They insured me that the district manager would be calling. Still no call back. So I decided to go to the store. When I get there the store manager says she has no idea of what I'm talking about. So I called the 800 number again for the third time. They tell me that the district manager should have called by now. And try to offer me a coupon, instead of my refund. Why would I want a coupon, if I never plan on eating there again. And still no phone call!!! This is the nastiest place I have ever been food, service, and the store.
