Stopped to get a quick burger after a round of golf and what I experienced was absolutely the worst food that I have EVER had from anywhere. Not only was the Whopper cold but I'm not sure as to what the ingredients were that went into this burger . If this is a franchise then the corporate folks need to get involved and find out what is going on in this place. If it's a corporate restaurant then any Regional Manager worth his salt would never allow this type of food to be served for human consumption. Folks I am honestly telling you to beware of eating anything from this restaurant. I tried throwing it in a trash can and the can refused it .... Worst Burger king ever!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I've eaten here twice and both times I've gotten food poisoning. Won't do that again. I go there today for two large ice waters extra ice, and they can't even get that right. Then they get an attitude with you when you ask for the correct order. I stopped in Burger King today not wanting much. But I got to the counter and this very nice young lady name, Nicole welcome me, with a You Rule how can I help you. And let me know what was the five dollar special and the seven dollar trio I end up getting both laugh out loud so I didn't have to cook. Once we finally got our food it was decent for what we got. It wasn't what we ordered...but we ate what we got by the time we FINALLY received our order. Between delays on ordering and delays on receiving our order it seemed like the employees must have been killing and plucking the chickens for our would-be wraps that came out as SANDWICHES! I went over too get a burger and Hershey pie! The side door was locked (its ALWAYS unlocked) so went to the ither door and its was opened! I walked in and the cashier was on her phone for about 10 minutes before she even said anything to me! Well, what can one say about a chain/franchise restaurant? At the counter I requested a Whopper Jr with cheese, small fries, and water to drink. The order came up in a reasonable amount of time, perhaps 5 minutes, I got my water, and sat down to eat. There was a TV on in the dining room with some obnoxious game show playing. I should have paid attention and sat on the other side of the dining room, which I presume would be quieter. Afterwards I used the ladies' room & was dismayed at it's condition. Scraps of tissue strewn about the floor, and small puddles of water, as well. Very curious... as I went outdoors, I noticed that there were no receptacles for my trash. In 40+ years of eating BK, I've never seen a store with no exterior trash cans. And today, looking at my receipt, I noticed that instead of water, one item said "SR COKE 0.50." that puts the grrr in Burger King. read more

Sigh..... Everytime I go, I swear it will be my last visit. Yet, once again the lure of "flame broiled" caused my car to turn into their parking lot. For some reason, they refuse to keep the restroom clean. Today, there was yellow puddles around the urinal floor, and the toilet needed "cleaning". At least there was soap so I could wash my hands. Previously, I experienced a situation where there was no soap, and when I mentioned it, I was informed THERE WAS NO SOAP IN THE RESTURANT! Needless to say, the NC Dept. of Health was emailed. I stopped at the burger king on 1817 garnett street in henderson, nc. I ordered 2 bacon king sandwiches. The so called employee charged me for 3. Now i live 25 minutes away so i didn't have time to go back. The 2 sandwiches were raw and had absolutely nothing on them. All the sandwiches are is a big double bacon cheeseburger on Hardees idea of sourdough bread. All the employees including the management were playing around joking about getting fired instead of focusing on customer oorders. These people think they deserve $15.00 an hour!!!!!! Passing by for a quick stop turned into the longest one. The service is terrible, 5 young ladies standing around gossiping while we waited for our order. One order was COMPLETELY wrong, and the other order was a small one but took about 20 mins. When we asked what was taking so long, they answered with an attitude and continued to converse. on Sunday, 11-2-14, my husband went to this Burger King (Norlina Rd). He was so disappointed by the actions of the long time manager that worked the evening shift. Don't know her name - African American, heavy set, VERY loud, middle aged woman. He said he asked for a particular item and she said, loudly," We ain't got no more," and turned and walked away from him, never even offering an alternative. He said he stood there with his mouth open and after a little while she realized that he was still standing there. She walked back to the counter and then asked him if he wanted an alternative. There was also a teenaged girl that had placed an order but apparently the order was incorrect. She tried explaining to the manager what the order was supposed to consist of and the manager said, loudly, " No, Honey! This is what you ordered right here on this receipt!" I don't know if the girl ever got what she wanted but my husband said 4 customers turned around and walked right out of the store, not even placing an order after seeing and hearing how the customer was treated. He said everyone who was seated in the dining room heard how she treated the young girl. He said he felt so badly for her. Tonight he visited the store on Raleigh Rd. and said that he will go to that store from now on. He said they were out of the sauce that he wanted but the representative kindly put some in a little container for him. He said, " They are so nice at that store!".
