When I went back inside to get my order after 15 minutes, the employee at the register questioned whether if I paid for it and wouldn't give me my food because I didn't have the receipt. They apparently don't have a system to tell if the order was paid or not, and when they took my order they didn't even ask for my name. After going back and forth with the employee, the person I assumed was the manager eventually came over and gave me my food because the employee refused to. Then I realized my order was wrong. I ordered 1 quesadilla and 1 quesabirria, but the employee rang me up for TWO regular quesadillas, which is not what I ordered. The manager then told me he had to charge me for the correct item, but I was never refunded for the extra chicken quesadilla that I didn't ask for or want. When I finally got my quesabirria, they didn't give me the broth that comes with it. I asked the employee for the broth, and she told me she didn't know if it came with the meal. The menu literally shows the quesabirria with the broth and lists it as part of the meal. The manager eventually came over and gave me the broth. At that point, the entire experience had already been frustrating and unprofessional, but to make matters worse, the food wasn't even good at all. Everything was flavorless and just not worth the hassle. I understand mistakes happen, but the way everything was handled was what really bothered me. I shouldn't have had to repeatedly explain what I ordered, prove that I paid for my food, and ask for something that was clearly supposed to come with my meal. I definitely won't be returning.

It was sitting inside of a big aluminum container with a whole bunch of other bags filled to the top of pickled cabbage and not refrigerated. I was disappointed in the pupusa. They were definitely not your traditional ones and I think two pieces of dough are smashed together instead of stuffed and rolled and flattened the traditional way. The filling was watery. It fell apart, also they were extremely flat and really look like pancakes. ‍ disappointed

There is plenty of parking and seating in their semi-circular, gravel-paved lot. The first time I pulled up, 4 other cars were parked on the side and were either waiting or placing orders at their food truck. if you choose to eat your meal at one of their outdoor picnic tables, there are two large ones under a covered awning. I waited less than 10 minutes both times for my food and it was well worth the wait. I ordered birria tacos and made a special request to have a burrito made with the same stewed meat. They did not hesitate to oblige. As I suspected, the burrito and tacos were delicious. For the tacos, they provide so much of the flavorful birria broth to dunk my tacos in. As for the burrito, I don't know what's in the two sauces they provide (a green and orange one), but they are phenomenal and really took my meal over the edge. The burrito was kind of messy to eat because it does not come wrapped, so make use of your napkins. Last week I had to let my husband try their food so I had the same burritos made. He said it was the best burritos he's ever had. So glad I discovered this amazing family owned business to support that makes terrific Mexican food. It was a bit weird that the pork was cut up on top of the burrito instead of wrapped inside it, but it was still very tasty. i suppose the only downsides were the somewhat slower service and the freshness of the tortilla chips but the service might be due to the fact that it's Louisburg and nobody seems to be in a hurry to do much of anything. i'm a transplant from Marietta, GA myself and that kind of service wouldn't fly down there. Highly likely i will return.
