She gave me the option to order online or directly with her--no pressure at all--so I chose human-to-human, and I'm so glad I did. Bella helped me choose the best pizza, patiently answered all of my questions, and stayed calm and kind even while I had to enter my credit card zip code multiple times. Not once did she rush me or make me feel like an inconvenience, even though I could tell she was busy. I was calling all the way from Los Angeles to have pizza delivered to my grandmother for New Year's, and Bella truly made it special. I had ordered a very simple order of breadsticks wings and cinnamon sticks. expect I didn't receive my full order that I paid for. I go home and open up my food to not find any cinnamon sticks at all whatsoever even though I had payed for them. I'm very upset and will not be returning for a long time. read more

12/312020 ordered a large thin crust taco pizza and a large thin crust pepperoni pizza. The taco pizza was obviously a set aside mistake pizza earlier in the evening that they covered with lettuce, couple tomatoes and a couple onions. I took a slice out and the toppings fell off leaving a hard cold surface of hard melted cheese and I think that is hamburger? The pepperoni pizza was cold and hard. Needless to say did not eat it and ate yesterday's leftovers very disappointing and a waste of time to go pick it up and money. I hope this does not happen to you because when your taste buds are craving something and your looking foreword to getting home with your meal it sure is upsetting. read more

My mom couldn't wait to go to Pizza Hit tonight. She used to work at a Pizza Hut when she was younger so she was excited to learn there was a Pizza Hut in Manistee - the town we were visiting. We walked in at 8:30pm to the Pizza Hut in Manistee. The store was very cold, but we thought that's ok. We continued in and realized we had to order at the counter and then sit down. The young lady and a man behind the counter immediately kept reiterating to us the dining room closes at 9pm. I said it's 8:30. "You can order to go but our dining room closes at 9pm" I found it very rude. I used to work in the restaurant business and if someone walks in - we serve them - no matter the time. Customer service at a lot of places has really gone down and it's unfortunate. We ended up leaving the restaurant and going somewhere else. I had my 11, 8 and 2 year old daughters with me and my mother. We drove 30 minutes to eat here. We will not be returning. read more

I don't know what it is but your food makes me throw up every time I eat it. One time I was out with my sister and uncle we went here to eat I ate like half of a whole pizza then the whole next day I wouldn't stop puking I think its just the sauce though. Ordered lots of food online so I know order is correct. Show up and was told only 1/3 pizzas was built right and they were missing garlic knots. In entering Pizza Hut Manistee I am greeted by such friendly faces in the two employees that have waited on me the last two times that I have walked in. Isabella and Dan (a manager) are the nicest, kindest people anyone could encounter when stepping into an eating establishment. Besides the two of them being so fabulous in taking my order and telling me the better deal-----as I was waiting on the bench for my take out order Dan took it upon himself to carry out a huge order of pizza and pop for another customer in the freezing cold with no jacket on. Do not eat here. Significant issues with service, food quality, food safety and sanitation. Was hung up on twice by their manager. Food was all wrong and they refused to make it right. Manager was rude and could not have cared less. What's worse is the employees were not following any hand washing procedures or wearing masks or gloves after ringing people up, going to the bathroom or taking orders on the phone. I've observed this twice now. Health department should be made aware as this place is a significant risk to people's health through poor food safety standards. I haven't eaten at Pizza Hut for many years, so I thought I would give the food a try again, to see if it has improved. It hasn't, WORST pizza, wings, and breadsticks EVER! The breadsticks were dry, they didn't have any butter on them to apply the seasoning to, so the seasoning just fell off onto the plate. Before tonight, I would rate this location a solid 4 stars. Now? One star because of a wait time that was at least double what was quoted over the phone. I would have waited even longer if I didn't wait in front of the register for my take out order. The woman in front of me was returning her delivery order because it was wrong, and the manager was not able to meet her (or my) expectations. I ordered Pizza's for my sons birthday and when they delivered them they were cold and looked like they were smushed. It came to $17 we gave the driver a $20 and he didn't give us our change. After we called and complained he came back and gave me $1 and said there is your change. They said they would replace our cold smushed pizza and it would be there in 45min. After an hour we called and asked our replacement pizzas the told us that the had to wait till Monday to talk to the manager to resolve this. This is the last time I'm ordering from them. read more
