Pizza Hut, you have figured it out!! some of the best pizza I've had long time. Great job to the team!

Drive by all the time but today we decided to eat. Greeted and seated upon arrival and drink order taken immediately. We both did the pizza buffet. I did not have high expectations but was surprised. Pizza was plentiful, hot, and several choices. Also several kinds of pizza sticks, one pasta(Alfredo chicken), and cinnamon sticks. It was definitely busy but very calm and quiet. There is a bar that we did not try but $3 beers and $3.50 margaritas. If you are looking for amazing pizza this isn't it, but good service, good food, for a great price! read more

I just ordered the chicken bacon Parmesan melt and the bacon was not even cooked. I didn't notice til I was a couple of bites in. Safe to say I won't be eating there again. I'm hoping I do not get sick. read more

I haven't seen a Pizza Hut buffet in a very long time so you decide to stop by on a quiet Sunday morning. We were the first ones there and the moment we walked in we were greeted friendly. The pizza was hot and fresh. All the tables are clean, and we slowly realized they get busy on Sundays however our waiter was still really good on top of everything even though he had about 7 or 8 tables. The buffet was 10:95 I think which was a very good price and the pizza was really good. I would recommend for sure. read more

Im a regular here, I work somewhat close to here but everytime I walk in im always greeted kindly and always given everything I need to have a good experience eating there. Im always served quickly, I always get more than what I expect when I receive my food, and generally have never been dissapointed by my time spent there. But besides the food and the service, it really can feel like a local community sports bar by the tvs playing anything anywhere you can see, and while the NFL game is on, the whole place feel like a good time. But my favorite part about this place is the price. The chicken alfredo being the best example in my opinion, only being $9.99 (breadsticks/cheesesticks included) and still being enough for you to take home leftovers. Overall, I love this place, especially dining in, and its a great experience if youre looking to share it with friends or family. read more

Pizza Hut - My favorite from here, chicken alfredo. - Pizza Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

Ordered a vegetarian pizza and we found pieces of chicken. My kids are allergy to chicken. This is completely unacceptable and embarrassing.

So I normally enjoy my dining experience here. I get what would be expected from Pizza Hut restaurant. Easy and close to home. Tonight however I used the restroom and there was a waitress in the stall next to me. She left the stall without washing her hands. She had been in there for awhile so I'm not sure if she was having problems or playing on her phone. Either way hands should have been washed. I asked our waiter who the manager was and he said Carlos. I asked to speak with him and after a few minutes this waitress comes to speak with me. I told her she didn't was her hands in the bathroom. She claimed to wash her hands in the kitchen and that's what she normally does. I told her I believe that she is required to wash her hands in the bathroom. She said she is actually supposed to wash them twice but she forgot. Since I didn't get to talk to the manager like I requested I am making sure management see this here. read more

Look peeps, this isn't a 5star joint. With that said my food was hot, well cooked and beer was ice cold. Add in that they clean the crap out of the kitchen makes my liver sing. Holly was my waitress and she was excellent. read more

Pizza buffet was amazing! Best breadsticks and pasta I have had in a while. Service was excellent! Highly recommend!

We've given this place like 10 chances over the last several months. Out of those 10, the order was wrong AT LEAST 50% of the time. This was our pizza tonight. Not even close to warm and a very bland taste. Called to speak to someone and was put on hold for 13 mins before I threw in the towel. Def not living up to the brand IMO. Stick with Domino's. read more

Never have an issue and the people that work here are great! Food always meets Pizza Hut expectations and sometimes it's even better.

Our grand daughter, Henley gives Ryan & the personal pan sausage pizza a 5 star review!! Ryan did a great job with his customer service. Drinks refilled & plenty of helpful suggestions. We will be back!! read more

Not sure why this place isn't getting good reviews..we've always gotten great food here and service too! Tonight had yummy and fresh Caesar salad, not drenched by the dressing, wings that were huge and tasty, and a super supreme pizza thin and crispy with the Parmesan sauce, so yummy. Our server, Demetria was great, never had to wait for anything, and service was quick!! I do wish they delivered to my address but seems I am zoned for a different hut..dominos across the street delivers to us:/ read more

Pretty dang good. It's hard to mess up pizza I guess but other locations definitely have. I've ordered delivery 3x this past week because of unexpected visit from family (wasn't going to cook). Each time, the pizza was fresh, cut properly, and instructions followed to the T. Drivers have all been nice. I'll order from THIS location again in the future. read more

We had a take out order from Pizza Hut. I went in to pick up my order and the place was filthy. The floors had food smashed into the floor all over the place, the staff was not interested in helping me with my order. There weren't many customers in there, and some of the staff were sitting around chatting. It took about 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Some people may like this place, but my experience was just awful. We didn't even eat the pizza we got. I didn't have confidence in the cleanliness of the kitchen. Whenever we drive past the restaurant, I feel sick remembering the experience I had. read more

