Received excellent, family-friendly customer service at this Burger King. Thank you, Kaylie, for being so nice!

This Burger King has been my favorite location since I moved to Maryland in January 2026, so I was extremely disappointed with my most recent visit. Unfortunately, for the first time On 9/22/26 @ 4:30 pm, I received one of the worst burgers I've ever had from a Burger King. The burger was overly salty, the lettuce was white and chopped into small pieces, and the pickles were wilted. The tomato was especially concerning because it had a green, unripe center. Even the bun seemed different--heavier and thicker than usual. Overall, the ingredients simply did not seem fresh or up to the quality I've come to expect from this location. What makes this so disappointing is that I have consistently enjoyed the food here, which is why this location became my favorite. Unfortunately, this experience was bad enough that I'm hesitant to return. I hope management takes a closer look at the freshness and quality of the ingredients being served. Consistency matters, especially when customers return because they've come to expect a certain level of quality. read more

While waiting for my order I notices a charge that I was unaware of. After asking at counter why I was charged for something that I didn't order I was told that's the way McDonalds did it. I then asked for a refund. The training coordinator could figure how to process a refund. After 20 minutes of so Yaris (the training coordinator ) handed me money out of the cash register read more

There is no customer service here at the counter. They want you to order on the screen. The woman who works the window says, she is not a cashier... she made no attempt to call the person who is the cashier to the front. This event happened 2/2/2026 and 2/3/2026. There are customers coming in as i type this and the window worker is telling customers to go to the KIOSK to order or wait until the manager comes to the front. Customer service is horrible. I will take my Burger King order down Annapolis Toad to the location across from Walmart. Sincerely, No customer service read more

I visited this Burger King as I was leaving the plaza next to it. The drive thru was moderately crowded. The person who took my order was very friendly and polite. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and a 5 piece French toast sticks. The order was prepared quickly and correctly. I was in and out in a few minutes. Overall good experience. read more

So...looking at others reviews, I decided to order through the app and just click the "Im here" button when the BK was in view. The drive through does move slowly but it wasn't unbearable. I was in and out in under 10 minutes with several cars in front of me so ... I, of course, got the Impossible Whopper. To be clear, I've had impossible burgers before. They're good but nothing to snatch wigs over. I wanted to see if the "flame-grilling" ie broiler would add some flavor. Nope. Tastes the like an impossible burger you'd buy in the grocery store. The only major con was the app isn't updated based upon inventory. I ordered a frozen drink and this location doesn't have those so that was disappointing. On to the next... read more

Good day, I just left the drive thru at approximately 7:00 am. The cashier was a lady with natural locks in her hair. I asked her for a receipt and she said " The receipt machine isn't working ". I then said, I need it for a code the BK app is asking for. She followed up by saying " I don't know about that ". Every time I am in the area and decide to visit this location it's always an issue. The drive thru is closed or it takes 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. Another visit I sat in the dining area for almost 20 minutes to receive just an Impossible Burger. Corporate needs to direct their attention to this location. Customers I've spoken to are just as frustrated. I am frustrated because I just needed a receipt for the app and the lady at the drive thru window didn't seem to care about this visits concern of mine. This location needs to TREAT CUSTOMERS BETTER. read more

CHEWED GUM ON MY FOOD. a family friend and I went through the driveway to order some food.she got the impossible burger because she is vegetarian and I got the whopper with no cheese and small fries with bottle of water that was expensive already.i got home and warmed my food and noticed that there was gum on my fries. I'm scared to eat the field because the gum stuck to some of the fries and wonder which cook thought it was a great idea to put their gum from their mouth into my food. I am pissed off because I never chewed gum today so it can not be me that put the gum on my food but the cooks or workers.they need to have some kind of etiquette of sanitation when handling people food. I have called lanham Burger King facility multiple times with no answer. I look forward to see how they would address this issue and hopefully make some changes and adjustments. read more

I just tried to order a fish meal and asked the order taker if they could make it fresh but the order taker said we don't do fresh.

I've never had an issue with this location. Customer service, food quality (taste/temperature), time in line are always great. They don't give me shade about using my coupons and they always make sure we have the necessary items to enjoy our meal such as napkins, straws, ketchup, etc. Ms. Della, who works the drive-thru is an amazing elderly woman. You would think that she owns this location. So much pride in her work. God bless her! I would love to have her work for me, she has Chick-Fil-A customer service. read more

Not my best experience there. I hope they get their act together because drive through was awful.

Good food for the purpose. Good service. Didn't have any issues with order of staff.

