Went to the Doctors Hospital was having a tough day as is!! All damn day!! Buuuut... This Nostalgic Moment!!! Brought me so much Joy!!... I used to visit this Place as a Kid for Somebody's Birthday , Family dinners Literally and as I got older the spot for my Personal Pan!! Of course with time and years there's upgrades, out with the new stuff discontinued the old stuff!!.. I called all the pizza huts still around and the only one they sell is the Big PAN pizza in the black box!!... so I prayed and well today I called!!! And I was happy asffff they didn't get rid of their Small Pan Pizza!! I was so damn surprised and Happy I ordered My Mama One!!! I had a very unpleasant experience at Pizza Hut store #023502. I placed an online order for two pizzas and one order of buffalo wings. The order was placed at 4:36 PM and I put as a future order to be ready at 6:15 PM. Got to the store at 6:25 to give them additional time. The order wasnt even ready. I had to wait 25 minutes! Before I get my order AND one of the pizzas was not with the correct ingredients!!! In addition to that the staff was very rude. In particular a girl whose name is Jessica. Never at any moment did apologize at least for the wait or inconvenience. Customer service makes all the difference in a company and the way pizza hut staff treats customers, it will drag them to ruins. Im not the person who complaints for every little thing becausw I try to be patient but this was the last straw. I will never put a foot at that pizza hut store AGAIN!! Probably the worse pizza hut I had ever been to. Well the only reason I stopped here was because my daughter wanted pizza on the way home from Virginia. This seemed like a good place since she absolutely had to have Pizza Hut. When we got in around 11:15 there was no one in there so I thought it meant we would get some great service or st least fast service. By 12 we still had no pizza and no refills of our drinks. Couldn't even get all of our drinks to begin with because they forgot one of our sodas. After checking on it they finally brought out our extremely specialized pizza with only pepperoni as a topping. So after all this time had passed by one would think we would have the best pizza ever. LOL not even close. It come out at room temperature. Clearly it had been done for some time and sat there for a while. So after finishing our meal we again had to wait another 25 min to get the bill. Don't do it. This was my first and last visit to this Pizza Hut. Maria correctly took my order at 4:53 p.m. -- even repeating it back. She told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I went to my car and returned at 5:15 p.m. There was no one at the counter and the waiting area was becoming packed. Someone came from the back calling out order nos. My no. 85 was not called. At 5:30 p.m. someone came to the front, saw customers waiting and started asking for order nos. Guess What -- my order was ready and in the heating oven. Brace yourself -- yes, it was incorrect. If I could give it no stars I would. This is my 4 time ordering from them and the second time I've had a problem. This time I placed an online order at 8:30pm, received a text at 9:01 stating it was out for delivery but it didn't arrive to my door until 10:11. I tried calling the store to cancel it but no one answered. Once the driver showed he was pleasant and called the manager. A young boy answered and said he could refund the wings only ( I ordered 2 pizzas, wings and cinnamon sticks $35). I'm not going to argue with someone at 10 at night. Brought the food in, of course it was cold but it was also dried out. Needless to say I'm calling my back in the morning to get this transaction canceled. Never had these issues with Papa Johns. I went to the store directly where the manager himself told me i was lying, asked me for my ID, and made me feel as if i was in the wrong. How can you guys operate a restaurant this way? The best thing about this Pizza Hut was leaving it. Wouldn't even give one star if I had the option. Ordered 3 pizzas and a pasta and all 3 pizzas where incorrect despite being the only people in the restaurant, the pasta was served in the metallic dish it was delivered to in the restaurant in, which was reassuring to know that it was not made in house. Staff were unhelpful and seem a little confused as to their whereabouts. Would not recommend. read more

The pizza was filling but not tasty. They need to vamp up the tang of their sauce. Service was excellent! The woman's bathroom was much to be desired. My pizza was mostly crust, w hardly enough sauce or cheese. Do not recommend. They have a $20 minimum for delivery and don't have the decency to complete 1 cheese pizza. They didn't include the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. When I called about the order, I hd to call five times because they kept hanging up when I told them I had an issue with my order. It wasn't until I personally drove to the store with my order, that a nice young man named Gilbert issued a credit for the mess up. Dinning in Cost too much for the poor service I wanted to find a dine in Pizza Hut need less to say the service sucked because they took are of the carry out orders. The server hardly checked on us we had to go to the count to get refills and to find out where the rest of our food was. They gave us a menu and said the menu had the wrong prices and wrong information about the type of wings that were listed. Told us the correct menu and prices where at the counter. They have the salad bar list but there is not a salad bar nor did they have salads. Never again they just need to make it carry out and delivery like the rest. First off, after a long day of traveling, we got to our hotel to decide what to order. After choosing to order Pizza Hut and deciding which was closer to our hotel, we called the restaurant to order. And even though it was a Thursday night and was still 20 minutes until ten and we called 3 times, the phone rang and rang and rang...... I ordered 3 pizzas from this store this morning: online before they opened. I requested delivery at 12:45. I got a text saying they were out for delivery at 12:04. Called about 10 minutes later, and I A's informed that they were still in the store, waiting for the delivery staffer to return. I was assured that they were in the warmer and would arrive hot. Nearly an hour and several calls later, pizza arrived cold. I returned them. Staff BS-ed me all along. They only had one deliverer and were inundated. So beware, and don't accept any cold pizza. I'm not surprised that this Pizza Hut has a 1.5 star rating. How they got half a star in the first place is beyond me. I recently ordered a pizza from here and when it was delivered I discovered it was the wrong pizza. I called the store and explained that I wanted the pizza I ordered and the man on the phone wasn't apologetic or empathetic in anyway. He just looked up my order and told me a new one was coming and then hung up. I quickly called back and asked when I would receive my pizza and he said 20-30 minutes. An hour and fifteen minutes later I decide to call the store to see where my pizza was. As the phone was ringing my pizza finally arrived. I requested to speak with the supervisor and I explained my situation and told her I wanted a refund, because the time frame for what I needed the pizza for was long gone by the time I received the correct pizza. She too, was rude and quick and told me I would have to come in the store to get the refund. Before getting off the phone I asked her if there was anything I needed to bring and she told me just the receipt. When I went to the store, again her attitude was rude and unwelcoming. She told me that "for future reference we don't give refunds unless the product comes back." I explained that I asked her on the phone if I needed to bring anything and she said just the receipt. She rudely repeated herself and issued my refund. Unfortunately, when I tried to call corporate, there is no one there to listen to me complain. I think this store manager needs customer service training. I also think this franchise needs to do better in terms of who they hire. read more

