They lie before closing and say that they cannot fulfill orders and ask customers to cancel orders. Don't waste your time.

So slow, food is terrible absolutely never coming back again. Coworkers are super rude and disrespectful, and they'll let the lines stack around the restaurant due to the workers moving so slow. read more

They were slow, messed up our orders and then tried making us pay for a cup of sour cream even though they didn't add extra when they re made it like I had ordered read more

Taco Bell - They didn't put anything on my crunch wrap and then took 10 mins if not more getting me another one and still didn't make it right - Fast Food Near Me - Mcpherson, Kansas

Every single time I've come to this taco bell the service is slow, workers are rude & the food isn't even good! Recently both myself and another person ordered Crunchwrap's and tacos and there was only a SLIVER of meat and maybe not any nacho cheese at all. They just load everything up with lettuce and tomatoes!! I will no longer go to this location. I'd rather drive 30 minutes to get actual good food! read more

Should be 0 stars. The hours online says they are open till 12am, but any time i have gone after 11pm theyve refuse to serve me, and will turn off the lights as i am driving up to them and then turn them back on after i leave. Tried to put in an order at 10:55 and they said they could not serve me because it was too close to closing and they already got rid of all the food, an hour and five minutes before closing. Horrible service and rude employees read more

The crispy cantina chicken tacos are the bomb! They are very slow, but it is so hard to get help anymore! ... so I don't feel like it's their fault!' It won't stop me from going! The food is great!' read more

Actually this place should have zero stars, worst experience I've ever had at any food establishment ever. Never even got my food after a hour and a half AND THEY REFUSED TO REDFUND ME read more

my husband placed an online order at 11:00pm. it is currently 11:45pm. He waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes to get up to check in and they told him they were closed and could no longer serve him. which really isn't surprising considering it usually takes them 45 minutes to make a burrito that typically comes out made incorrectly and cold. read more

A one star rating isn't low enough I ordered 2 tacos for lunch, so they have a new item crunchy lettuce taco for same price as one with meat. I had to eat half of it to even see the meat in it. I'm done with McPherson Taco Bell. And I have pictures. read more

Food is amazing service is wonderful the atmosphere is phenomenal the crew is always friendly and nice I absolutely love the people that work there read more

Consistently slow. Got to the drive through at 10:30 with an online order and waited until midnight and still never got our order.

I would have left no star because 1 is generous. The service is consistently the worst service of any establishment I have ever been to for any food stop. The drive thru line is always LONG but going inside is even LONGER read more

Service was non existent. Sat in the drive through for 25 min and no one talked tthrough the speaker to take my order.. Really?

absolutely horrible we were their for 50 min just got back from a track meet so the 4!!!! people were tired we just got drinks and took forever and when we asked about our order the lady put her head down and was cussing under her breath and the lady that was just standing at a screen and she was on Snapchat on her phone and the bathroom had bugs in the corners and one of the workers ate a fry outta the cup which was in our order absolutely terrible,go to the braums across the street it's way better! read more

I really don't know what to say when Taco Bell seems like the best choice for eating in the area. But it is a treat in these parts. I have used the drive thru, and service is friendly and food ok. read more

Taco Bell - Fast Food Near Me - Mcpherson, Kansas

Service is very lacking in care for the customer. I was given the wrong order in the drive through . I took it back and I never received an apology of any sort; just 'it happens.' I had to wait until my order was prepared again which was not expedient at all. Them they acted like I was inconvenience to them. read more

All times taco bell in McPherson they always closed inside and only drive in ..I noticed other different town still open in lobby and they are cheat put little meat ,etc so they are profit extra money ..they complaint about it .they want extra meat and etc . read more

Normally this place is OK for some crap not so much rude staff disgusting food and I think I found a bug in my burrito. Management doesn't care and all the staff is worried about is smoking cigarettes in front of the door that's closed because you can't go inside. read more

best food ever went there to eat got my food out fast friendly people keep up the good work

