Start off customer service is horrible. The lady that took my order had a personality of the door knob. She gave me my number for my table. I went and sat down next thing. I know they're calling my number to come and get my food. Hamburger was cold. Ordered a Diet Coke got diet Dr Pepper so I just left my filthy tray on the table. Great location as far as centrally located right off of the main road and biggest perk is that they are fast! I rarely get food at McDonald's but I typically grab a diet soda or an iced coffee with sugar-free vanilla and service is always quick at the drive-thru and they've, so far, always gotten my iced coffee right! (Many times I've gotten my drink with regular vanilla, not sugar free, and I can't drink it). Double line drive thru, pretty decent amount of parking and the employees are friendly and fast. Loyal customer since 2009 of this location. The hassle I got when I called complained about a bad Crispy Chicken Sandwich that tasted like fish. I took a small bite and spit it out. I felt interrogated overr 5 dollar sandwich. Poor customer service. Will be back in for replacement of the chicken sandwich and Big Mac that my girlfriend did not want after tasting the chicken sandwich..do not live close am disabled so going right back is not an option. We're just in town to visit some family and this was the closest food place to us. It's surprisingly so clean inside, there's an older woman who's walking around cleaning and making sure everything is clean. She's very friendly, she was helping guest and picking up trays. The ladies at the cashier were also nice and helpful. This place is great! Friendly all around. The food is fresh, and the restrooms were clean! What more can you ask for? The Hispanic wait staff are wonderful, they always get the orders right. Whenever they make my coffee, it's always perfect. Going home in the morning after a 12 hour night shift at the hospital, I always get coffee and sometimes a snack to eat. My order is never wrong when these wonderful ladies get my food or coffee. However, there is a decorated young woman who wears extreme makeup and colored hair - she's African American - and she always - I mean always!!!! - gets my order wrong. I like my coffee light and ask for extra cream, but she always gets it wrong. Sometimes she puts way too much sugar so it's undrinkable. She works at another McD's too, same thing. Wonder why they don't get her to give the same attention to her job that she gives to her hair and make up. read more

If you're thinking of coming to this Mcdonalds, DONT BOTHER. I pull up to the drive thru and there are 2 lanes open. Nobody speaks. I sit for a moment before I say hello. Then I figured they must be busy so I should be patient. I periodically said hello kindly... no answer. Then a car pulls up to the other side of the drive thru and gets helped right away. I start saying hello again a couple more times and NO ANSWER. I then proceed to open my window on the passenger side and tell the gentleman to tell them I've been waiting to be helped. They FINALLY help me, and I order a 6 pc kids' meal with 2 sides of French fries. I ask the girl when I get to the window what was wrong? She got an attitude saying she's been in the bathroom. I was honestly confused because how did you not hear me the entire time?! I decided to let it go and go on to the second window. A lady gives me my kid meal with old raggedy chicken nuggets and one fry with apples. She gets an attitude with me because I ask for fresh nuggets. She rudely tells me "Did you ask for fresh nuggets" well NO I didn't, but it is COMMON SENSE not to give a customer something you wouldn't eat. She takes the food back with an attitude and I thought she wanted me to park but she screams at me to go to the next window. At this point I wanted to just get my money back and leave. Let me say this, this McDonald's is the worst place to eat. They have so many kids and Mexican's working in this place that they cant even get your order right. The food and fries isn't hot and most of the time they don't get the order right. The ice cream sundaes don't be full and the the milkshakes dont be full either.