I usually have a good experience when ordering pies from this location, usually 2-3 pizzas each time we do place a order.. Well a couple weeks ago we decided to order 3 pies delivery.. expected delivery time was at like 7:30pm; 7:30pm came around no sign of pizza.. 7:45pm rolls around still no pizza.. clock hits 8:00pm and we are still hungry with no pizza.. as the clock hit 8:10pm we hear a knock on the door.. Pizza finally!! I open the door and I'm greeted by the manager with steaming hot pizzas, who informs us about what went wrong with our order, extends a apology, and gives us our order FREE of charge.. Needless to say he didn't lose this customer.. we are all human; no one is perfect.. To the Manager thanks for taking responsibility for problem and fixing it the best way you could.. read more

Went to the lunch buffet during the noon hour in Haslet for the first time in months. The salads were large and very fresh. The pizza buffet bar was pitiful with just a few selections. The deeper dish pizza was cold. The thinner pizzas were barely warm. That is a health concern. We mentioned that to the server, but she didn't report it to management. (I wonder when they were last inspected by the health department?) We offered to pay for the salads only but that we wouldn't pay for the lousy pizza. She went to the manager who said he would comp the salads. We appreciate that, but we wanted a good lunch. We did tip our server. It wasn't her fault that the food was cold. We'll be reluctant to go back. (We usually order to take out and it's always very good and hot.) read more

Much improvement from last review. "Day" shift seem to make better pizzas to order. Just my opinion and experience. Also believe the wings are better eating at the restaurant. They seem to take on the flavor of the mixing/take-out bowls when you get them to go. Overall I am loving Hut! read more

This Pizza Hut in Haslet, Texas is the best place ever I would have to say in the state of Texas. The food is outstanding and the service is awesome. Great group of staff theres no disappointments here. We've ate at Pizza Huts from Rockport all the way to Midland/Odessa TX. The one in Haslet,Tx is definitely hands down its an Awesome Place. read more

Wow, don't order from here! Terrible service. I ordered 48 boneless wings and got 22. Written in the container was 22 c and we only got 22 wings. When I called and told them they shorted us and mentioned it said 22 c he said we don't do that. So they sent us home with a used container. I asked if they could deliver us the rest of our order and they said I was out of their range. Now they do deliver to my city just not my neighborhood which is a quarter mile out of town. So I asked him how he could make it right and he said they would make us a fresh order and we could pick it up. There was a huge opportunity to make things right and they fell short. I should also mention that when I first called I was hung up on after explaining the problem with my order. From now on I will order from someone else. read more

my pick up time was 8:15. I pulled up to the window at 8:15 and they told me my breadsticks weren't quite done yet and that it was going to be about 5 minutes. They had me pull into on of the reserved spots. 20 minutes i'm still sitting in the spot with no food. So i went inside thinking maybe they forgot but no they told me to just wait "a couple more minutes" so i went to my car. 10 minutes pass and someone finally comes out with my food. I asked if they remade the pizza because of how long that shit took and she said the pizza was just sitting out waiting for the breadsticks. so whatever shit brain cook took 30 minutes to toast some bread needs to get put on dish duty or something bruh. read more

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! The food is acceptable and expectable. But don't even both doing Carry-out. They have NEVER had my order ready on time. Not by just a few minutes. 15 minutes late or more EVERY TIME. Unexceptable. I will no longer be ordering from here, and rather using Domino's or Mr. Jim's. They are always punctual. read more

I walked into the store at 9:08pm with my family of five and my father in law for Fathers day. The store has it listed that they close at 10. When we came in we were informed that we could not dine in because they had already started closing the kitchen. The manager was ridiculously rude and could care less that we were denied a Father's Day meal even though they were supposed to be open for another hour. Worst Pizza Hut EVER!! read more

Pizza Hut - While I appreciate the expedited delivery, this is unacceptable! Thanks for the bread. - Pizza Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

This review is based off 4 orders in a row that have been completely wrong. I'm not sure if it's the ordering system online or just complete laziness on the employees part, but the last 4 orders made at this location have been made wrong. Luckily we had a feeling it would be wrong yet again so we made sure and checked with our last order before taking it home. It was wrong by the way, which then had them make another pizza allowing the other two items ordered to get cold before even getting in the car To go home. We've given this location more than enough chances to just get a simple order right, and they've failed over and over again. Will not be returning. read more

No! Never again! By Far, the worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. No sauce and no meat. It was crust and a bit of meat. This pizza is terrible! These folks need to work on their quality control. There are much better pizzas in the area! They should also work on their hiring practices and get employees that act like they give a damn about you supporting their paycheck. Never again will I patronize this Pizza Hut. There are too many other options close by. read more

My order was well prepared and super fast. Excellent service by a very nice redhead named Cindy. I'll be coming back often.

My family and I came in here around 7:30pm and our waitress was more concerned about getting off her shift than she was waiting on us. She couldnt even be bothered to come and get our order. She sent someone else over. Had it been busy, I would have been more understanding but there 4 tables, including us. After about 40 minutes she brought us our pizza. Made no effort to see if we needed anything else, or drinks. I had to go up and ask for our check. And then I had to wait for that! This place is about the worst when it comes to customer service in the restaurant area!! Never again will I go back!! read more

I don't understand. I can cook Alfredo at home in less than 40 minutes! Being busy is never an excuse. After 32 years in the restaurant business, I never used that excuse. It's Saturday, staff accordingly! I've been here 3 times in 10 days and all 3 trips were mediocre at best! read more
