We ordered two slices and an order of six knots. She brought the two slices, and I simply asked to confirm if the knots were included in the order. She gave me the nastiest look and said, "I only have two hands, geez." I was honestly taken aback and said, "Whoa, that was rude." When she came back, instead of handing the food to us, she placed the knots on the empty table next to me like we were animals. I was in complete disbelief. She was rude for absolutely no reason. I was just confirming the order. Never again. Just flat out disgusting. And my toddler begged me for pizza and I had to get up and ask for a refund because there was no way we would just sit there and eat in a rude uncomfortable environment. What happen to humanity!

Bleh. Not worth it…read more Ordered through Uber Eats and was very excited to try this place out. We ordered garlic knots, fried calamari, chicken parm, and penne florentina. The garlic knots were LATHERED in garlic and oil spilled everywhere. I had to brush my teeth and use mouthwash multiple times to attempt to to get the garlic taste out of my mouth. The fried calamari wasn't anything to rave about. I called the restaurant asking if they can also give us marinara sauce since it came with two other sauces but they only gave us marinara which was a bummer. My chicken parm was disgusting and did not taste right. Everything about it was falling apart and it didn't seem fresh. I had a few bites and ended up throwing it away. My husband did enjoy his meal but we didn't have a great experience to give this place another shot.

Unfortunately, this went from a disappointing food experience to an even more disappointing…read morecustomer service experience. When I called to place my order, I specifically asked for the pizza to be crispy/well-done. The person taking my order suggested their panko crust, telling me it would be a great option for getting the crispy pizza I was looking for, so I agreed. I live about two minutes away, picked the order up when I was told it would be ready, and the pizza was still hot when I got home. Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite of what I had asked for. The crust was a soggy, sloppy mess, and the cheese literally slid off the pizza when we tried to pick it up from the box. We also ordered wings. The sauce had good flavor, but the wings themselves tasted reheated. As soon as I realized how bad the order was, I called the restaurant twice while they were still open to try to address it directly. No one answered either call -- I was left listening to music and a recording. Since I couldn't reach anyone by phone, I contacted the business privately through Facebook rather than immediately leaving a negative review. I gave them the opportunity to make it right. The owner apologized, said they had "missed the mark," and offered a gift card or another pizza. I declined and simply asked for my $46 charge to be refunded to my card. He agreed. A week went by with no refund. I followed up twice before finally being told that he had forgotten to process it and now wasn't sure if his system would allow him to refund a transaction from the previous week. He then offered to leave cash for me to pick up at the restaurant. At this point, it wasn't even about the $46 -- it was the principle. I had already been inconvenienced by a bad order, contacted the business privately rather than immediately posting a negative review, was promised a refund, and then had to repeatedly follow up because the refund was forgotten. I didn't think I should have to make another trip to the restaurant to pick up cash because of their mistake. I politely asked that the original card be refunded or, if their system genuinely couldn't process it, that the $46 be sent electronically through Zelle or Venmo. I received no response. When I attempted to follow up again, my message would no longer send, and I discovered that I could no longer access their Facebook page from my account. I have screenshots of the entire conversation, including the owner agreeing to the refund. Food mistakes happen. If the promised $46 refund had simply been processed, I would have considered the matter resolved. It was the way this was handled afterward that earned the one-star review. Having to chase down an agreed-upon refund and then losing the ability to contact the business through Facebook instead of having the issue resolved is completely unacceptable. I'll be disputing the charge with my credit card company and won't be returning.
