I ordered several items, and just had an issue with one item, I called and spoke to Haley the Manager and she apologized and took my information for the next time. Updated review! A year ago we experienced horrible service and food. We've ordered twice in the last week fairly large orders and the food has been perfect! Drinks arrive cold and the staff super friendly ... I don't know what changed but KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! read more

This was the dirtiest restaurant I have ever seen. We are glad we went inside to cancel our order or we would have never known the extent of the lack of customer service nor the health service issues that existed. We attempted to utilize the pick up window, contacted the phone as directed 972-932-3919. We were never able to reach the actual restaurant, we only were able to reach a call center who attempted to transfer our call to the actual store. After three other vehicles lined up behind us, we finally decided to head inside. After getting the register to pay, we were told our total and simply informed the cashier (who we had seen walk by the pick up window multiple times, along with three other employees who ignored the line of cars) that we wanted to cancel our order. The gentleman who was working in the front line (as you walked into the store, on your right) simply laughed and told us to have a nice day. As food industry and fine dining employees ourselves, we understand that everyone is hurting right now and it is very tough to find employees. However, this restaurant was fully staffed (it looked as if there were four or five other employees walking around the restaurant when we arrived). It was absolutely ridiculous. They only get one star from me. They would have got zero but it wouldnt let me. Quality has never really been there but now its customer service now. Two times in row I got bad service. 1st time I showed up 30min after ordering and they hadn't even starting preparing the pizza. Then the pizza wasnt even done. Doughy. Now the 2nd time I tried ordering online and the website wouldnt work. So I called asked if i can have the online deal since the website was down they told me no. Cool no problem on that but the they kept putting me on hold to see if they had what I wanted. In other words they were not prepared. All i wanted was one large pizza stuff crust pep with a pepsi. Then after asking for delivery and i live a mile away from the store I was told they will be closed by the time the pizza is done. I called 35 min before closing. I would have picked up pizza but they had such a bad attitude when i asked for delivery i just told them nevermind. Management you need to do some rehiring. read more

The pizza is great but good luck getting it. We have been to this one location a few times and had minimum problems such as long wait times for a single pizza. Last Thursday 6-20 we ordered online and arrived for pick up 20 minutes later and paid at the counter. After paying we waited 45 minutes and tried to ask someone for a refund or an explanation as several people just left. I didn't get a refund and went to whataburger instead down the street. I was able to make it home and then called to see if they had finally caught up and the girl said I could come get my pizza in 10-15 minutes. Never going back to this location again. We have had several great experiences here with the food and service while eating dine in. This past visit, I had my dog with me and wanted to sit outside. I wasn't sure if I should order to go or if we would be served outside. The hostess wasn't appearing for me to ask so I went to the counter. Kayla was not helpful and looked at me like I was stupid. When Jacob explained to her what I was asking she rudely told him "it'll be YOUR table then". It was odd to be treated so poorly when I was willing to get a pizza to go and serve myself if outdoor seating wasn't an option. Jacob was most helpful and will be receiving a great tip. Kayla should learn to treat all people with respect. We will be back, but only because Jacob redeemed Kayla's awful performance. read more

I was quite disappointed with... well everything I experienced with Pizza Hut today. I placed an online order and the app said it would be ready in 20 mins. I got to the store almost 30 mins later. The app said my order was ready. I pulled up to the window, gave my name, and... waited. One of the workers eventually came to the window again and told me that it was almost ready and asked me to wait at the window. Which I did ...for almost 5 minutes. A different worker came to the window and asked me to pull around to the front cause my order wasn't quite ready, but that they would bring it out to me. I obliged and...waited...-and waited... and waited... for nearly 15 more minutes. I finally got fed up and walked into the store to see what the hold up was - there were a handful of the workers just standing around chatting or looking at their phones. One of the workers immediately grabbed my order from under someone else's order on the bottom rack - it was in one of those insulated carrier bags. Well you know what kind of food you are getting with pizza Hut, but this particular location is lacking in customer service and order speed. It's kaufman so what do you expect. Their employees really just don't care. They basically just put your food on the table and walk away without saying a word. I see a lot of people come in and just stand there for 4 or 5 minutes before they are seen because there is nobody at the counter or watching the door, and this is when they are not even that busy. It's Pizza Hut... What more can you say? It's my kids' fave place to eat in town. Our favorite waiters are here, and the pizza is good pizza. I would give this poorly run place no stars if it was an option. we arrived at the same time the place opened for lunch. there were crumbs still all over the floors and the tables were dirty. I went into the restroom to find toilet paper pieces all over the floor and a broken door handle that actually made a child scream with terror because he couldn't get out. I can't speak of the quality of the food because after sitting there for over 55 minutes I never got any. I watched the manager take my order to the table in front of me and then he told me he'd make me a new one and I'd have it in 4-5 minutes... 30 minutes later I had to leave with no food. Once in a blue moon, the pizza here is good. But 9 times out of 10 our delivery is late, incorrect, and undercooked. The customer service is terrible. They run through teenagers like crazy at this location and you can tell half the time they have no idea what they are talking about. The management team is no better. On one particularly horrible night, our pizza arrived and was literally not cooked. My 5 year old son took one bite and spit it out. I called the store to complain and they told me that they could not give me a refund because I had ordered online. It took me taking the pizza's up there and causing a scene (they looked at the pizza's and said there was nothing wrong with them!! I, in turn, stuck my finger in the crust of each piece and took it around to customer's in the dining room so they could see the dough ooze out), and them finally calling their general manager for them to figure out... well duh, we would of course be happy to offer you a full refund. I still order from time to time, just because in Kaufman we have two options for delivery. If there were more options though, I would not order at all. And I always, always.. take that first bite slowly. read more

Ordered 2 pizzas (one personal pan, the other a medium pepperoni) and wings and 2 cokes. Went to pick it up and one of the pizzas was not made after I already waited the 30 minutes they initially told me it would take. The manager argued with me saying he did not get the other pizza in then order even after I showed him the online confirmation so he tried to hand me a medium sausage pizza that had another customers name on it. Negative. Made him make my personal pan pizza. He hands me both of the pizzas and I ask "where are my wings?" The manager looks at the girl and other guy and they shrug. I go ahead and show him the online order again to prove that I ordered wings. He argues that he can't give me the number of wings it says I payed for. The receipt says 18 wings and he says it was an error and should be 8. He eventually caved in and makes what the order says after being very visibly frustrated with his staff. The manager I assume is 25 or younger and the staff here look like they're in high school. Finally get my order and leave only to realize when I get home that the wing order is wrong. The dissatisfaction is high. Management is atrocious, the staff are rude (and seem a little inebriated) to be honest. Should have just stayed closed. Never ordering another thing. read more

I ordered a pizza online and it said it would be ready by 4:07pm. I showed up at 4:08 and waited. At 4:21pm they tried to give my my order and shorted me my breadsticks. The guy tried to convince me I didn't order breadsticks and after a couple of minuets of arguing and me showing him my email with my order he finally agreed they forgot.
