Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional from start to finish. On January 2, my delivery order was wrong and clearly mishandled. When I called the store, the manager was rude, dismissive, and acted like fixing their mistake was an inconvenience. The only reason this didn't end there was because the female delivery driver actually did her job. She called me from the store, came back with the missing pizza and receipt, apologized, and flat out said the situation should not have been handled that way. After returning to the store, she called me again and issued a $40 credit. On January 5, I went to the store to address the issue and realized the same rude person was the general manager. She refused to provide corporate contact information, which already says a lot. The area manager was present, and I complained directly to him. Later that night, when my wife tried to use the credit, we were overcharged. When we went back, the general manager questioned why we were using the credit, denied working on January 2, and then claimed she "didn't feel comfortable serving us." We left calmly without any scene, yet she followed us outside with her phone as if she was recording us. Then, two hours later, police showed up at my home and issued a no-trespass order against me even though there was no confrontation, no threats, and no wrongdoing on my part. Calling the police on a customer after your own staff admitted mishandling the situation is beyond ridiculous. This was a complete abuse of authority, wildly unprofessional, and honestly alarming. I will never return to this location, and I strongly warn others to do the same until corporate seriously addresses how this store is being run. read more

I have never been treated so unprofessionally by a Pizza Hut location in my life. On 11/1/25, I paid $52 for a carry-out order that was completely wrong when I got home. I immediately called the store number, but my call went to the call center. The representative (Emmanuel) was polite, apologetic, and offered me a credit toward a future order to fix the mistake. I did not ask for a credit--it was offered because the order was incorrect. On 11/18/25, I called the Harlem-Grovetown location to redeem the credit, and the woman who answered--claiming to be the GM--was extremely rude and hostile from the very beginning. She questioned why I was given a credit, implied that "people just want things for free," talked over me, refused to transfer me to the call center, and repeatedly told me I "wasn't getting a credit," even though the credit was already issued by Pizza Hut customer care. When I simply asked for her name for my records, she hung up on me. When I called back, the call was picked up and immediately disconnected multiple times. I then received a call from a (470) area code in what sounded like an intimidating tone starting with, "If you come up to my store..." At that point, I decided I would no longer support this location or Pizza Hut as a whole. No customer should ever be spoken to or treated this way, especially over an issue that originated from the store's own mistake. This pizza hut is the worst! We stopped going, but today decided to try them one more time, and the food is still bad. We ordered a pan pizza with extra cheese and light sauce. We got regular cheese, although they definitely charged us for extra the cheese and quite literally put extra sauce. I changed the option for sauce to light and even wrote it in the special instructions. They clearly do not care to read the orders. And the crust, it is doughy. That was $25 wasted. I knew I shouldn't have strayed from what I consider good pizza here in Georgia, but feeling a bit nostalgic, we decided to have this for dinner. My husband is always wanting wings, so why not, pizza and wings - what better combo? We originally order boneless wings on the side, but they dropped traditional wings. So they go back and re-drop some boneless for us, and honestly I'm not even sure they were cooked ("heated") all the way. I mean, they honestly we're probably pre-frozen, but still. The pieces I bit into were super tough, and just had an off texture, ugh. It's safe to say I did not to give them another try. I did pick their Parmesan garlic and honey bbq for those curious, but honestly both just weren't good at all. 10/10 don't recommend. The pizza we ordered was a half cheese, half meat topping. We asked for hut seasoning on the crust, and there was none to be found. The crust was also incredibly tough. It's just funny how botched this order was because it wasn't busy when we went to pick it up. It's about a 15 minute drive home and all the food was luke warm at best. I ordered a "Big Dinner Box" and a 2-liter of diet Pepsi. I placed my order online. When my order was picked up by a third party, they did not have my 2-liter and gave us two twenty ounce bottles instead. Obviously, it worked out that I was shorted about a liter of soda. The problem, is that there is a grocery store 10 meters from the Pizza Hut. Or, they could have given us four 20 oz bottles. That would have been even. DO NOT order from here for delivery. I ordered with an expected delivery time of 45-50 minutes per online. That's reasonable enough since the restaurant is a 15-20 minute drive from me. I call ten minutes AFTER it was supposed to be delivered and I hear from the person answering the phone that the delivery guy had just gotten back and my order would go out shortly. That means my food was going to arrive 30-45 minutes AFTER it was said that it would be delivered. I am beyond upset about the quality of customer care they gave. Not only did our pizza take 2hrs to arrive, it arrived cold, with no marinara for the bread sticks, pizza barely cut, and they forgot our 2-liter drink! I was beyond upset! Then they offered to come get the pizza, remake it, and bring it back. My family was hungry so we had to eat something. Because we ate the pizza we couldn't even get a partial refund. They argued that since we ordered online that the delivery time varies and is says online to call the store, which we did, three times with the assurance the pizza should be there in 10 min (Mind you I only live 10min from the store). This STILL doesn't explain why everything arrived cold and why they forgot some of the order. They tried to mull it over with a store credit which does nothing but make me more upset! Well im a pizza man i love it to death eat about 1 a week.Ive been out here in grovetown for a year and a half now and ive ordered from them about 6 times.II believe in that time frame ive had 1 good experience. My worse experience was 1 night i ordered like 2 pizzas.The counter said it would be delivered in 45 minutes.....1 hour and 45 minutes later no food. We called and complained they apologized and said the food was on the way and that theyd give me a credit for the order which was 29 dollars. The pizza arrived cold as a Klondike bar which is a problem because last time i checked a hot pizza is not a peppermint patty.So the next time i ordered i wondered how would they know i have a credit so i placed the order then called in to inform them of my recent credit of 29 dollars (Current order was 24 bucks. The manager got a little attitude with me saying the credit was only for 24 dollars when i know my credit was for 29 bucks so they applied the 24 dollar credit tot he order and never gave me my other 4 dollar credit for other pizzas i ordered after that. The other times i ordered a pizza with white sauce and they gave me the wrong sauce and said nothing and just delivered 2 of the same pizzas.2 other times ive ordered light white sauce and extra cheese only to recieve pizzas with regular amount of white sauce and barely any cheese to the point where i touch within the pizza and hit no cheese just sauce.....
