I like this location because they are really fast about their orders and deliveries. I have done pick up and it's really clean at this location, but parking can be a pain since it shares it with Foodland and the rest of the eateries around it. Now to the pizza. We actually got our Medium Pan Pizza with garlic parm sauce, extra cheese blend, and extra Philly steak on it for $3.00 and the use of 60 points from their rewards and program. Was hesitant to place an online order after reading some reviews but really wanted pizza so figured why not? There is a 50% off special so even if the experience is awful at least we didn't pay full price, I'm so glad I went with my gut, the online process was easy and the goods were delivered fresh/hot in less than half an hour. The gentleman that delivered our food, Eduardo, was polite, professional and courteous; a very valuable employee given he's the one facing hungry patrons who were lazy to go pick up their own food . Our experience with this Dominos location was great. Granted, we didn't order any pasta, which seems to be the item that receives the most complaints. To my delight, the staff was incredibly enthusiastic about the idea and happily agreed. When the pizza was ready, they asked if I wanted to cut it myself since they were worried about disrupting the design--of course, I said yes! Even though the heart shape got a little messed up during the cutting, they went above and beyond by making extra pepperoni to fix it before I left. Location/Parking: They are located at a shopping center where Foodland, Comic Beauty, Curry House and etc. There is ample parking but the parking spaces are small. Food: I've ordered food over the phone and online. We enjoy eating their specialty pizza such as the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza. Chicken is not crispy but the hot wing flavor is okay. I have received pizza and chicken that is burnt. (See pictures that I've posted from 1 year ago and recently, 01/25/20). Price: We spend over $50 on our recent order and was disappointed to see burnt chicken. That order is not cheap. Customer Service: We have called when we had questions and the worker seem to not understand what we try to ask them. I received all items I ordered except the 2-litter pizza but didn't realize that they didn't give it until I got home. I called the store and spoke to Ray. I requested to have them deliver the Fanta since it was their mistake but Ray wanted to charge me delivery fee for their mistake. I refused to pay delivery for their mistake but Ray insisted that I pay or else i won't get my soda that i had already paid for. In addition, Ray gave me an attitude the entire conversation. I asked that he provide his supervisor's contact info but he refused. I asked for his full name but refused to provide his last name. I've been a valued customer for over a decade and I order enough that I get free pizzas. If this is how you treat your customers, then you've lost one. Keep your $6 delivery fee Ray. Ordered delivery from the Kapolei Domino's. Took advantage of their $8.99 three item minimum special. We ordered a pepperoni, a sausage, and a feta, spinach and cheese pizza all medium sized. The pizzas arrived in a timely manner but when we sat down and opened the boxes, we were disappointed to find three overcooked, sparsely topped pies. The feta and cheese pizza was so overcooked that at first I thought it wasn't spinach. I've had Dominos pizza before and so I know what good pizza from this company should be like. There was very little cheese on all three pizzas. It was an overall disappointing dinner. Hopefully Dominos will see this and rectify the situation. Probably going to Pizza Hut next time. read more

The food was great as usual never got a bad order from kapolei parkway store I had just gotten out of the hospital I had a pump connected to drain out a surgery I just had but I was craving pizza and I also have a broken ankle so I'm on crutches but I ordered paid with debit card and was only 5 min detour from home and as soon as I pulled up it was ready like clock work and I just pressed im here on the tracker page and not even 30 seconds I was driving away with my amazing smelling order and everything was perfect only thing I forgot to ask for crushed red peppers arghhhh totally my fault as they always provide when ever I ask. They made my experience so easy since I got to fulfill my craving after having 2 surgeries and I didn't even have to get out of the car which would have been a task in itself considering my crutches need 2 hands lol. I'm giving this 3 stars because the service is good. My orders are always right. No complaints about the food. But every time I order delivery. The driver Wilson always seems so rude and annoyed. I just got a delivery right now. And I asked him how much. He said $25 something. I was going to give exact change so that I could tip him better. But honestly if this is his attitude every single time he delivers. I don't feel like I should do anything on my part. And this also the first time I've gotten a damaged box from domino's. Not saying it was the ones who packaged it. But again, the delivery driver. Because I highly doubt they'd let an order leave in that condition. I've ordered this many times before, and I've never received it like this. Update: What makes this funny. Is that I just written this review out. And said that my orders are always right. But I opened the pasta box and it was wrong. I had called the store and spoke to Nadine. And she saw the mistake and told me she'd correct it and send a new one. I was upset before because of the driver. But she made the experience better regardless of the interaction I had with Wilson. Second update: I opened the bread bites box, and some of the bread looks raw. Like half the box looked undercooked. They're usually golden. But they're pale and when I ripped one apart, it was like mush. Too doughy? It just wasn't something I'd think is safe to eat. I was about to give one to my daughter and that's when I saw that it wasn't cooked properly. Third update: I called Nadine back a second time when I saw that the bread bites weren't cooked all the way. But then when my daughter wanted to eat the bread from the pasta, I notice something stuck to the bottom. I have no idea how something like this could even happen and how they didn't notice. It just feels like laziness on their part. This has never happened before, so I don't understand how they didn't notice it this time. I purchased food on the weekend, and the delivery person set my food on the ground. My front door was open and that person just call out or rang the bell. This is no way to treat a customer, and I've used domino's for more than 20 years living in New York, and to have someone deliver, and place food on the ground that's unsanitary, and can cause food contamination. This is not acceptable , and this needs to retrain your delivery staff on how to show professionalism, and curtsy towards senior citizens who order from your store. The food was fine. read more

