As a child living in New Mexico, so many of the good Mexican restaurants were small "dives," much like the Henderson Mexican Restaurant, that I was instantly reminded of 65 years ago... Let me tell you, this little restaurant did not disappoint us! Both their green and red salsas was unbelievably delicious, with the perfect amount of heat and flavor. My (vegetarian) cheese enchiladas, with rice and beans were some of the best I've had in years!
