This place needs to be shut down!!!!! When something goes wrong with your order they will intentionally hang up the phone while your are ringing. I called the call center AND talked to supervisors AND managers, they ignored them too!!! Your piss poor costumer service is what's going to drive people away from you.. it took 3 hours to finally get 1 f*cking pizza to me. Ordered at 7pm, had to place a second order at 8:55pm, driver picked up at 9:17pm and didn't get to me till 10:13pm. Who knows what happened to the first pizza T_T. Mark my words. I don't know why this place had so many bad reviews. My experience has been stellar! We ordered their two medium pizzas special. One pizza was made with a thin crust with pepperoni, mushrooms, and pork. The other was deep pan crust with pepperoni, mushrooms, and onions. Both were fantastic! We had it delivered to our hotel, and it got here right when we were told it would be here. Our Pizza Hut at home is not this good, and I wish it were. This is the third time I've ordered delivery, $8, and you would think that these basic overpriced pizzas would at least be good or normal but NOOOOOO. First of all, I've ordered from this location plenty of times, so this time I downloaded the app and order via the app. Placed the order at 4:45 with an estimated delivery at 5:24pm. By 5:45 nothing so I called. They said they cancelled my order because driver called. Driver did not call nor did the store to follow up. So they said they'll re-deliver. To order from Pizza Hut you have to be in the mood for it and at the same token Pizza Hut has to be in the mood for you, and by that I mean you're going to get a 50-50 experience on both the quality of product and the delivery time. I've learned that if you tip well online you just might get your order faster and somewhat more appealing but if you don't they'll take their time and you'll receive a less than moderate product at a cooler temperature. This has been my experience with the Last few orders as I had to take a break from them because of the not so great experience. So buyer beware as you're taking a chance either way, it could be a really really OK experience or a really really less than advertised experience. read more

I agreed to the 54 minute wait, but they are unequipped and rude when I voiced my concern that this was well past the wait time. Being hungry, I ate the time. While standing and waiting, I watched a customer trying to cancel an order because they were told an extra 25 minute wait. Abdul, the ringer, was not providing any positive customer service. Bad food and worse customer service when you complain. Took the pizza home and saw the charred remains of the bell peppers that I ordered. I had to pull them off just to make the pizza edible. I completed online survey. It said I would be contacted in 3 days. Never happened. I complained on their website about a week later. Was told 3 days again. I complained online again, was told 3 days again. Emailed a corporate officer (format: first.last at pizzahut.com). Only offered a refund after I threatened with lawsuit. This branch is the worst. After not getting the order of garlic knots that I had already paid for, I called to inform them. I was told I had two options: wait 2 hours for a delivery, or come pick them up. After pointing out that both of those options were unacceptable and that I wasn't given an apology, I was told my card would be refunded $10. I walk in at 10:35pm on a Thursday. I stand there for a minute behind this guy in plain clothes (no uniform) at the counter, waiting to order. After a while (not immediately when I walked in, mind you), he turns around and very rudely says "we're CLOSED, buddy," as if I should have known and I was intruding. Really? Then why do your hours say Mon-Thurs until 11:00 PM on the door? Why is your neon OPEN sign flashing above that door? I just wanted some breadsticks and a soda. ***i have to update my review because I have since used this Pizza Hut and I must say that the service has improved greatly and our usual delivery guy is really nice. ** I cannot believe the terrible service we just received. This is the story they gave us: the driver came to our apartment and knocked on the door and no one answered so they tried to call but the phone went to VM and the mailbox was full. So the driver returned and they threw the product away and voided the payment. That story I believe 100% is a lie because they were too busy to get our delivery out. I called the VM of the phone they tried and was able to leave a VM no problem. Also- a friend of ours came and knocked on the door and we heard them just fine. Also when I asked to speak with the store manager, as soon as I started to explain he cut me off and began "my driver-" but then I stopped him and said "are you serious?? Are you not even going to let me finish my sentence?!?!" He then let me finish and told me that the driver couldn't get into our building because of the gate code and no one answered our phone. But wait...I thought he knocked and no one heard??? We still considered business and asked how long it would take if they re-made our order. He said about 45 minutes. I said I don't want to wait another 2 hours can you guarantee it will be 45 minutes? And he said we say about because it's an estimate. At that point I was done. I don't like Pizza hut. Unfortunately my roommate does... He ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch/Alfredo with bread sticks. We picked up the order. The staff was forgetful and not really paying much attention to the clients in or outside the restaurant. We were definitely just another number. Once we got the order... I tried the pizza... The dough was soggy! Ewwwww! I am a crust girl. I want a crunchy, solid and flavorful foundation. The topping was plenty but the crust ruined it all.. Had to go home and put it all in the oven. I had to re-cook the dang pizza! I should have cooked to begin with.... Wasted time and money... I hope other Pizza Huts are better. This place always seems to be empty inside.
