If I could give this Domino's location zero stars, I would. My experience here was hands down one of the most frustrating and disappointing food orders I've ever dealt with. I placed an order through the Domino's app on my iPhone, which usually works fine. The app gave me a delivery time and eventually updated to say my pizzas were "delivered." The problem? Nothing had shown up at my house. My wife and I tried calling the store multiple times to get an update, but no one would answer the phone. After wasting time on hold with no luck, we had no choice but to get in the car and drive to the store. This was the Domino's Pizza at 903 S. Beckford Drive, Henderson, NC 27536. When we got there, we spoke to the manager on duty. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue, he immediately insisted that our pizzas had already been delivered. I called my brother, who was at the house waiting for us, and he confirmed that absolutely no pizzas had arrived. At that point, the manager finally picked up his phone and called the delivery driver, who casually said he was "on the way" to my house. If the app said the food was already delivered, how is it possible he was still "on the way"? The manager then told me he would refund the money back to my account the next day. That was on September 6th. It is now well past that date, and there has been no refund. I had to chase them down again and eventually spoke to someone claiming to be the owner, who promised me he would text me proof of the refund being issued. He never sent anything. No call, no text, no refund. Frustrated, I drove back to the store a second time. By now I was beyond patient and approached the manager on duty angrily. Instead of helping, he brushed me off and said there was nothing he could do. Finally, another man, who also claimed to be the owner, came out from the back. He showed me on his phone that he "sent the money" earlier in the afternoon and told me I would just have to wait another 5-7 business days for it to process. In other words, I still don't have my money back after all of this nonsense. And to make matters worse, when the pizzas finally did show up the night of the original order, they were ICE COLD. Not lukewarm, not just a little cool--completely cold. After waiting, arguing, and driving back and forth to the store, we ended up with inedible food that we had to heat up ourselves. This location clearly doesn't care about customer service, honesty, or delivering food in a timely and edible manner. Between being lied to about the pizzas being delivered, chasing down my refund for over a week, and being given the runaround by both the manager and the so-called owner, this was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had with Domino's. If you value your time, money, or sanity, do yourself a favor: stay far away from Domino's Pizza at 903 S. Beckford Drive, Henderson, NC 27536. read more

Ordered 4 medium pizzas and Parmesan bites on-line. When I went to pick up, only one employee was there. He was very nice and professional. The wait was only 5 minutes at most. The food tasted great. The storefront looked sketchy and non welcoming tho'. Clean but in need of modernization. A major overhaul is desperately needed. read more

This review is for Domino's in Henderson NC. I have placed an order onthe web several times. One time when I placed an order for a one topping pizza that was supposed to be pepperoni I was at work and got a cheese pizza instead didn't have time to take it back so i kept it. The next time i placed an order i was at home and I got the same order again this time i decided to take it back. They would not exchange it because it was ordered online.I was told if i wanted another pizza i would have to pay for it. How is it my fault if the order got screwed up online. I will nerver buyy from dominoes again unless it is a dessert which hopefully it can't mess that up. Or maybe it can. Think I will buy pizza and anything else from another pizza place. Ordered a pizza two hours and fourty minutes ago. When calling the store to inquire when the estimated delivery time The reply was DONT KNOW,DONT CARE!!!!! When I called to cancel the order it took 15 minutes to pick up but no one responded . It was as if the phone was sitting on the counter. I ordered a pizza at 6:00 PM. I was notified it was our for delivery at 6:18. At 7:00 it had still not been delivered. I called the store. Someone picked up the receiver and laid it down. I could hear people talking but they weren't talking to me. After about five minutes, I was put on hold. After being on the phone for 15 minutes with no one talking to me, I hung up. The pizza was delivered at 7:35. I know they are short handed, but their treatment of customers is inexcusable. read more

Worst customer service ever. They will laugh in your face and make slick comments. They have kids working there. No delivery drivers. They treat their employees like crap and the customers worse they have rodent problem. They had a guy working with skin falling off his arms and ears making the pizza. I'm extremely disappointed with the staff as almost always my orders are wrong and unsatisfying. I recently ordered a pizza that was exactly opposite of what I ordered, the picture does not represent that pizza as I don't have a picture of it. The employees often don't respect customers and seem to view the job as a easy way to get money while haphazardly handling people's food. I loved this dominos when it first got built I practically ate there everyday, but they have changed for the worse as they no longer care about customers or good food and it's only about getting through the day so they get paid. I would highly recommend that you don't eat here, the atmosphere and clean appearance may look very appealing but it's deceptive as like I said earlier the employees don't care and the foods almost always wrong.
