Service was wonderful. They were busy during the lunch rush and were extremely attentive to every guest, getting tables cleaned and the next guests seated but never rushing anyone and making you feel as if they knew you. We didn't quite know what to expect as it looked like a small hole in the wall, but the small dining room and outside seating quickly became part of its charm. We just left and are already craving the chicken. Good thing we have leftovers in a ToGo box for later. If we're ever in this part of the country again, we'd go out of our way to stop again.

I waited nearly an hour for two concurrent orders--one of which was literally just two tacos. The lobby was packed with waiting customers, and the environment felt entirely chaotic (including an incapacitated customer whose belongings were scattered across the floor with no staff intervention). To make matters worse, the staff missed the drinks for the larger order, forcing me to go back inside. When I asked for an update on the food, the employee was entirely unhelpful, prioritizing lecturing me on name pronunciation rather than actually checking on the order progression. This isn't a one-off issue; I experience massive wait times here consistently, whether I'm delivering or ordering personal food, regardless of the time of day.

When I opened the sandwiches, they were covered with what looked to be mayo. I called the restaurant and the manager said that there was not supposed to be any mayo on them and offered me 2 free meals the next time I came through the drive up, as I had a 12 hour shift and nothing to eat because of their mistake. Tonight I went to collect on my free food, ordering the rib sandwiches instead, as I couldn't even look at another pulled pork after the mess the first time. Once I got to the window, I was told that the 2 free meals were only for the pulled pork and not the rib sandwich. The manager stated that it was not mayo on the sandwiches but coleslaw sauce and therefor I could not get any other sandwich. The manager would not listen when I tried to explain that coleslaw sauce is nothing but mayo and vinegar and even the thought of the sandwich made my stomach roil. I was forced to pay for my food and I informed them that I will NOT be back.
