I rolled in 5 minutes before closing (I'm so sorry) cause I had a long drive from DC back to NC last Friday night and just needed something quick. I came in, they were already cleaning up, and they prepared my food really fast. I had some minor customizations to my order and they nailed it- Taco Bell just hits different when it's late too so my craving and hunger were satisfied. All smiles when one of the men gave me my food, and the girl who was mopping made sure I didn't slip. Taco Bell gets the job done, grateful to them and all our service workers, still had a great attitude even when it was closing time. Super appreciate them, added to the great atmosphere. I did a mobile order for in-store while on a 4.5 hour road trip and the food was supposed to be ready at 2:16... it is 2:50 and I'm still waiting. There's a few people waiting in the lobby too. I guess they prioritize drive thru? Wish I had known that before coming in. They're making the food it's just that none of it is coming to the lobby. My friends and I all walked in to order, wasn't busy at all, and proceeded to wait 40 minutes for our food. Just ate here at this delightful little Taco Bell in Henderson as we were driving thru town. First time I've been in a Taco Bell in possibly a whole decade! The staff was sweet, welcoming, accommodating, and professional. The manager was kind. And the food was yummy and it all looked great. I had a steak power bowl and really enjoyed it. I need to stay gluten free (but don't have a contamination issue), and the steak power bowl was a great choice for me. And it was really yummy and filling. Horrible service. Staff insisted that we use kids, which restarted several times during order. Meanwhile, while we had the frustration of working with the kids, we watched the staff take orders and serve 5 sets of new orders from walking that arrived after us. Fast food is fast food for the most part. Customer service is the thing that can vary from 1 fast food location to another. Most of my experiences at this taco bell have been quite alright. There has been a time or two where they were out of beef...or out of chicken which is odd to me but it may be more common of a problem with taco bells than I am aware of. Typically I have ordered a few different things between the cool ranch tacos, cheesy gordita crunch and the fiery gordita crunch. The gordita crunches sometimes have the outer bread not quite wrapped correctly so its kind of lopsided and not centered with the crunchy taco inside. I used to love the cheesy potato burrito but they got rid of it! One of my last experiences here my co worker I ordered for wanted a taco salad, no beans, extra beef. That is what I ordered and when I got back to work and she started eating it she said it was quite disgusting. The ingredients inside of the taco bowl shell were fine but the shell had a horrible taste and a lingering after taste. I just thought it was a really old shell that never got tossed but after calling the location, the manger said it must have just been cooked too long and was burnt. It made sense then a burnt taste I guess. Well he wrote our name down to get another one for free at a later date. Honestly it was probably over a month later that I went back and I attempted to order it and let them know my name was written down for it to be free because it was a burnt shell last time. The manager (different manger than I had talked to previously) said "burnt?!!" So I guess he didn't believe me and they said that since it was so long ago, the note that was taken was probably thrown away. I proceeded to place my order and pay for everything in full, not another word from me. It wasn't my initial wording to say that it was burnt; I thought it was just old but the manager previously said it was probably burnt so that is what I said. That was my pretty off putting experience here and if anything is ever wrong again or "burnt" then I will just go back and get it that day because I can't count on that note still being present whenever I make it back. In this time of isolation and the coronavirus you would think that restaurants would be more essential employee friendly. As a package delivery driver I obviously cannot go through a drive thru so I look for places to have lunch. Its bad enough to have to eat in my dirty truck but when I order lunch through their app and choose the option to pick up at the door (I am parked directly in front of the store) it changes it to drive thru. I go to the front door and the manager comes to the door and I explain to him that I cant come through the drive thru. He looks at me and says I know. So all I am asking is if he can give me my food this way. I'm not asking to come in. "I cant give you your food this way" The only way you can get Taco Bell now is through the drive thru. Other restaurants are doing curbside. Why cant you follow suit and be more helpful to those of us that are out here every day risking ours and our families lives so you can get your next amazon package. read more

Disappointed in the management. Seems Mr. Floyd does not care. I went through the drive thru today and placed my 17.00 order with Me Floyd. I eat Taco Bell often and never had a exsperience like this. I am Vegan and this means I eat no animal products. I tried to explain to Mr. Floyd when I placed my order but he was unwilling to listen. He punched in a bunch of codes and ask me if my order was correct? He did not recap... I had no idea what the codes ment and I did not want to make him upset as he was preparing my food. Needless to sau...the order was wrong and he even served me a meat taco in my bag. I went on to the store and the young ladies showed empathy and they tried to make it right. MR. FLOYD ...Never cared that he served me a animal or that my order had cheese on every taco. I pulled the cheese off as not to waste food and hopefully Mr. JOSEPH WILL PLEASE EDUCATE MR FIELDS ON THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A VEGAN AND VEGETARIAN. Pretty good as far as taco bell goes. They always have the nicest people at the drive through.

This is my go to spot for lunch. Don't go inside of you're in a hurry because drive through is always served first. The food is so good and they don't skimp like some Taco Bells. Drive through folks are always pleasant to deal with and the restaurant is always clean. read more

I use to go to Taco Bell in Henderson because I could get my Taco supreme and since I was 70 I could get small free drink. This was something that I could afford and enjoyed. I don't know where to start, when I walked in the building I knew what I was getting into. An afternoon full of toilet fueled turmoil. I ordered a XXL burrito, which was roughly the same size of a young tortoise. I decided to go it alone, no sauce to aide men in this culinary feat. As I took my first bite I was overwhelmed with a symphony of flavors: rice spices, guacamole and sour cream. A lot of sour cream. Too much if I am being honest. It was everywhere. It actually was so much sour cream towards the back half of the burrito that I needed to take a minute to evaluate whether or not to finish the burrito. I would give the burrito a 4 out of 11. The workers were very nice but it took a while for them to get my food out to me, so their is room for improvement when it comes to service. The facilities for which to relieve yourself warranted this low review. The urinal is far to close to the sink, it is so close that you could wash your hands while you pee. It creates an awkward situation when you are trying to relieve yourself and a complete stranger is hovering over your shoulder. Overall I would recommend you go through the drive-thru rather than have a sit down meal with your family. read more
