Is good help really that hard to get? We've ordered pizza…read moreevery Wed night for a long time from the East Kansas location. Sometimes it's 'average' and sometimes it's way below average. Just now in the middle of the afternoon I placed an order and again they messed it up. The assistant shift manager (Matthew) just wanted to argue with me and not even try to diffuse the situation and make it right with us. He blamed 'training' and other things before he stepped up to the plate and treated me like a return customer that pays his paycheck. Between the 'average' pizza and snotty help we can do without it. So yourselves a favor, drive to Wichita and try il vicino pizza in Bradly Square. It's reasonable, tastes great and the help actually smiles.

The waitress was lovely, shrugged her off and said, "follow me". She seated us and was pleasant through the entire experience. We just ordered two burgers, a few fried appetizers and two bowls of pasta. As the apps were delivered, owner comes back out and says "it's going to be 30 minutes" for those two bowls of pasta. She also added, we have been dead since noon (why do we need to know that?!?!)
