Went with my daughter for late dinner around 8:30. The very nice lady at the counter said that I was waiting for fresh meat for my Junior Bacon Cheeseburger. When I bit into the burger, it was raw. I have no idea how that thin of a patty could possibly be raw inside, and brown outside. The staff were all on their phones and joking around. I felt bad for the lady at the front counter because she seemed to be the only one actually working. I understand there is a new manager here. Hopefully she can turn it round. read more

Went thru the drive thru and we ordered 2 jr. bacon cheeseburgers and they gave us 2 regular no bacon, and on top of that they gave us peach sweet tea when we asked for regular sweet tea. Asked to swap it out and then they gave us what I can only describe as 99% sugar and 1% tea read more

Dining room was open and clean, plus the ketchup dispenser worked. Food arrived quickly. Order was correct and fresh. Would stop again.

We stopped in at 130 in the afternoon placed or order 30 min later we brought it to there attention that we still did not have our food 10 more minutes go by they bring our order over and the order was wrong I left without ever getting my burger. I pulled up to the drive thru at 11:24PM -- they close at Midnight. I just wanted my dam baconator fries but NO! Nobody would talk to me at the drive thru. I said "Hello?" several times, drove up to the window and saw the employees trying to hide. They must've wanted to get out of doing work early. This is the only place in Manistee open past 10 besides Mcdonalds and that's gross. Also -- almost every time i get baconator fries they don't melt the cheese?? Baconator fries are simple. Fries, liquid cheese, melted shredded cheese, and bacon pieces. Sometimes they neglect the liquid cheese all together. Sometimes they have almost no fries and all cheese. One time i was here and they handed me my meal, I checked the bag. NO melted cheese. Only shredded cheese and it wasn't melted at all. It was just fries, maybe 4 pieces of chunked up bacon, and dry shredded cheese. I handed it back to them and said "Do you think you could melt the cheese a little bit more for me?" The guy said yes and he handed it back with MORE DRY SHREDDED CHEESE. HELP. 3 stars though cus like when it's good, it's GOOD. read more

My son got the kids meal. My son got a spork as the toy. Now you tell me..how many stars does a spork toy deserve? I traveled all day just to eat here. My chicken sandwich was heavenly. But..the spork was a dagger in my sons day. I mean..who the hell gives a spork out in their kids meal? My wife devoured her sammich in record time, then called the hogs in the parking lot. On 11/11/21 my husband went inside (around 10:15am-ish) and ordered a sausage egg biscuit. He waited about 20 minutes with about 4-5 people who got served before him. Another customer got tired of waiting and asked for his money back, so my husband did the same thing. He had to wait another 10 minutes just to get his money back. There were at least 6 employees working. Will never go back to this Wendy's. read more

Service was incredibly slow. I had a group of seven people and it took almost 45 minutes for all of us to place our order. Staff worked slow and didn't seem to care about making us wait. We were the only group in the lobby. I would give zero stars if possible. read more

Very disappointed---on Friday May 26th I stopped at Wendy's in Manistee on my way home around 9:30 p.m.. I was hungry for a burger!! I got it to go--BIG MISTAKE!! When I got home ,I put on my pj's and sat down and thought I would be eating a delicious Dave's Burger. Instead I opened up a mess just slopped together and falling apart. Then when I bit into it about puked because the meat was RED!!! I DO NOT EAT MEAT THAT IS NOT FULLY COOKED AND RED. If I wasn't ready for bed, I would of taken the burger back. Then the fries on the baconator fries were cold. Don't know what happened to our Wendy's, and there was not anyone else inside of Wendy's or standing in line and there was a lot of workers behind the counter. This by far is the worst Taco Bell i've ever been too. They didn't accept my blockbuster card, the service was slow, and my toy was a DINKY FLIPPIN' SPORK, YOU CALL THAT A TOY TACO BELL!!! Anyway, the seven layer burrito I ordered came on a bun with chicken, and when I ordered a baja blast, they gave me root beer. I actually prefer Wendy's burgers and chicken nuggets over their competitors. I love that their menu always has something new on it to try (even if it is only for a limited time), and they have a ton of menu items to pick from (unlike their neighboring "arch" friends). The staff is friendly, and restaurant is clean. The burgers are a little greasy, but I guess that is fast food for you. My only real complaint is that it really isn't FAST food. One time it took nearly 15 minutes to take my order and get my food out to me. However, I still continue to go back, because the Wendy's food is worth it! read more
