All the fried food is greasy and not fresh. The grilled chicken is seasoned incorrectly and soggy. The bread is dry and has the consistency as if it has sat out all night. The service is slow and that is even when you preordered with CFA app. The managers seem clueless about the food quality. Nick provided great customer service. He looked up the sauces to tell me which ones were dairy free since I have a dairy allergy and he printed out the ingredients lists for each sauce. The bathrooms are clean and the water from the sink actually gets hot, which is great because your hands are actually getting clean. I've been in so many restaurant bathrooms that only have cold water that I was shocked the water here was hot. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and fries which were really good! The entire restaurant in the inside was nasty at 0800. I have never seen a chick fil not clean. The tables were not clean. The floors were not swept and the bathrooms were not clean also. There were flies all in the restaurant and the play area smelled like pee. read more

I usually have a great CFA experience but this time was just horrible. I ordered curbside and got a spicy deluxe with no pickles no tomatoes and added colby jack and bacon. I got a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce tomato and it seemed like extra pickles on wheat brioche bread. literally the opposite of what i ordered, and the label said no pickles. and i already paid for my food so they ripped me off, charge so much but dont make sure your at least giving me what i paid for smh. read more

Who doesn't like Waffle Fries smothered in Polynesian sauce? I may not eat meat, yet enjoy coming to Chick to the F A. We stopped here on our way to Charlotte, & on hot, rainy day it was packed. Right off exit I-85, in the city of Henderson, this local CFA staffs a huge team of young & friendly employees. Waited 15 minutes in line to order, but only one person in front of us. Then it turned out not to be he line to order, so we had to move over to he next line. Not the best chick fil a. First one I have been to that will not specia make something for someone that has a food preference. For instance - I don't eat meat (vegetarian) but everyone in my party does and wants it. I usually get a wrap with No chicken, they call it a veggie wrap at every other chick fil a. This place is great! This is probably the only chik fil a I have even eaten at but always has been top notch. I typically use the fridge thru but even when the line is wrapped around the building, it moves steadily every time. I have eaten inside a few times and the staff wherever drive thru or inside have been excellent. They are always nice and sincere. I don't know what their hiring process but it works well for them. The food is always great. Consistency is key and that is chik fil a all day. I enjoy the original chicken sandwich, grilled, the wrap, fries, the parfait. You name it and it will be good. Most importantly, I have never had to go back to fix my order because they didn't give me something or it was prepared wrong. They always give me the amount of sauces I asked for or more. Even today I ordered an unsweetened tea and 3 packs of splenda and when I got to the window the lady asked if I wanted her to mix it with my tea or just wanted the packets. I ordered a cheese biscuit this morning and got a chicken, egg and cheese biscuit instead ( major score for anyone else....BUT I don't eat chicken or eggs. VERY rude and dismissive staff (particularly a young black woman, who I assume was in a managerial role since she was the one who gave me my 'corrected' order...without the difference that I was owed (a tough cheese biscuit with unmelted cheese). She acted as if I was a bother to her as if I didn't notify the young lady at the loud speaker of my incorrect order only to pull around and receive yet another WRONG order. Worst pickup service experience ever! So indifferent to everyone bordering on rude. The mobile pickup area is right by the registers, so tight you brush up against others waiting in line trying to walk to the shelving. My order was on two different shelves not even near each other. I watched the crew member just put the bag on without looking for the rest of the order. They Never announced the order was there. When I finally got my order and left I found out that they never put the brownie I ordered in the bag. I had looked and thought I had seen the brownie but it was the napkins. I don't normally go to CFA because their values don't align with mine. That said, I "grew up" on CFA in college - we had one on the campus at UNCC so that one stingy little pickle (come on ... why not a couple ... pickles are the cheapest food on the planet) became second nature. I HATE this restaurant. The drive through is horrible. The queue inside will make you feel like you're at Disney without a FastPass. And now they've gotten approval to make the drive through TWO lanes instead of the crowded, obnoxious one that they already have. Let's not even talk about that little playspace they have in there. It's the size of a quarter and there's about 10 feet total of bench space. Kids are old enough to go in there "unsupervised?" There's no seating where you can actually see your child. Just stay away. There are so many options nearby - McDonald's, Denny's, Subway, Bamboo Garden is always good, there's sushi about 3 minutes away at Ichibar, there's Taco Bell... You get it. Henderson has options. Choose one other than this CFA. read more

Went here,on 7-6-20 for breakfast. Ordered 4 Chicken,egg and cheese bagels for family. Got home and with the first bite I could tell that the chicken on the bagels was left over from the day before. Extremely slow service. The staff are not professional; they began badmouthing the customer before me next to my open window. The food is never consistent. Chicken has usually soaked up grease, the milkshakes are completely melted when served, and the fries are soggy. Management needs to get involved. We LOVE you CFA!!!. BUT ..... need to let you know that something is definitely NOT working since the reopening in Henderson. We have used the app and done curbside pickup very successfully for a while. The last two times were unusually bad. Once delivery person had to chase my car because they forgot half the order. Just this week I sat at a pickup spot for 20 minutes (understanding the restaurant was swamped). Eventually I went in. They said oops and handed me the order that had been sitting long enough that the frozen drink was melted. Didn't notice until I got home that the salad was wilted/warm and there were none of the usual extras, like dressing, toppings, etc. not even a straw for the melted frozen coffee. Now it seems the app and curbside pickup are "no longer supported" here. Corporate needs to get involved- this location is completely overwhelmed. They still command a huge customer base because there isn't another chic fil a for 40 miles, but believe me when I say this location is damaging the brand. read more
