I also decided to switch things up and try the parmesan sauce for the first time instead of my usual marinara, and it was actually really good! I added basil pesto as an add-on, but unfortunately it didn't seem to make it onto the pizza. That said, I was pleasantly surprised to receive breadsticks that I wasn't expecting, which was a nice bonus and definitely appreciated. I placed an order on Tuesday, December 23rd at 6:15pm using their online coupon for a medium pizza for $15.99 with 5 toppings. Delivery was estimated as 6:50pm. 7:10pm I am notified that another delivery service, " door dash" is on the way to pick up the pizza and deliver it. 7:35pm Door dash driver #1 cancels. Driver 2 is assigned. Delivery is now changed to 7:40pm. I call Pizza Hut using their 800 number. Transferred to store. Ask them what's going on. Manager tells' me door dash driver has just picked up pizza and is on the way, she offers sincere apology. Door dash driver text messages me the following at 7:47pm " I just picked up your pizza am on my way". 8:03pm my phone rings. Goes to voicemail. Message " Hi this is -------- from Door dash. I'm sorry I can't deliver your pizza you live too far away. Sorry" 8:05pm I text the DoorDash driver and tell her that taking the pizza from Pizza Hut and then not delivering it is like stealing 8:07pm I called Pizza Hut again on their 800 number and then transferred to the store the person who answers hangs up on me. I call back at the 800 number again and they transferred me to the store. I speak to the same manager and tell her that the girl who just picked up my pizza for DoorDash has canceled the delivery. The manager is perplexed because she said she just left the store with the pizza 10 minutes ago. The manager profusely apologizes again and tells me her regular driver will be back at the store in 15 minutes and if I can be patient, she will remake my order again and have her own driver. Bring it to my residence.she apologizes again and tells me she is very sorry. She asks for my phone number and says she will call me when they order is leaving her store. 8:29pm DoorDash driver gets in touch with me and tells me that she is trying to find my house now and wants to deliver the pizza. 8:31pm DoorDash driver calls me on the phone again and begins a conversation telling me she is lost within my complex and cannot find my house. I tell her that Pizza Hut is sending another pizza and she says "oh I'm still trying to deliver your first one". I ask her if she has my address and she tells me she can't pull up Google maps while she's driving so she will have to call me back. 8:44pm the manager from Pizza Hut, calls me and tells me the pizza has been remade and her personal Pizza Hut delivery driver is on the way I thank her and tell her that the DoorDash driver has called me and she is trying to deliver the pizza. She tells me she is confused why the DoorDash girl is now trying to deliver the pizza after she disappeared an hour ago 9:03pm Pizza Hut delivery girl arrives on my front porch and the DoorDash girl arrive literally at the same time. Pizza Hut has generously upgraded my order to a large pizza along with a complementary 32 ounce Pepsi for my inconvenience. The DoorDash girl is telling me how tough her life is and what a rough day she had and she was sorry she could not make the delivery when she was supposed to. 9:07pm the Pizza Hut delivery girl calls her manager at my request to make sure it is OK for me to have the two pizzas. The manager tells her yes please make sure he is in receipt of what he's ordered and he has even thrown in some cookies for me. The DoorDash grill says "well now you have two pizzas for the price of one", she laughs. I look at the Pizza Hut delivery girl and she is not laughing and neither am I they both leave. The large pizza is hot while the medium pizza I ordered at 6:15 PM is cold so I take three pieces of the large pizza and then take the other two pizzas get in my car and drive down to Farrington Highway where Safeway is and I deliver the two boxes to the homeless people who have gathered over by the park. I want to thank the manager of Pizza Hut on Tuesday, December 23 for being kind enough to work with me and to listen to me when I was having delivery problems she owned the problems took control, then upgraded my order, giving me extras and made sure her driver personally brought the pizza to my home as far as DoorDash. I have seen their owner on Shark Tank and I would love to have the opportunity to tell him that his employees need to get their act together. Thank you, Pizza Hut for correcting a big wrong while it took 3+ hours to get my order the follow-through, the dedication and the polite and kind way this was handled by the manager will for sure. My order was made. I was missing an order of 5 breadsticks. My LARGE PAN SUPREME PEPPERONI WAS A MED (see PICTURES) I made complaint about the large pepperoni being that it was smaller in size than my super supreme picture (check pictures)! I ended using the med box to use as comparison to the large pizza box! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS KREW TONIGHT BECAUSE NORMALLY THEY ARE ON POINT ON MY PIZZAS BUT NOT TONIGHT! I did an online order, but it was confusing. Let me explain... I ordered 3 Big New Yorker for curbside pickup. Big New Yorker comes with ONE topping. So if you want pepperoni that's one..if you choose olives that's one!! I'm pretty sure you will be able to ADD additional toppings for an extra cost. Order was ready in 15 mins for curbside pickup. Out comes Rosie with the biggest smile. She really brightened my day!! When I got home I was very disappointed to receive my pizza with NO pepperoni, my thought was pizza is cheese and pepperoni. Ruined my family 's Halloween party! We ordered for our party hoping it would be delivered by 5 pm but eta said 6:20pm. We juggled activities around and when 6:20 came......no delivery. We ordered food online an hour before super bowl on Sunday 02/11/24. We were expected to wait 2 hours for our pizza. Without hesitation we were fine with the wait. Around the two hour mark we realized our order had a cheese pizza but it wasn't charged on their end. We patiently waited and through our end the app told us our order should be on the way. It then turned into 6 hours of waiting for our order. We called the store and they asked us "did we make an order?" A second time over the phone we told them our order.
