00- the maitre D did not provide good service. I've been to this location a handful of times and always receive horrible service. I'm a very polite person and not impatient at all, but the staff was pretty clueless every time. I ate at the store on S. 10th and it was aweful. The wings had been precooked (deep fried) and the reheated, served in a bowl in 1/2 of sauce. The fries were limp and soggy with grease. There is food on the window shades so if you sit by a window there is food eye level. The mens room is filthy. Buffalo WW are always fresh and their stores are clean. This place is beat. And expensive. read more
