The staff working this evening including the manager had terrible customer service. Came in for a pick up. Only one staff member running all of it and as I walk in he says I'm going to be 5 minutes at least. That's fine but once he helped me he seemed very annoyed I was there for a pick up. After about 10 minutes two other employees show up to help, one was clearly a manger after I waited 20 minutes in store when my pizza was already supposed to be ready I said something about how slow the service was and the manager clearly heard me didn't care and the employee threw my ranch down on my pizza very annoyed even when I was patient. Very concerning whoever is running this place right now. Won't be going back until new management is in place. Pizza was dry even when I put extra sauce on the notes. read more

I placed my order through the Pizza Hut app that said they were open (as did Google), they took my money, notified me via email that my order was ready, but when I went to pick it up, the store was completely locked up and nobody was inside! While I was there at least three other customers came to pick up their pizzas and also a DoorDashwe came to pick up their order all with no results! The phone number that was listed on the window led to a semi centralized phone number that said all they could do was transfer me to the manager, I kept telling them there's no one there at the store to answer the phone ! read more

We find the hand tossed pizza to be very good. The problem with all pizza huts is that they no longer answer the phone at the local store and they no longer deliver. Instead, when you call the store phone number the system routes you to a general call center where they take your order and send it in to the store. The problem with that is they often get the order wrong and often send it to the wrong store. Consequently when you show up to get your pizza you are met with "We don't have an order under that name" or the order is wrong. read more

I don't know how they mess up a online order delivery... you just print the receipt and give it to the driver. How hard is that? Got some stupid heads working at this Pizza Hut no joke. Seriously Pizza Hut?! This was disgusting. We ordered hand tossed but I'm not sure what the hell this mess was. Both pizzas looked like the driver dropped them... the slices were scattered all over the box, some were even folded in half. The pizza was super chewy and Barry more than room temperature.... kinda like it was made yesterday and just microwaved before being delivered and it took more than an hour to get delivered. I am SO disappointed. This was NOT worth the almost $40 I paid. You don't even deserve the one start I very graciously gave you. read more

Pizza Hut is quickly losing my business for life. They have decided to go with the times and not allow you to call the store across the street directly but Transfers you to a call center in a land that's far far away. But after 20 minutes trying to explain what city that I am in they insist that we have no location near me, even though I can see the lights from the sign at night. Apparently Cooperate has decided there is no budget needed to ensure that customers can reach the proper stores or that stores get the business of the customers around them. Unfortunately I will have to start using there competitors If I want to try to order a pizza over the phone. Way to go Cooperate taking something that has worked for decades and spent millions to break it. Should the stores that you are suppose to be serving find a way to make you responsible for the loss of customer base thru your decisions and action. I for one think so. read more

I ordered the $5 Line Up deal and was able to get two pizzas and wings for just around $22. The amount of food and the quality was awesome. The person who answered was Ryan and he was kind and helped me order a good combination of foods and my driver or delivery man was Mike. My food was delivered HOT and FAST. I was just here with my daughter and son and let me tell you what a great customer service from the lady I wish I got her name. She was amazing after a long day at work I had my order wrong in my mind I had place an order for wings and two pizza online. Well with a busy schedule I just order wings I went to pick up thinking I had order everything and when I realized I forgot to order the pizza she asked what kind of pizza I wanted and she got right on it. This Pizza Hut is the worst, I went in there today May 27 and looked around and no one had gloves on at any part of the food preparing process. I asked the girl on duty if they had gloves and safe standards? She said yes they did but they just chose not to wear gloves. I am not a hypochondriac, or do I even believe in a lot of the pandemic story. But as a food service employee I would think we I want to make sure everyone is healthy that we serve food to. Very disappointed. When I placed the order over the phone the young man who took the order was unaware of any specials they were currently having. We finally narrowed the special down to 2 medium, 2 topping pizzas for $5.99 each. I also placed an order for breadsticks with marinara. While ordering, I confirmed with the young man that marinara WAS included with the breadsticks, the young man assured me it was. Upon delivery, my husband asked the delivery driver at the front door if the marinara for the breadsticks was inside one of the pizza boxes. The driver said "yes, it's in the pizza box." We trusted what we were being told. When we got to the kitchen with the pizzas and breadsticks, guess what?! No sign of marinara anywhere. Wonderful service. We ordered online and when I went in to pick up the pizza, the lady that checked me out was wonderful! I am now really p.o'd. I tried to notify pizza hut customer service of a bad experience. I made an order for $34.63. I received two dry, burnt pizzas. I entered the store, had to show my I'd, enter my pin number for the debit card, still had to sign the receipt. Pizza took 15 minutes longer than the scheduled time. Why ask what time, if it don't matter. I never would have complained this way if the web site would have accepted my information. Tried three times, kept informing me there was missing be info. Reentered every darn thing. Then it would not accept the my password. Locked me out. Funny thing, the password is saved in the program. I can order pizzas, but I can't complain with same password in the account. Stay away from the company. read more

We called and contacted the manager and she said it was not their fault because there is a cooler out front and he shouldve grabbed it even though he didn't know what we ordered. THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER... But resolved the issue! I ordered two pizzas and a 8 wings for carry out. When I got home I opened the wings to find that they gave me the wrong flavor wings. Waited almost 2 hours for our pizza to be delivered. They said they could not find our address so rather than calling us, they just decided to cancel our order. We called 1st time after 50 mins and this is when they told us this. They apologized and said a new order would be to us in 35 mins. Then after 45 mins they were still not here. I am a faithful Pizza Hut customer and my favorite place to order pizza from. Well that has recently changed!! I order a meal deal with 2 large pizzas breadsticks and a 2liter Pepsi. Well I called in to claim my free medium pizza with the coupon book we bought from Gilbert schools and they tell me I can't claim or use without manager approval. The stipulation from Pizza Hut does not appear on the coupon book itself therefore I guess they want you to plan meals around their schedules. We ordered the $10 pizza box online. First off they were out of the pizza crust for the square pizza and replaced it with a medium. When we got home with our order we had no frosting with our cinnamon sticks and our pepperoni lovers pizza with mushrooms had no pepperoni on it. The manager refused to give us a new pizza or refund us but said we could drive all the way back to pick up the frosting. When we picked up the pizza everyone was just standing around talking. Maybe if there was less chatting they could get orders correct. We will not be going back. read more

I went to this Pizza Hut to get carry out pizzas for years. In the past six months I've gone twice. The place kind of smells, I'm not sure what it is but it isn't good. Yesterday I went in and ordered the new Big Dinner Box. While it was cooking I went next door to get some groceries and returned about 15 minutes later. I was standing in the front waiting for the pizza to come out of the oven and I noticed the guy & girl working in the back. They were getting pizzas and breadsticks out of the oven and cutting & boxing them. While doing this I saw both of them pop some food in their mouths. Then even worse I saw the guy lick his finger and keep handling the food. Then he rubbed his nose with the side of his hand! I stepped up to the register and requested my money back. After I explained what I had seen the cashier gave me my money back promptly and said that she would speak to them. I probably won't go back, ever. There are lots of other pizza places within a mile of this place, I've heard that Bella Pizza a mile south is good, I'll have to try that. read more