I went through the drive thru window and encountered the sweeetest elderly lady. She greeted me with such warmth and enthusiasm, that if she had told me that working the windo at Burger King was her dream job, I would have believed it. I ordered a classic hot dog and it wasn't bad -- I'd have another one. The actually hot dog itself is pretty small but at least that way the toppings (ketchup. mustard, relish, and onions) stay intact. They package it well also so that it doesn't get smashed or anything so that's good. read more

Stopped in at BK on the way home Sunday night from the Maryland Renaissance Festival for a BK Big Fish Combo Meal - have not had one of these in years. My first time and last time coming here. They forgot my Hershey sundae pie,the honey mustard is horrible, they forgot the mayo on my impossible whopper and I told her specifically no ice in my sprite. And of course,a cup full of ice. I think she pretends to have hearing problems. My fiancé and I went inside to place our order and for some reason they didn't have the cheesy tots they currently advertising. Still love burger King though. I recently went to this Burger King. I got the Whopper meal. once I got home with my meal, the onion rings were hard and also there were french fries in the container and they were hard also. The employee was not friendly. I said thank you when she handed me my food and she looked at me like I was crazy and didn't say a word. I understand how it can be stressful, but you should be pleasant enough to say you are welcome. read more

Came here after driving about 800 miles, to be turned away at the counter because it was 10 mins til they locked the doors. The girl up front was very rude about it. The drive through was wrapped around the building. Maybe try locking the door if you don't want to have people inside. Sucked it up, went through the drive through, and half the order was wrong. Big sad. Y'all suck. read more

Burger king at colmar manor: As a former employee who only worked here for 2 months I wouldn't advise any DECENT person to work here...they need a whole new work staff and management...this place is very ghetto, messy and disgusting...starting with the two managers Lisa and Carl Cooper...if you look at Lisa's teeth you'll see why karma been whopping her tail for a long time..im not sure if she used to be on meth, crack or it comes from the nasty vulgar things that comes out of her mouth...how she talks about putting her mouth on other employees private parts..she goes around to every employee gossiping and spreading lies on each of her employees turning her employees against each other...she goes outside every hr to smoke weed comes in smelling like weed...the only time she FINALLY keeps her mouth shut...she talks loud and ghetto to the employees disrespectfully in front of customers.....every time she would try to come around me to talk messy and negatively about other employees I would act very busy to get away from her.....the most disgusting, disturbing character for management..she claims she makes 800 a week but can't afford a dental plan to get her rotten teeth fix nor get out of her homeless situation...maybe if she learns to stop being so messy and learn to speak positive words out her mouth..her teeth won't look like nightmare on elm street...I see exactly why so many employees in my short time of being there, quit on Lisa and CARL...they both allow employees to drink alcohol while working...the two employees stays drunk and wonder why customers complain about their food and waiting long periods of time......one other employee sells drugs out of the place to other employees, this one employee he sells drugs to is very sickly and CARL knows exactly about it..the employee had a bowl movement on herself all over the place and went back to work in the kitchen.....he shows favoritism towards the boy who sells drugs for some strange reason and other boys...especially young boys.....he allows him to do anything..the drunks and other employees never wash their hands before going back to work....the dishes on day shift stays dirty and unsanitized....Carl never say anything about that...Robin and Bill has no idea whats going on in their establishment...they need to watch this place very closely... read more

Whenever I Burger King, I Burger King here (or College Park). I have never had a bad experience here, and I mean really it's Burger King. How can you muck up a burger, fries, and drink? Service was crap . Drive they service did not give us straws, nor sauce. Little black dude caught an attitude with me.

Love this Burger King. It has updated drink machine, good service, and good food. Flat screen Tvs were a plus!

The renovations have given this location a new look that is clean, modern, and stylish. It's just too bad the service doesn't live up to the hype. My order (2 whopper meals plus two sandwiches) took around 10 minutes to prepare. I have to believe they gave top priority to the drive through orders as ordering inside wasn't nearly as efficient. In addition, the cashier, dazed as ever, forgot to give me the drink cups, and no one asked if I wanted any sauces. The food quality was good overall. The whopper could have been more cooked though. read more

great service. love it but the 5 for 4 deal is dying!!! the only way burger king has come back is if they drop the drink from the 5 items and replace it with your choice of chicken fries, a big king, another set of nuggets, or another set of fries!!! so for example this could be the advertisement: "burger king has now changed the 5 for 4 deal... now you get 4pc nuggets, a junior bacon cheeseburger, fries, chocolate chip cookie, and now..instead if a drink, your fith item is your choice of either chicken fries, an extra set of fries, a big king, or another set of nuggets!!! and you get a drink with no additional cost!!! oh yea, you heard it and seen it the burger king 5 for 4 just got hotter and better!!! oh yeah..you heard me,hotter and better!!!!" please take this matter seriously!!! send this review to the burger king company headquarters of the u.s.a and if the ceo and/or vp has great questions an wants to talk just have them contact me at 757-952-5435 or raferjr@gmail.com read more

Had lunch today at this location. It's been a while since I patronized this particular Burger King and my dine in experience today made me remember why I had stayed away for so long. The self serve fountain soda machine was not working, cashier had zero personality, and my double whopper with cheese was cold. How can a business whose moniker is Burger King sell cold burgers. I cannot wrap my mind around the fact that you specialize in burgers and cannot produce a hot product, especially when you claim to hand make them to order. On a positive note, the fried were hot and crispy. Maybe they need to change the name to "Fry King" and specialize in french fries and other potato products. I will not be returning to Burger King any time soon and I will never again return to this particular location. read more