First off I called in my order. I get there and they tell me a group of kids said there name was Shane and took the pizza. I believed them. You know why? Some say chivalry is dead in this day and age but walk in to this Domino's and you'll see it's alive and well. -Workers who go over and beyond the expected call of duty- I decided to get take out and come waltzing in with a baby in one arm and trying to maintain a toddler in another. Kapolei has always supplied dominoes quality, but not this Super Bowl Sunday.....,The pizza was overcooked ,had a few pieces of pineapple and peppers sparsely placed, but nothing of the quality that Domino's is known for. I am basically floored at the level of bad customer service that Domino's has displayed. I am one of those people that were affected by your glitch in your system on Nov 9, 2022 which double charged my debit card for an online order. From store level your managers think that this is not their concern; absolutely have no resolution; have no indication as to when you will be credited and just don't care. Then I was given a phone number of the General Mgr, which I left a voice mail, and she never had the decency to even return my phone call. From there I have tried to contact Domino's Corporate Office. Forget about talking to a live person. I initially emailed Domino's Corporate Customer Care email and never received a response. I then used your text "Bot" system. Received one reply on Nov. 14th that I should be receiving a credit within 3 to 5 business days. I tried again on Saturday, Nov 19th to use your "Bot" system again to get some kind of status on my credit. Yet again, no resolution, just received an automated default email that stated "we received your inquiry and this is your case #". Then I tried replying to the gentlemen on Nov. 21st, who initially emailed me on Nov 14th, telling him I did not receive my credit. No reply. Then I left a message on Domino's website that I still have not received my credit on Nov 21st, no reply. All I want is my money back. Nothing more, nothing less. To have to go to such lengths to receive a credit for an error that occurred in your system almost 2 weeks ago is truly unacceptable. Are you kidding me?? I will never order a Domino's product via online, instore, etc. How can you possibly run a nationwide business with such lack of customer service and satisfaction? It is astounding! Should I give you an example of good customer service. Weeks ago, I went thru the drive thru at Panda Express, on Farrington Hwy in Kapolei. They forgot to give me a Chicken roll. I called them. The woman I spoke too could not have been more apologetic and stated I would receive a credit immediately & she would be able to use the debit card that I used initially. The following day I received a call from that same woman who said "I am so sorry, could you possibly give me your card # again because I was unable to retrieve. I am so sorry this has happened and I want to make sure you do receive your credit". I was so pleased with the customer service I asked to speak to the mgr. She turned out to be the mgr and I couldn't have been so satisfied with the way she handled the situation. I received my credit in a day thru my bank. This is customer service. This makes me want to go back to Panda Express time & time again. Unfortunately, Domino's thinks they can actually conduct business with no customer service, no customer satisfaction, and basically steal money from their customers with no recourse. Now, this is Domino's challenge. Can you actually resolve this matter, and prove your business to be a business that actually cares about their customers and their customer satisfaction, to actually give me a credit and apologize for the measures I have had to take. Wednesday will be two weeks since I received the double charge. Take heart Domino's. This will be a domino effect. One dissatisfied customer turns to 10, to 100, and then pretty soon you might want to consider putting customer service/satisfaction on your high priority list or lose significant revenue or worse. read more

This was my first time coming to this location. Actually, it was the first time i've even eaten pizza from Domino's in years! I've always liked it (especially when there used to be one in Waianae back in the day) so I was excited to try it again. So my daughter and I were going to spend a few hours at Kapolei park to just hang out and wait for my older son's school bus to arrive today. So we decided to grab some pizza, get some books from Kapolei Library and have a picnic. I'd been craving a Hawaiian pizza for forever and my daughter usually likes her plain cheese so after seeing their specials on tv, I figured it was the perfect place to get it from. I downloaded the app on my phone and started my order. The app allows you to fully customize a pizza to your liking! I was able to easily customize a half Hawaiian, half cheese pizza. There are also the other menu items you can order like sandwiches, desserts, sides and salads too. The app also allows you to browse the current specials and coupons available and apply it to your order. You can specify whether you want delivery or carry-out, set the time of pick-up or delivery and even choose to pay through the app or pay there. SO convenient and amazingly easy to navigate through the app. You can even track the progress of your order and leave comments for the crew along the way! Awesomeness! I set my order for 3:30pm. Well, I got there 5 minutes late and the counter guy said "Awesome! I was just about to give you a courtesy call so that you could make sure to get your order nice and fresh." And fresh is what I got. The guy was fun and friendly and right on the ball. The pizza was awesome to say the least. Totally got my craving fixed. My kids and I were happy all around. I've ordered from this location several times, in fact, it's a favorite of ours in my office. Once we found out Domino's was opening in Kapolei, we immediately decided to check it out. Until the location opened we used to order our pizza from a different pizza provider. It did take a little bit to explain to the drivers where to go to deliver the pizza but now they know where to go. The order takers are nice and the delivery folks are as well. Our pizza order hasn't been wrong yet and pizza is always delivered promptly and HOT! I have thoroughly enjoyed everything I've ever had from Domino's has been great!
