Stopped to get a quick burger after a round of golf and what I experienced was absolutely the worst food that I have EVER had from anywhere. Not only was the Whopper cold but I'm not sure as to what the ingredients were that went into this burger . If this is a franchise then the corporate folks need to get involved and find out what is going on in this place. If it's a corporate restaurant then any Regional Manager worth his salt would never allow this type of food to be served for human consumption. Folks I am honestly telling you to beware of eating anything from this restaurant. I tried throwing it in a trash can and the can refused it .... The entire staff in this place needs to be removed! read more

The burgers were cold, the drink machine did not dispense the right drink & the floors were sticky. Not going back!

worst service ever!!!!! stand there 10 min inside nobody takes your order or anything just walks past you like your not even there worst service ever at a Burger King read more

Worst Burger king ever!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I've eaten here twice and both times I've gotten food poisoning. Won't do that again. I go there today for two large ice waters extra ice, and they can't even get that right. Then they get an attitude with you when you ask for the correct order. They are unprofessional and half of them in there couldn't care less what they pass through the window. read more

I went to Burger King yesterday on Norlina Road, I was in drive thru all of a sudden a lady came across the speaker talking about I rule I'm like what I rule lady she says that's the way we greet our customers, honestly I was being kind of rude in away so I want to apologize to her sorry I didn't get her name but really do appreciate the service and the food was hot snd fresh I purchased a Fish meal large size, to be honest I will be going back there one day this week, it was most definitely on point, thank you Burger King and keep ip the good work read more

I stopped in Burger King today not wanting much. But I got to the counter and this very nice young lady name, Nicole welcome me, with a You Rule how can I help you. And let me know what was the five dollar special and the seven dollar trio I end up getting both laugh out loud so I didn't have to cook. And she also talk me into buying cookies and pies now thats how you say the service was great I will most definitely be going back. I spent under $20 for dinner Bathrooms were very clean read more

Once we finally got our food it was decent for what we got. It wasn't what we ordered...but we ate what we got by the time we FINALLY received our order. Between delays on ordering and delays on receiving our order it seemed like the employees must have been killing and plucking the chickens for our would-be wraps that came out as SANDWICHES! By that time we didn't want to try and rectify the order, we just took what we got and ate it. Very frustrating, won't be back again! (AND the survey code to leave comments for the business to see was ripped off due to a sloppily ripped receipt!) UNSATISFACTORY!!!!!!!!!! read more

Very good service and the employees are always nice and friendly food always hot and on time

I went over too get a burger and Hershey pie! The side door was locked (its ALWAYS unlocked) so went to the ither door and its was opened! I walked in and the cashier was on her phone for about 10 minutes before she even said anything to me! She said we r closed on the inside "Thats what we been telling everyone" "You can come too drive thru!" Remind you that I walked over there "So i said you want me too leave out of here and walk the drive thru? She got in the headset and asked someone "So she said does she gotta walk thru drive thru?" "We are closed on the inside what part of that does she not understand?" I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND SO RUDE!! I CAN NOT BELIEVE THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!! I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PLACE I WILL STARVE BEFORE I EAT THERE AGAIN!!! read more

Well, what can one say about a chain/franchise restaurant? At the counter I requested a Whopper Jr with cheese, small fries, and water to drink. The order came up in a reasonable amount of time, perhaps 5 minutes, I got my water, and sat down to eat. There was a TV on in the dining room with some obnoxious game show playing. I should have paid attention and sat on the other side of the dining room, which I presume would be quieter. Afterwards I used the ladies' room & was dismayed at it's condition. Scraps of tissue strewn about the floor, and small puddles of water, as well. Very curious... as I went outdoors, I noticed that there were no receptacles for my trash. In 40+ years of eating BK, I've never seen a store with no exterior trash cans. And today, looking at my receipt, I noticed that instead of water, one item said "SR COKE 0.50." that puts the grrr in Burger King. read more

Employees are trashy in appearance and how they handle customers. They don't listen to the customers at all and they have nasty attitudes. Old me would've snapped and snatched Him from behind the counter but hopefully this review helps. I believe it's time to actually close this Burger King down read more

Very slow service. Not friendly at all. Found a piece of garbage...a sticker or something from their food prep INSIDE my Whopper sandwich. Very disgusting! read more

