Went here for breakfast because the Captain's Corner was packed with a waiting line. The self ordering kiosks were down. No biggie. Ordered at the counter. Dine in. Orders arrived very swiftly. There weren't many people there for around 10am. The food tasted like it should. read more

This place is basically a crap shoot. Food is 95% of the time, cold or old. I go alot for their frappes or mochas...sometimes get food but not always. From now on, drinks only. Half the time the order on screen is right but that's not necessarily whats in your bag. And what is the deal with the sauces....should be in the kids meal and regular orders of nuggets but nope....the sauce is the main reason to get nuggets, am I right? Okay, where do I begin? McDonalds gives you diabetes and its not my cup of tea. When I was a young lad I begged my mother to take me too McDonalds. Every time we drove by and she wouldn't take me, I would have a mental breakdown. Now that im older and know Mc nuggets are as fake as your customer service I would rather not go too McDonalds. I showed up at 10:45 and they made me sit at the drive through until they closed. Their personal website says they close at midnight so I called and they got snobby with me and told me not to believe everything I see on the internet. My friend has an onion allergy, and she specified it when ordering, and every cheeseburger had onions on it. Was wondering if it was a cruel prank. I worked in that kitchen for almost 3 years and i can tell you personally the practices and standards set are awful management is lazy so in turn so are the crew i rarely ate there before i worked there and trust me after my first day i never ate there again i wouldn't serve that food to my cats it how they are able to pass food inspections is beyond me i get its fast food but there still needs to be pride in what your doing and respect for the paying customers who keep the doors open i can only hope that someday it gets shut down before anyone falls ill or worse enough said read more

I realize you can only expect so much from fast food but as someone in the job force myself, I expect people to know their job and to actually care about representing their company well especially in the service industry. So when my son and I stopped in and ordered the 2 cheddar onion burger combo, I was a bit irritated to see the employee ringing up the standard 2 cheeseburger meal and start taking items off/adding others to create the desired sandwiches (which resulted in an up charge for the special onions). I had to have the woman at the back cash menu fix the error because the one who took my order just wasn't getting it when I explained to her that there is, in fact, a value meal with 2 cheddar onion burgers. Shortly after I pulled up to the second window, I was handed my drink. I would have said thank you but the woman serving me (the same woman who took my order) was too busy talking into her headset (rude!) and explaining to that customer that "oh she'll just have to add the smoothie on at the window" which tells me that that guest was rushed through their order (not an uncommon thing for this place) and it got "stored" in the computer before the guest was finished. The service time for the rest of my order was ok - not great but not the worst I've ever had here. On our way back home, my son and I snuck into the fries and I was unpleasantly surprised to discover they were cold and tasted like they were double dipped in the oil. The rest of the order wasn't much better. Not one item was made properly and/or at an acceptable temperature. When I called to report the blunders, I had to call 3 times before my call was answered. Mind you this was around 8:30pm - well past the peak dinner rush. I won't lie and say I won't come back here but the accuracy of the orders and lack of customer service makes me dread stopping in because I can almost always expect my order to be wrong in some way or another. read more
