Theres no pickup shelf anymore inside, so i stood by counter to wait. No acknowledgment. 2 hard working ladies cranking out orders. Would not have known mine still wasnt made yet unless i was paying attention. They used to label the pickup orders with your name. Bring that back. Lady put box in front of me and said pick up? Only reason i figured it was mine was i saw them make it. Maybe someone else ordered same thing, who knows? I took it and ate it. At least it was clean in dining area. Not sure if they have a new owner or just new staff, but this Taco Bell is 10x better than it used to be just a few months ago. They're currently undergoing (much needed) renovations, which is a huge step in the right direction given it previously was untouched from the late 90s / early 2000s and only ever appeared to be broom swept (never deeply cleaned). I come here about once every other week, honestly I can't really say I've had many issues with incorrect orders or missing items. The food quality was sometimes hit or miss (super dry chalupa shells, etc), but since the staffing change I haven't had any problems (it's on par vs other Taco Bells). The only reason why my review is not 5* is because it still takes far too long to actually get the food (especially vs other fast food places / locations). I'm hoping when the renovations are complete that might change and time will tell if it remains nice and new / fresh and clean or quickly becomes rather grimey like it used to be. read more

I arrived at 1:35am to the drive through and was met with an ai telling me they were closed. we drove through and spoke to a worker who said "we stop taking orders at 1:30" frankly i don't see why they would have their hours down as open till 2am. it also says they are open till two at the drive thru window. this isn't a sit down restaurant there is no reason to stop taking orders a half hour before you close. i would also like to add that i previously worked at this taco bell location on thursday nights and we were taking orders till 2am and had never turned customers away a half hour before close. they truly need to change their hours. it takes a simple 10 minutes on google to change ur business hours to avoid these instances. read more

DON'T GO HERE. Ordered 6 chicken strips for $13.50 nearly $14 and instead received 6 chicken nuggets after THEY SAID THEY HAD NO NUGGETS. I initially asked for the nugget meal to which they replied the nuggets were DISCONTINUED then they couldn't even bother putting ACTUAL chicken strips instead put nuggets THEY CLAIMED THEY DIDN'T HAVE? A 10 piece nugget would've 7.49 so I would've saved $6 and actually have more nuggets. staff is not equipped to handle having a line. the "last," as in most recent and also the final time I tried to drive through I drove up to the intercom, heard the lady mumble something, I put in my order and then realized that no one was on the other end. I yelled: "hello! can anyone hear me?!" multiple times with no answer. i figured that no one could hear me and maybe the intercom stopped working. I was stuck in the line of cars at that point and figured I would tell the lady at the window that she wasn't around to take my order. she said "well did you see the line, we're busy!" upon realizing that she could hear me asking for help at the intercom and that she was just ignoring me, I inquired as to why that would have kept her from just asking me to hold on a moment before making my order. she seemed confused. unfortunately because they currently can't have anyone order in the lobby you're relegated to the drive in. don't do it. they only employ idiots. read more

They made my order incorrectly. I returned to the store, waited a few minutes for one of the staff to interact with me. I showed them my bag and receipt, stated this was made incorrectly and I'd like it replaced. I watched as the employees took my bag, put it on their work station, with gloves on, and began to open my order. That is an incredible safety and health violation. Any bacteria from my order, something I took a bite of, is now on that work station and workers hands. I began to protest and explain the violation, they just shook their heads and proceeded. When I'm being naughty and need a fast food fix, Taco Bell is what I crave. It's crunchy, it's salty, it's something I never tell my trainer I've eaten ;) As far as TBs go, this is one of the best I've been to in terms of service and order accuracy. The drive thru line isn't usually terribly long and neither is the wait, so far my orders have always been correct and not only that, but if I get nachos they are always LOADED to the brim and the same goes for the tacos or whatever else I get -- everything is always stuffed to the gills and they don't chintz on anything. So I'm not sure why this location has gotten such bad reviews, but I've had a completely different experience here -- and in the last year and a half I've been coming here more often than I like to admit. But let's face it, it's fast food and not a Michelin rated restaurant so you mostly just want your order to be right, your food to be hot, and the people giving you your guilty pleasure to be friendly -- and that's what I've always gotten here so 4 stars from me. read more

Tables filthy, bathrooms closed per management there is no bathroom for anyone to use in the building including employees. Then told bathrooms were closed because they found too many overdosed dead bodies in the bathroom. Manager proceeded to tell us that there was no where for employees to use the bathroom- where do they wash their hands. Pretty sure that is illegal. I wish I could give this dreadful place zero stars. I placed a mobile order at 5:45 to be picked up at 6:15. The app said the food was ready, so I went inside to pick it up. There was no one behind the counter, but several people were by the drive up window trying to figure out orders. There was a surly woman helping other customers who never acknowledged me. When I asked a young man who came up to the register if he could help me, he rudely said ,"In a minute"and walked away. I finally realized my order had never been made, so two people threw it together without any apology for the inconvenience. If you're going to be disorganized, inept, and chaotic at least have the decency to be gracious. I absolutely will go out of my way to never eat here again. We had on our way home my a husband and son stop thetr in the drive thru. On the menu they offer craving box . we wanted 3 of them. they told us they do not offer this item anymore. we looked it up on the website and It was there as well. when I asked the guy at the window he rudely said I said we do not offer that anymore. so I had asked to see a manger. he told me he was a manger. For the most part, this Taco Bell is clean, the foods good, and the workers are friendly. I am not going to a fast food restaurant expecting a Michelin star level of service, and this one holds its own for what it's worth. Who doesn't love Taco Bell?
