So my hubby been wanting a pizza. We passed by here for 2 wks and the light would "randomly" be on. Finally stopped when he seen the light one. Go inside to order... The 1st person we see, a lady who was obviously irritate and not in the best mood. Since she was pregnant, I'd like to give her an excuse that's why she was looking ANGRY! She then looked to a guy next to her and said - "Get them." I'm looking like... oh wow, ok... "Get them." Teehee. She was NOT a happy camper. . The inside - it's an open floor and the side walls have boxes stacked. No tables in the floor at all, except there were a few booths on the side walls, ripped up seating and no tables. We asked the guy at the register what happened? He stated, they never fully opened back since covid hit. They ONLY do to take-out/to-go orders. I asked what days they are open and he said everyday. I then told him about us watching the light as we passed by. He said - they don't always turn it on... they forget. Also that they have a hard time getting people to work (I can totally relate). . Anyways, we ordered the box... I don't eat meat, but my hubby was full as a tick. It took about 15 -17 mins for our order to be ready (yes, I timed it). Opened the box when we got back to the truck and it looked perfect. Everything was made fresh to order. It was all neatly placed and organized. My hubby had some then and had a lot for later. :-) . The 4 rating was only due to the lady cashiers attitude and she cared less about us ordering, or welcoming customers in. Certainly hope she get some time off her feet to rest - if that was the issue, but I say - it's zero excuse of bad customer service. . Soooo - yeah, there you have it.... There must be a new owner because here lately this site here in Henderson is the worst ever, I waited for about an hour while the workers was in the phone and when my pizza was ready after an hour they dropped it, As they were making another and the lines were long the look like owner came in and took cash out of the register as he looked around and said nothing and left. Literally every single time I get a half and half pizza it's never half and half. I ordered half pepperoni and half cheese and with there being 8 slices it should be 4 pepperoni and 4 cheese. But what I end up getting is 2 or 3 cheese and 4 or 5 pepperoni. I'm not sure what is so hard about half and half. I was the manager of a pizza place once and I assure you there's nothing difficult about half of a pizza. None of the men who work in the kitchen have any sort of hairnet on their beards and all of their beards are extremely long. read more

I havent been to Pizza Hut in a while but decided I would give it another try and I was quickly reminded why I stay away. I ordered the dinner box and the deep dish pizzas looked like a child had made them. The corner pieces were literally just bread (no sauce, no cheese, no toppings) and the other pieces were hit and miss. Some had a little cheese and no toppings or a lot of cheese and lots of toppings. I was truly disappointed. read more

I ordered 10 pizzas and 2-liters for a customer (lunch) last week. They open at 11AM, so I called in the order for pick-up. When I showed up around 11:45, they were boxing up the pizzas. However, the lunch buffet was also open, and people were coming in for lunch, so they were very busy. I had ordered four 2-liters each of three different sodas. When I showed up, they informed me that they were out of Mountain Dew, and that they only had three 2-liters of Pepsi. Then, another pick-up order came in and they gave another Pepsi 2-liter to that person, right in front of me. The manager made a bunch of excuses about the supply truck not being there, and they are out of 2-liters, etc. So, I took 6 instead of 12. The pizza was very good; I was pleasantly surprised. I love pan pizzas from here. The last two times we tried to eat there, the restaurant was dirty , the wait staff is a joke. We had to leave after hearing all the excuses about why and nobody doing anything. Went to Oxford P Hut and the restaurant looked cleaner but still nobody wanted to serve you. They never, ever, EVER get my order right. Order hot wings, they'll deliver garlic rub. Order a pepperoni pizza it will get there two hours later and will be ice cold - with onions. Skip this Pizza Hut and try the one on Raleigh Road instead. read more

I don't even want to give this place 1 star.....We went there on a Saturday afternoon, the place was NOT busy. We were a party of 10 and we ordered 3 pizzas and drinks that is it. It took 1 hour for the pizzas to be brought out, meanwhile people who showed up 15-30 minutes after us were served with more complicated orders than hours. Our drinks weren't filled up for 45+ minutes ( which is UNACCEPTABLE especially with children!) and we were treated pretty much like we didn't exist. When the pizzas came out you can tell they had "rushed"...the crust was doughy in places and needed to be cooked more. The person who paid the bill receiveda 50% discount for their poor service but in my opinion the whole meal should have been free. Will NOT be going back to this particular pizza hut! read more

This Pizza Hut location does not value the safety of their employees. This is a concern and after speaking with management, it is evident that they are nonchalant about the well being of staff. I have been purchasing from the Pizza Hut in Henderson for 4 years now. I placed my order that under $10 for delivery. The General Manager waited 15 minutes before calling back and to state that he could not send the order out for it being under 10 dollars. Which is fine, but the General Manager was rude and kept cutting me off, and was very rude. The food is great but the General manager needs a customer service class. Food is as good as expected from Pizza Hut. Placed an order once and they did not have the product to fulfill and stated I would receive a store credit, still awaiting that credit did not receive that order. Not sure if we'll be ordering from them again until management can get people in place who seem at least somewhat enthusiastic and not tell lies to customers. read more

This place is great for take out. But be warned, the wait time for food when eating in is LONG. I understand their first priority is those to go orders that they have probably already been working on. So if you're looking for a good sit down pizza place, this is probably not your best choice. I have a few suggestions for any poor unsuspecting soul who ventures in off the interstate. Follow these steps in exact order and you may not get sick (and I only say this because "surely" an oven as hot as a pizza oven should kill just about anything from inside the kitchen.) 1. Find a seat and try not to curse when your hands become stuck to the back of the chair as you pull it out. 2. Unstick hands so you can stick them to the bottom of the seat as you scoot up to the table. 3. Next, try to flag down a server. They will be the ones with a frown from hearing how nasty the place is all day... pfft, you would think they were the ones that had to clean. OK, where was I...oh yeah, 4. Either order buffet or ask your server to read the menu. This will make step 6 take much less time. 4. Place your order. 5. Go to the restroom and grab 4 paper towels. 6. Wash your hands under hot soapy water for a few minutes, dry with one of the towels. 7. Use one towel to open restroom door. 8. Use the last two towels, one in each hand to pull your chair back out and then to pull yourself back to the table. 9. If it's winter, put on your gloves, if not, fold hands in your lap until your food comes. The pizza is really good! Just remember not to touch anything but food and a fork if it looks ok... hmm I might take mine to the ladies room next time and wash it. Oh, and if you can wait 10 more minutes without starving, there is another Pizza Hut in Oxford...exit 204. read more