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I've traveled all over the United States and go to Taco Bell quite a bit. This location can't get orders right ever. Pretty crappy when you pull up to drive thru and the first thing they say is by the way it's going to be a 25 to 30 minute wait. Are F'ing serious it's a damn drive thru. I gave this place 3 try's and will never go back to Taco Bell after this last experience. read more

Worst Taco Bell ever. Won't ever go back to a Taco Bell again because of this place. Hope they go out of business so we can get a real option for eating out. read more

The food service was the worst we waited 30 minutes. The food was what you would expect. They ran out of tea and I asked for some in my cup but the cashier didn't act like he wanted to serve me. So I got water and left. Won't go back. read more

This is my regular place during COVID, good food, decent prices, friendly staff, and pretty fast. Unfortunately my previous experiences were quite terrible, waiting 20+ minutes for food, screwing up my order twice, rude staff (which have been fired or left since). Overall, I'd recommend, especially since McPherson has a lack of non burger places. 3.5/5 read more

Have always loved this place but lately the service has gone downhill fast!! Takes a very long time to get your food!!!

It's been a long time since I have been to a Taco Bell that wasn't disgusting. I have been so happy to find that this one is clean and has quality food. read more

Okay, everyone loves Taco Bell. It's super tasty, super cheap, and . . . usually super fast. Tonight, my husband and I went to Taco Bell in McPherson, KS, ordered 2 $5 boxes (no substitutions), and it took them 25 minutes! There were only 3 other customers there (also waiting an absurd amount of time). This is frustrating because we love to eat Taco Bell. They've lost our business for a while! read more

Well, normally decent, but this last time sucked. Ordered $30 worth of food. They forgot one item, so I reminded them at the window when he recited it back. Got home and all 5 taco supremes were regular and the forgotten item was still forgotten. I then try to call their number and get a fax machine. Not impressed. read more

They close at 11pm on fridays and wouldn't accept our order at 10:53 because "they couldn't make our order before they closed at 11 because they want to get out by midnight" but they accepted the car before us??????? Absolutely ridiculous. Will not be going back read more

It's Taco Bell, but this location... I don't think they have ever gotten my order right. I say chicken, I get beef. I say no tomatoes, I get extra tomatoes. I have gotten to the point that I demand a refund every time they mess my order up. 5 times now, in the last 3 months, I have walked out with credit or money back in my pocket. Poor poor poor management and quality control. Taste is great, if you don't mind beef instead of chicken when you order, or picking out tomatoes... read more

I have lived here for 3 summers, and I have never received a flawless order from this store. You say chicken, you get beef. You say no tomatoes, you get extra tomatoes. Small drink, you get a large. Seriously, every time. read more

The food is great and cheap. If you can get it. Drive through line took 14 min to advance a single car, at which point, we were informed that there was an additional 20 min wait for food. On another occasion it took me 20 min in the drive through to get my food. On another occasion they had run out of BEANS. I keep going back because I love the food and the wait isn't always that bad, but either the management or the ownership are wildly incompetent. read more

I had just left the drive thru and looked in my bag and the outside of my food wrappers looked like someone had thrown up in the bag... I asked to have my food replaced... the boy said he could not with out his managers ok... they took my number.... we trashed the food....needless to say its been 2 weeks with no call.... too bad my pix wont post....I had previously enjoyed their food.... but now we have some serious problems in Mac.... I will just have to eat at taco bell in another town... read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We went in 10 minutes before the lobby closes and they said "we're closed inside" we said okay but can we do three separate orders in the drive through and the manager said yes. So we went to the drive thru and were told "you can only do one order in the drive thru and only can go around twice in the same car." They lost a lot of business tonight by saying one thing and then changing it once we were outside. Very unimpressed with their customer service. If the lobby closes at TEN close it at ten.. not 9:50. And don't lie and say you can do three separate orders through the drive thru and then change it. read more
