Every single time I've come to this taco bell the service is slow, workers are rude & the food isn't even good! Recently both myself and another person ordered Crunchwrap's and tacos and there was only a SLIVER of meat and maybe not any nacho cheese at all. The hours online says they are open till 12am, but any time i have gone after 11pm theyve refuse to serve me, and will turn off the lights as i am driving up to them and then turn them back on after i leave. my husband placed an online order at 11:00pm. it is currently 11:45pm. He waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes to get up to check in and they told him they were closed and could no longer serve him. which really isn't surprising considering it usually takes them 45 minutes to make a burrito that typically comes out made incorrectly and cold. read more

We went in 10 minutes before the lobby closes and they said "we're closed inside" we said okay but can we do three separate orders in the drive through and the manager said yes. So we went to the drive thru and were told "you can only do one order in the drive thru and only can go around twice in the same car." They lost a lot of business tonight by saying one thing and then changing it once we were outside. Very unimpressed with their customer service. If the lobby closes at TEN close it at ten.. not 9:50.