I've placed an order ahead of time , told me that they open at a certain time , asked if I stilled wanted my order placed . I said yes and I come to pick it up and it's still not ready . Last Week, I wanted pizza. Decided to go with this place and here goes.... I ordered online and requested for it to be delivered as soon as possible. I placed my order at 7:59pm. Remember that. It's pertinent. So about 45 mins go by and I check the pizza trackers. It states I'll receive my pizza by 10:10pm. Meanwhile I'm starving. I give them a call thinking I may have selected the delayed time by accident. Nope. That's the earliest time for delivery or I have the option of carry out but that won't be ready for 45 mins. I give up. I cancelled the order and you would have thought I was dealing with the government. They (customer service) had to pass me around back to the store. Then "Tracy" gets on the phone and says it's cancelled. I asked how do I know that? Is there an email confirmation? She says no. Then she says yes. No number. No proof. Never received an email. Guess what? At 10:20pm the Pizza Hut delivery man calls to tell me he's outside. Mind you, I've already finished eating my delivered pizza from Papa Johns. I told the guy I cancelled the order and I will not be coming outside. I called the store to let them know what was going on and he said ---"the order was never cancelled. I don't know why she told you that." So I had to give my card info over the phone for refund purposes. Clearly, this was the week I should have cooked and stayed to myself. read more

My last visit here I was really pissed. I placed a phone order, a Middle Eastern guy with incomprehensible english gave me bone-out wings without even asking, so when I asked to change it to the bone-in, he said he couldn't do that himself but had to get a manager to. I literally called back 4 times, getting put on hold for 20 mins each time, just to get transferred to a manager that kept hanging up on me because the phone representatives couldn't make changes to the orders themselves. Like wtf?? I even gave them a resolution, to forget about that old order, and make a brand new one - they couldn't do that either because my phone number was correlated with that particular order. So when I asked to use another number, they said they couldn't do that either. Wtf.. I ended up driving there myself and placing the order there. Still.. a really shit system. I also used to do delivery and loved the taste of their pizza. But last time I ordered the the pizza was like cardboard material. Wings weren't as good as they used to be either. I downloaded yelp just to write a review for this place. Here goes: Waited about 5 minutes to even be acknowledged by wait staff. Look of total confusion when I tell her we want to dine in. Pizza Hut still does this right? Sign says wait to be seated, she tells us to sit anywhere. Every table we pass except for the one under the tv is littered with crumbs and napkins. We sit down. About 10 minutes before were seen. Takes order, doesn't return with drinks for about another 10 minutes. We ordered waters, not asking the guy to make cocktails here. The best part of my experience was getting the wrong damn pizza. I was so damn hungry at this point that i didn't care. I let him know. He's completely neutral about said fact. Like I just pointed out the weather to him or something. My other friend I was with got the wrong pizza type. He told him. Again, no fraks given. Overall, it seemed like nobody knew what was going on here. I usually don't bother rating fast food chains; however, I feel the need to say something about my experience. I ordered a specialty pizza with extra cheese and paid extra for the topping plus wings. I was called shortly after ordering by the manager (im guessing) and was asked if I ordered the food and if I knew where the restaurant was located. I thought that was strange. My food was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes or so. I gave it 30 minutes and showed up to pick up my order. I waited around for about 10 minutes. The girl at the counter handed me the box and was about to walk away. I was about to say I'm missing $16 worth of wings when she caught it. It took another 15 minutes for me to get the wings. Thats a total of one hour to get a pick up order and the place was essentially dead. When I looked at the pizza before leaving, I pointed out that I paid for extra cheese and it appears that a regular amount of cheese was used (if that much). The old guy at the counter said "that is extra cheese...cheese melts." Wtf is that supposed to mean? Like I don't know that cheese melts. I began to say "now you wait just a minute" and I stopped myself. It wasn't worth the fight. He closed the box and then handed me the food. Completely dismissing the fact that I wasn't satisfied with my order. I won't be returning. I hate when employees treat customers like they're insignificant.
