Stood there for about 5 min looked around nobody was coming up to take my order so I sat down contemplating if I should order on the app and just pick it up but then a lady came in and clocked in and as soon as I saw that I stood back up and got my order taken and she was very nice. The place was clean and quiet. I ordered a Freddys Original Double combo with onion rings instead of fries and a vanilla concrete with hot fudge and chocolate chips. The food came out to about $20.26. I waited maybe 3-5 min for food it was very fast and fresh. Starting off with the burger I thought it was well cooked and seasoned well I liked the mustard and the pickles the onions were okay nothing too special. The only thing throwing me off was the bun. Just had a weird taste to it. But still would give the burger a 7.3/10 on my one bite scale. The onion rings were amazing very hot and fresh and crispy! And dipping them in the Jalapeño fry sauce is the move for sure. The concrete was good I was a bit overwhelmed being my first time here I didn't know exactly what they had so I just winged it and it was fine. I would love to try other menu items for sure! Overall I would give this place a 2.5/5 but I don't round up ratings so sadly have to give this a 2/5 but very fixable things to improve the score in the future.

Years ago, I was treated to lunch from the other Raleigh location, and really never had a desire to…read moremake the drive down. I did remember the fries being really good. My daughter and I decided to try this location recently, and she loved her burger, the Rodeo. I got the Bacon Cheeseburger. We split a large fry, and when I say split, I mean ate about half and brought the rest home. I mean, there are a lot of fries, and that day they were good enough I couldn't shut up about them. Today, visit 2 to the Wakefield location! It's National Burger Day, I mean, isn't it some day every day!? She wanted the Rodeo burger with one patty, and I asked for the cheeseburger. Well, a little miscommunication here, because I didn't realize I should have said something different to get the deal, but that was straightened out. The manager came over and said the deal was for the 2-patty burger, so he called back to fix that, but I said not to because I wanted the deal, but only 1 patty. Whew..........problem solved! We begin eating, and let me tell you, I think it's better with the one patty! My daughter enjoyed hers again, and I enjoyed mine more, even without bacon! The fries, still good, but not quite as crispy. Then, yep, my poor ordering got another burger brought out to us. It was really a win for me, because we went soon after to pick a child up from exams (done for the day, maybe the year!), and so she had a full meal, since again, so many fries............so many delicious crispy fries were left. With it being more conveniently located, I can see it becoming a regular spot. They have a lunch special for $11.99, I know, it seems high, but it is pretty tasty, and did I mention the fries? The negative for me, well us, is we want ONE patty, and there's no change in price for not getting the 2nd patty (which they give you if you don't specify). and if you've never been, I'd advise you take time to view the available free toppings, because I'm fine with those. My one picture is from last week of the 2 patty bacon cheeseburger and 1/2 the large fries. Next time, maybe the sweet potato fries, and for the $1 extra, fluff..........time will tell.

They have really taken a turn lately. I don't eat at Chick-fil-A very often anymore, but when I do,…read moreI usually order the Cool Wrap, which is supposed to come with dressing. Twice now, I've specifically asked for the Avocado Lime Ranch dressing, and twice it has been left out. What's frustrating is that the wrap is marketed and served with dressing, so I'm not sure why I have to ask for it in the first place. But even after asking, it still wasn't included. It may seem like a small thing, but without the dressing, you're left with a dry wrap and when you don't realize it's missing until you've already left, there's not much you can do about it. For the prices being charged now, getting the basic components of the order right shouldn't be an issue. Unfortunately, the consistency and attention to detail just aren't what they used to be.

Very frustrating experience during lunch time…read more We were trying to order a combo meal with fries, adding on a soup. Apparently, the soup option wasn't working on the employees tablets. The young man trying to figure out why there was no soup was very confused and he explained he had no radio to ask. He got a fellow coworker to radio in to the inside staff who never responded. Finally, get our order, no soup, they forgot our fries and straw. So, paid for food we didn't receive, no straw for our drink and that was after waiting around 7 minutes in the drive thru line. Really disappointed in the experience.

The layout is exactly the same, just new decor and colors. I've never been to a Jimmy John's before. My husband wanted a smoothie from next door which was a good excuse for one of my guilty pleasures...a smoothie and sandwich for lunch. I made a mobile order and my first impression of the chain is...where are the olives?! I went to pick up my order and the front cashier was friendly and greeted me when I walked in. There were a lot of people inside and the employees were quick making all of the sandwiches. I ordered a giant Ultimate Italian with added cucumbers and Jimmy Peppers. Holy heck, a giant is HUGE! It's 16" long! I put the other half in the fridge for another time. The sandwich was delicious. I also ordered the pesto pasta salad which was so good and fresh. I have been spoiled by other sub shops with the option for more toppings or different bread options, but honestly, the sandwich I had was really good! I'm glad another sub pace opened next to my go-to smoothie place!

It was 100 degrees outside, and we were two older ladies clearly hot and tired. When our sandwiches were ready, the taller gentleman stood literally just a few feet away, looked at me, and said something like "your sandwiches are ready" instead of simply placing them on our table right in front of him. It would have taken max two or three steps. Nearly close enough to just hand them to me! Instead, he mumbled an excuse about helping another employee. If I owned this location, I would want to know this happened. Even if the restaurant had been busy, there's no reason not to set food down when you're already standing right there. In the time he spent giving his excuse, he could have done it. I love Jimmy John's, but this was my first visit to this location and likely my last. Food great. Rhonda great. Service otherwise missing.
