This Pizza Hut gets 5 stars for phenomenal customer service! I'm new in town & hadn't had a pizza in forever. I was confused about my options for types of crust. I got a full education not just from manager Allie, but then Ashley & Dennis popped out to chime in on the differences of pan, hand tossed, etc. & before I knew it, Tanner, Landon & Heather got in on the fun too - they just made it feel like a party for the new girl in town. Ordered a pizza by phone and told to pick up 15 minutes later....when I arrived and pulled up to the pick up window, waiting......waiting....no body is at this location at 130pm..........not going to sell too many Za's this way... Good Luck read more

Go to Snappy's Pizza! This place is absolutely the worst Pizza Hut location in Middle Tennessee... maybe even in the US. Visited this location in October to pick up via App Order. Placed over an hour before arriving in app which stated 55 minute. Arrived 1:15 mins later and order not even started. Advised to come back in 20 minutes and it would be ready. Ran another errand, came back 30 minutes later... still not started. Note, not even started. Told manager that they could cancel order... he then screamed to back to cancel order and they advised him is was already in oven. Waiting another 30 mins while I watched manager and three employees take a smoke break for 15 minutes and then someone comes out to ask me what was my order. Now today (Dec 24th) order via app. Same thing... show up 59 minutes later, pull up to window and girl advises that they didn't have an order for me. I showed her the app where it said order was ready for pick up. She told me store was closed and she didn't have order. 5 minutes after pulling out of parking lot I get notice that they could not process my order. I hate being lied to straight to my face. I will be taking this to district and regional level. Wasted my time and gas to pick up pizza from this location! Based on other reviews, this staff or manager at this location will ultimately close what could be a good operation. This is just poor management and staffing! Too many time issues and to just take a port customer approach as the red headed "manager" pulled tonight... it's beyond reproach! Hey Pizza Hut Fairview... we will never, ever get back together! I'll give it a 2 because carry out has improved but whoever owns this place should really consider putting it out of its misery. The only thing it ever had going for it was a buffet and salad bar and that went away with CoVid and never came back. No table service. No fountain drinks. Just Pepsi products in plastic bottles. It did offer an indoor flea market for a time on weekends.... Interesting concept - Never saw that before. Would be a great spot for a Sir Pizza (or almost anything else). read more

I would stop going here but this is just Fairview TN for you. I had a 15 minute estimate on my online order but they took 45 minutes. It's hard for me because I have a family to take care of and when businesses like this Fairview location takes me for a ride then it just ruins every aspect of it. read more

Friendly staff and good service through drive-thru. Thin 'n crispy supreme had no flavor. Ordered a pan supreme and ended up with hand-tossed which was not very good. Breadsticks and wings were decent. Had been craving the pan supreme and decided to use my cheat day but it wasn't worth the cardboard it came in. It doesn't seem like there's a good pizza hit anymore. Guess we will stick with Dominoes or Papa John's. However, in White Bluff we go with Paul's and it's always good! read more

Gave this restaurant a try and I couldn't be happier. I spoke with Larry on the phone, explaining that I was trying to have a surprise luncheon sent to my girlfriend's work for her Birthday . Wow...Worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. We just moved to Fairview and being a huge fan of Pizza Hut I couldn't wait to enjoy the buffet. I was sadly disappointed in the service and the food. There was no service...I had to fix my own drink and seat myself...I can live with that...but the pizza was horrible...it was old, stale and the sauce had a funky taste to it. Ingredients were clearly old. So sad...clearly by the other feedback the owners/managers don't care about this business. read more

Being one of only 2 pizza stores in Fairview, this PH gets its fair share of my business. I have never been disappointed in the food quality or consistency. Its exactly like every other Pizza Hut in the US. You either like it or prefer another chain. Personally I am a big fan or their thin crust. Anyway, the pandemic has admittedly really hurt their customer service. Delivery is not even a viable option and the dining room is rarely open anymore. But if you order online or with the app, you can get a really good pie exceptionally cheap, just pick up at the window in 15 minutes. Also their apple bites dessert is a nice treat. read more

I'm giving this place two stars because they actually have really good wings; however, I don't think I've ever ordered from them and been completely satisfied by my experience. The pizza is horribly greasy. Like, I understand pizza is a greasy item anyway, but this is overly greasy. The crust tastes frozen and there's hardly enough cheese to cover the pizza. I've eaten at Pizza Hut my entire life and have always liked their breadsticks but the breadsticks here tastes like nothing I've ever had from any other Pizza Hut. I'm all for some garlic, but even my dog didn't want to kiss me after eating those things. The wings are actually really good, but extremely over priced. The delivery is also a joke. The first time we got delivery, the guy didn't have a pen for me to sign the receipt so he had me go look through my house to find one. I just thought that was unprofessional. Every time we are craving pizza, I always give this Pizza Hut another chance; however, last time we ordered there the pizza was just as horrible as the last. Last night, we were going to give them one more shot; however, we decided to venture out and drive 30 minutes to get Papa Johns because we knew we'd be satisfied. Against my advice, my daughter insisted on Pizza Hut. The closest one to our home, unfortunately, id the Fairview, TN location. On our arrival, around 7pm on a Friday night, the dining room was empty. A sure sign to run. At any rate... The toothless meth-head waitress took it upon herself to try an memorize our order. I spoke it twice. Large pepperoni pizza and an order of cheese bread. She couldnt even repeat it back without changing or omitting something. Sure enough, the cheese bread order was left off. I just got her to cancel that part of the order. We were constantly reminded that our ticket was ready whenever we werr ready to leave. Which interprets from wait-speak to: "hurry up and leave". Nothing but problems with this store and staff. Cannot order online for delivery (I live in Fairview) due to an issue with their website. Staff is very poorly trained and don't understand what customer service means. No errors on my order this time (two items) but was told it would take 15 minutes, and it was 35. Turns out, despite my waiting and telling the cashier I was in a hurry (expecting an HVAC tech tonight) my order had been sitting in the warming oven, and "Oops, that was the one you were waiting on?" Always something completely opposite. How hard it is to just read the order? It's always late, or never comes! So it's a franchise chain pizza place. I only got amazing pizza maybe twice out of the dozen orders. Finally got tired of the food poisoning feeling the next day. It makes me cringe to see the employees outside smoking then coming in to make food. I don't think they wash their hands I know for a fact the lady had dirty hands from smoking when she opened our pizza box and touching money then preparing food. When i called in an order for pick up i order 2 large pizzas with extra garlic butter, a double order of cheese sticks with extra marinara sauce and 2 two liters. When i sent someone to go pick up the order they only gave us the 2 large pizzas and take into mind that the person picking up didnt know that complete order, but it shouldnt be our job to remind them to give us our full order. so she came home with two pizzas oh and and a couple things of garlic bread that we never ordered and didnt even want. so i went out to get the drinks, cheese bread and sauces. The customer service was really good and friendly but at the end of it all they forgot the garlic butter. They really need to step up their game with this because we all work for pur money and want what we payed for. I doubt ill be returning but ill give 2 stars for customer service. The problem was that when they remade it correctly, they didn't make new breadsticks because of this the breadsticks I received were unedible.
