The inside of the restaurant during pickup was SPOTLESS, staff was incredibly friendly and the ability to order on Door Dash for a quick pick up was pleasant. We ordered: Kids Quesadilla - Ground Beef, Carne Asada Taco Plate, Shrimp Taco Plate, Chicharron Con Queso Pupusa and a side of queso fresco. I first want to note - the side of queso fresco was GENEROUS! I really appreciate when portions for sides provide a great amount. Kids Quesadilla - 10/10 our daughter really enjoyed the flavor of the quesadilla and finished the entire thing fast! I didn't have the opportunity to taste it, but would say she's got a taste for good food. Carne Asada Taco Plate - 6/10 While the meat was incredibly tender and all of the ingredients were fresh, I wanted more flavor from the meat and I know they have the ability because of the two other items we ordered. Adding the green sauce it came with and a bit of cheese and it was still very good. Shrimp Taco Plate - 10/10 I wish we had gotten two orders of these! The shrimp was so incredibly flavorful and marinated and carried the entire dish. Every bite was savory and provided such a pleasant tasting experience. Chicharron Con Queso Pupusa - 10/10 Again, another flavorful option - I wish we saw this same flavor in the Carne Asada plate. The meat was so delicious and the way the pupusa was cooked was also delicious. Overall I would rate the entire experience a 9/10! If it was this good to go I can only imagine how delicious it is in person.

Owner Jerry treats employees awful managers are all related and play favorites.. I was yelled at not given more than 10 mins of a break all day left to do a 2 person job alone every day and the Owner fires me and told me and called me names verbal abuse and never once was I or anyone there told we did a good job. I am a business owner myself in a hard spot for the winter and can't believe the poor environment at Qdoba due to the owner Jerry and its managers. Steak and chicken not cooked right ,dirty kitchen food saved from last day being used again, poor to no training. I got a 3rd degree burn from the hot box cooker one day and they didn't care didn't offer to go to hospital or document it and didn't even have burn cream or bandages. If you care about supporting ethically business boycott Qdoba in Gillette Wy it pays only $12 hour treats people like pawns and doesn't follow health codes or state & federal employee laws. read more

Food is not fresh. They save food overnight and serve it the next day. Also how criminal to steal from my paycheck i hope you cheap crooks enjoy lunch on me. I gave a verbal two week notice. The owner is very two faced and starts drama never seen an owner act like that . Very thankful I got away from that place I feel bad for anyone working there. read more
