I have always been a huge Pizza Inn fan, but this location was not up to par with others I have eaten at my entire life! Crowded and dirty ( restroom especially) Food had a weird twang, different than the chain usually tastes. Was disappointed and really didn't want to be. read more

Placed a order online went to pick it up at almost 7pm was told it wouldnt be ready until after 7 despite the ready time on my email. then at 7pm a younger boy tried to give me another order and when i told him it wasnt mine he went and got mine from a back warmer where it had been the whole time.. When i got back to work and opened it my order was wrong when i took it back i went to drive through to keep customers from seeing i was given my money back and the young girl told me the manager said he didnt want me back there again.. Top notch buffet pizza with good service and a diverse offering. They recently renovated and the inside received a much needed update. The bathrooms are still a little stale but hopefully those get renovated soon and shouldn't deter you. My favorites are thin crust Buffalo chicken, bacon jalapeño pineapple green pepper and onion. I had never visited a Pizza Inn. We stopped in on a very hot day. The fly in the salad bar wasn't exactly what I was expecting. So I passed on that. The lettuce was browning as well. I tried the spaghetti with meat sauce. It was ok, just a little sweet for my taste. But the sauce was meaty and otherwise tasted ok. Like other reviews stated previously, the pizza slices were cut so narrowly, slivers is more what they looked like. And the crust is so thin. It just wasn't great. read more

Came in on a Saturday night and the place was busy. There were two employees serving all the customers and the rest of the staff was cooking or stocking the salad bar. Despite this staffing shortage, the waitress (we later learned was the manager) was very personable and kept our drinks filled and asked what pizza we liked. She made our favorite- taco pizza- and brought it to the table for us. Heather was simply superb. Although way understaffed, her positive attitude was simply amazing and made our dining experience that much better. Thank you, Heather, and hope we see you next time. read more

The pizza here is good. It's a pizza buffet so don't expect it to be top notch New York style pizza or anything. I give 4 stars because for a pizza buffet it is good. It can get crowded especially on Friday nights after 5 or 6 pm. That is when I typically will go for dinner with my family. The manager does get around and help folks and make sure they are being taken car of. With so many people the line can get long and take a bit to get through. You can order pizza specifically to be taken to your table and it's included with the buffet price. Just be sure to order it as soon as you get seated because it can take 30 minutes. Not bad as long as you know that's how long it will be. But while I'm waiting I just try not to fill up on the spaghetti and meat sauce! That's super good. They have cheesy bread and a salad bar. They have soup everyday too. All of it is included with the buffett. Some days they will have sausage with onions. Overall it's pretty good for the price! read more

I only give it two stars because we use to come here all the time and it was good at one point. Well they don't open till 12. Which is different than their posted time. You would think after an extra hour (since they are closed till 12) that they would have plenty of time to prep the food. NOPE. I have been here almost an hour and have managed to swipe two of the smallest pieces of pizza you have ever seen in your life. If it weren't for the fact that my son and I ate spaghetti, I can 110% promise you I would have told them I wasn't paying for the chaos of a meal. I have eaten there two times in the past month and after tonight, I am done. There were about 5 pizzas put out the entire 45 minutes we were there and 3 half old pizzas from lunch I think were still there. Over 20 people were inside eating and this is all they got. My husband is IN LOVE with this Pizza Inn. But really, it's JUST OK. Not going to knock your socks off or anything, but to hear him talk about it you would think it should. Maybe some people leaving 5 star reviews are reveling in some kind of childhood glory days love for this place. And maybe 30 years ago it was much better.. and it hopefully was much cleaner...because now the pizza is standard, the service is OK, and the building really needs to be gutted. Even just closing this location for a week, replacing the carpeting, and painting it would help immensely. Buffet restaurants see too much foot traffic to not have this done on a regular basis. The building is old and dirty, which made me nervous about eating food in it. FYI. The building and restrooms are old as sin itself and aren't ADA accessible and do not having changing tables. Yea, that's right. It's a FAMILY oriented buffet restaurant and if you have a kid in diapers you have to take them out to the car to change them. So that's a little annoying. read more

This is a nostalgia fours stars for me. Pizza Inn used to be a much larger chain...one I loved as a kid. At this point, they're generally pretty run down and the selection is less awesome, but the dessert pizza is still sooo tasty. And the taco pizza is fun to try. read more

Ha! at all the people talking negatively about this place. While you can ask for a different crust, Pizza Inn's typical crust is thin and crunchy. I prefer crunchy crust over "all I taste is bread" crust, personally. They also have dessert pizza, a salad bar, cheese bread, spaghetti, soup (normally broccoli and cheese, baked potato, vegetable, or whatever that bean type soup is) and occasionally they have macaroni and cheese, Italian sausage and some type of muffins. The price is great considering what all you have to choose from. However, going here during off times is not recommended. Between 11-1 they have a great selection. Then again at supper during 4-7:30. Come during any other time and your chances of having 10 different pizzas to choose from are slim. They also should work out a better way of asking you what pizza you want. The waitress will normally come to your table and ask if there is any specific kind of pizza you want on the buffet. When it's ready, they will bring your table a few slices of it and then put the rest on the buffet. The last couple times I have been asked what pizza I wanted, I waited forever for it to come out. I give them two stars instead of one because there is one waiter I saw that was busting her butt to clean and asked us if we had a request. Traveling through Henderson. Reasonable price for the buffet. Food quality wasn't very good, but the atmosphere was fun. Sweet tea was very good. Salad was pretty basic and boring. Service could have been a little more attentive, but was okay. Pizza took a while to get made and put back on the buffet, but it wasn't a huge deal. Deserts were good. My biggest gripe is the theme of the restaurant. A giant train station? All aboard the cheese train where our on board meal is corn and half-brained ideas. read more

While traveling back to South Carolina, we stopped here because we love our Pizza Inns back home. Loved the old train station theme and the different kinds of pizza that we we not use to. The older lady waited on us after we sat at the table for more than 15 minutes. We received our drinks and requested for a special pizza. 15 minutes later, the cook comes out and asked if we had any special request. So our pizza had not been cooked yet. He personally asked what we wanted and he brought it to the table about 10 minutes later. We never got refills on our sweet tea and received unsweetened teas Togo, had to wait 10 minutes for new ones. Giving 3 stars for the very nice cook and manager! read more