Burger King - Lovely sticker or some piece of garbage they put inside my sandwich. - Burgers Near Me - Henderson, North Carolina

Sigh..... Everytime I go, I swear it will be my last visit. Yet, once again the lure of "flame broiled" caused my car to turn into their parking lot. For some reason, they refuse to keep the restroom clean. Today, there was yellow puddles around the urinal floor, and the toilet needed "cleaning". At least there was soap so I could wash my hands. Previously, I experienced a situation where there was no soap, and when I mentioned it, I was informed THERE WAS NO SOAP IN THE RESTURANT! Needless to say, the NC Dept. of Health was emailed. Needless to say...this is "goodbye" forever for this location. read more

The employees are rude and nasty. The management is just as rude. The food cold, and made incorrect that is what little they have available. Don't waste your money or time. read more

I stopped at the burger king on 1817 garnett street in henderson, nc. I ordered 2 bacon king sandwiches. The so called employee charged me for 3. Now i live 25 minutes away so i didn't have time to go back. The 2 sandwiches were raw and had absolutely nothing on them. All the sandwiches are is a big double bacon cheeseburger on Hardees idea of sourdough bread. All the employees including the management were playing around joking about getting fired instead of focusing on customer oorders. These people think they deserve $15.00 an hour!!!!!! This will be the LAST TIME I EVER eat at any burger king ever again. I had to put at least one star to be able to post my comments. read more

Passing by for a quick stop turned into the longest one. The service is terrible, 5 young ladies standing around gossiping while we waited for our order. One order was COMPLETELY wrong, and the other order was a small one but took about 20 mins. When we asked what was taking so long, they answered with an attitude and continued to converse. I wouldn't even give this one star. read more

Typical Burger King food, but will, the assistant manager, was one of the nicest guys I've been served by at a fast food place. Regardless of the food, that type of service makes me want to always come back here. read more

This place really sucks.t waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes behind other cars and then get to the window for them to tell me to pull down because my order wasn't ready...I learned my lesson I won't be back read more

Slow service. Manager on duty had no personality. She also handled money with gloves and went right back to handling food with the same gloves. Reminded me a little of Bonn qui qui... Cashier was pleasant though. read more

What kind of people are working here?? The young girl at the cashier (bless her heart) asked me how to spell my four letter long first name. The drink machine was being fixed so I waited patiently for my food to come out so I could ask the same young girl to get a drink for me. She comes back and asks me if I need a large coke, which is what I ordered. I smiled and said "well yes that's I asked for when you took my order" and this young illiterate brat ROLLED HER EYES AT ME as if I was asking her to move a mountain!! Unprofessional in the highest degree!!! read more

The service was inadequate, the atmosphere was not welcoming and closed a hour before the posted time.

So I just took break at work to get a late lunch. Got the Whopper Special 2for $6 and specifically asked to ADD CHZ. According to my receipt was charged .40 for both sandwiches. Get back to work and NO CHEESE! Makes no sense! read more

on Sunday, 11-2-14, my husband went to this Burger King (Norlina Rd). He was so disappointed by the actions of the long time manager that worked the evening shift. Don't know her name - African American, heavy set, VERY loud, middle aged woman. He said he asked for a particular item and she said, loudly," We ain't got no more," and turned and walked away from him, never even offering an alternative. He said he stood there with his mouth open and after a little while she realized that he was still standing there. She walked back to the counter and then asked him if he wanted an alternative. There was also a teenaged girl that had placed an order but apparently the order was incorrect. She tried explaining to the manager what the order was supposed to consist of and the manager said, loudly, " No, Honey! This is what you ordered right here on this receipt!" I don't know if the girl ever got what she wanted but my husband said 4 customers turned around and walked right out of the store, not even placing an order after seeing and hearing how the customer was treated. He said everyone who was seated in the dining room heard how she treated the young girl. He said he felt so badly for her. Tonight he visited the store on Raleigh Rd. and said that he will go to that store from now on. He said they were out of the sauce that he wanted but the representative kindly put some in a little container for him. He said, " They are so nice at that store!". Don't go to Garnett St / Norlina Rd Burger King. You will NOT have it your way at THAT Burger King, but you will get embarrassed and humiliated. Shame, shame, shame on that woman. read more
