I went there on a Sunday about 1 o'clock or today pepperoni mushroom olives, pizza when I got there person that was supposed to been taking the order which was a manager was out on a delivery. The other only person was a cook who was very young being trained, and so while she was out delivering , I had to wait till she got back to the order because he really didn't know how to take the order. He said he could get it started, but he would have to wait until she got back to help him finish it. He was very nice very gorgeous and when she came back, she was very helpful but it's sad That there's not enough business to have more than two people working in that Pizza Hut in the daytime. I understand the cost of employees is high, but I also understand that you can't get any better when you have to run your business at this matter. In actuality, there should always be three people on Hand, the worker delivery person, the manager and the cook. It took a lot longer to get a pizza because I had to wait for her to come back. The pizza is OK as far as Pizza goes because you can't get too off with a a pizza if the dough is good. I think that the restaurant needs to be cleaned up a lot. When you walk in most of it is wood the wood needs to be stripped and cleaned from the usage of Customer's hand on the wood. The floor needs to be vacuumed. It had not been vacuumed from the night before at least. All of this is due to the lack of employees and a little bit more supervision from the manager to use the employees the best way possible for the customers satisfaction, which is cleanliness and good food and a timely manner. read more

We waited for over half an hour for our breadsticks and had to ask for our drinks twice before they got brought out to us because they started bussing some tables before we even got our drinks! They also had to take our pizza order twice because they had a "computer glitch" of some kind. My parents and I were the only dine in customers for over half an hour so they weren't busy AT ALL!!! This is literally the worst service I've had at any rest of any size or shape anywhere period! We will never come back here ever again!!!! I think the only reason this store stays in business is it really doesn't have any solid competition. The pizza is a bit less than average. The wings are really good, and the fries are ok. I don't recommend the buffet as things just look sort of dried out and sad on it. Ordering online is a chore because either the advertised specials aren't followed at this store, or there is a billing issue. For example, when I log on to order online, I have a $5.99 charge before I add anything to the order. I mean, they want me to pay $5.99 for the privilege of ordering on line or something. Let me start by saying that I love pizza, especially from the Hut. This particular hut, however, has me contemplating finding other local means of getting my fix. I've ordered from this place several times, dined in a few times. Dine-in experiences have been pretty middle-of-the-road, nothing particularly good or bad has happened. Service has never been that great though, even in an otherwise empty dining room. I've ordered delivery a few times, always a much longer wait than the estimate. The last time, I wondered if my order had been delivered to someone else or forgotten about entirely. I called the store after waiting about an hour, and they told me it was on its way out. When the driver finally showed up (about another 20 minutes later) I asked what the deal was. He said he was the only driver and there were 3 orders ahead of mine. Since then, I've decided to order carryout instead. The wait time is still usually longer than the estimate. The last two or three times, I've ordered wings and went to pick up my order. They hand me pizzas, pasta, whatever I've ordered, and say "There ya go!" and I'll ask about the wings. They'll check the receipt, realize they forgot them, and THEN start the wings. Once, i can understand. More than twice, it's just a consistent lack of attention to the order. There have been other things forgotten, as well. Breadsticks, stuffed crust, even a whole pizza one time. It seems there are always different employees working, so maybe they're in a perpetual state of training, but you would think that getting orders correct would be a big part of that. I'll continue to order from here occasionally, but I know there are many other local patrons that have had the same experiences and I hope this location improves soon. read more

This is one of the worst Pizza Huts, and one of the worst eateries I have ever been to in my life. First of all, the salad bar at the Lindsborg Pizza Hut is poorly maintained. The lettuce was browning, and the Garbanzo beans was a thick gruel of mush (note to staff: drain them first after you open them up from the can...duh). The pizza tasted like it had been sitting out all day, and despite the fact that there were three people working behind the counter, and I was one of only two people there; the server (who had a very bad attitude....think Paris Hilton going on Lindsay Lohan) ignored me the whole time, and I had to go up to the front to ask if I even had a server. This was a very bad experience and I will never go here again. read more
