Ordering online ok but where is the chi ounce for specialty pizzas? The website offers personal made or specialty pizzas but doesn't allow u to pick a specialty, it only allows u to add each individual ingredient. I was transfer to the "mainland" call center but i don't think it's evenninnthe USA! How am i not even a mile from the store but the call center says I'm not in delivery range? I see ppl writing reviews about "the best delivery in Ewa/Kapolei" how can it be best delivery in Kapolei when this Ewa beach store refuses to delivery by geiger pArk. I ordered 4 pizzas at 4:45 pm and it said it would be delivered by 5:30 but I understand if it would take a little longer due to it being Halloween. At 6:00 still no pizza. At this point I'm pissed. I tried calling Pizza Hut and their call center transffered me 3 times and all 3 times my call got dropped. At 7:24 I received an update that the order was out for delivery. By 7:55 the order was still not here. I decided to drive down there. I was shocked to see 9 delivery cars when I pulled up. When I got in there several customers were waiting. One guy said he ordered at 4:00 for delivery. I was more pissed when they had my pizza in a delivery bag and the cashier said she would refund my delivery and tip yet the manager stated that it was cashed out which ment the driver said he delivered it. The cashier was Michaela was questioning the manager about who's the driver and the manager was yelling at her. First of all I get it you guys are busy I used to be a shift manager at a Pizza Hut years ago but as a manager if you can't guide your team then maybe you should rethink that career. I ordered 4 pizzas and some traditional chicken wings via their call center at about 4pm on halloween. Granted I know how busy businesses get on halloween so I decided to come a bit later into the night. When I came in, I was immediately greeted by a cashier, Michaela, she was extremely polite and had a big smile as if she was truly happy to have me there. I felt extremely impressed and glad to know that establishments still have good customer service. She told me about 30 more minutes for my order, which I expected it wouldn't be ready due to the amount of people in the store (man were they busy!) She also apologized profusely and noted it was one of the busiest nights of the year, I didn't mind so I took a seat. I watched as the employees worked hard and quickly, very impressive. While waiting for my food, Michaela checked in consistently letting me know the updates like it being in the oven and etc. Very nice. My only bad experience of the night here was when a lady came in screaming at her and saying some very ludicrous and innapropriate things! I mean look, were all hungry but you don't need to scream curse words and threaten a girl who barely looks to be above 20! that was insane. But Michaela stayed calm and tried helping her anyway! Order 8 boneless wings tonight along with 2 pizzas online. Got there at pickup time but still had to wait another 15-20 minutes for order. Get home open wings. I wouldn't call them boneless wings. Did a carry out order last night and pizzas were on point. Ordered a deal for $32.99- Lg 3-topping pizza, Lg 1-topping stuffed crust pizza, 8pc chicken, and 2L soda. My son had a reading reward coupon for free personal pan pizza. Proportion of crust to the rest of pizza was perfect. Toppings were equally placed and there weren't any spots where it was all just sauce. Chicken pieces were huge and the garlic parmesan sauce was just right. Estimated time for pickup was on the dot. I cut the pepperoni slices in half again, so that they're kid-friendly. read more

We came in as a party of 11 originally, but 3 more people ended up coming. I asked the cashier if I could take chairs from the other tables, she stared at me with her mouth open, and looked confused & just nodded yes. So I asked her again, is it okay to take chairs from other tables. She nodded. That just tripped me out, like hello can you speak?! Anyways our waiter was cool and patient. My review isn't specific to the location. It's for Pizza Hut as a whole company. You would think such a large corporation would have a better mobile ordering experience for Hawaii. Online ordering is easy but who goes online these days we want mobile apps. It's time consuming to go online and navigate through their website because Hawaii is separate from the rest of the United States. Hopefully Pizza Hut is in the process of making improvements to their mobile ordering experience. As for this location my pizza usually takes long for delivery but it's given. It shows up hot and ready no complaints. And at times when I do go in the employees are very nice. read more

It has been quite a while since I've had Pizza Hut, I got pretty spoiled with the 50% of discounts I was getting from Papa Johns where I previously lived. Lets face it, all these chains aren't very good but we keep them in business because for delivery it is what we are stuck with. The pizza was okay, went simple with a cheese and pepperoni. Two slices of the cheese were missing most of their cheese, maybe just melted/slid to another piece. All in all, just remember to pickup a Digiorno for your evening pizza cravings and save yourself some coin over delivery. read more

I have had, in my life, some truly great pizza. In general, great pizza is not to be found on Oahu. But this particular Pizza Hut serves some of the best pizza I've had on the island. I've been to Boston Pizza (local version is horrid), Dominos (very horrid -- and I so used to like their pizza!), and to Brick Oven in Kapolei (a favorite, but very different experience). Our favorite is the Veggie Lover's Pizza, either hand tossed or thin-and-crispy or else Italian sausage with green peppers and onions. Both combinations are non-greasy and very tasty. If you *really* like your thin and crispy to be extra crispy, ask for the pizza to be "well done"! The staff will put it back through the oven again. The salads (garden or Caesar) are large enough for two or three. The wings (a favorite, but infrequently ordered) are quite good, but a young person's food (heartburn anyone?). My wife and I have eaten in the restaurant, but in general, this is not recommended. It simply is not a nice place to eat. Clean, but not relaxing environment. We either take the pizza home or ask for delivery. Delivery works well, and the pizza is always delivered sooner than predicted by the telephone staff. When visiting the restaurant itself, I find the staff are always friendly and appear to be well trained, and more to the point, seem happy to be there -- an indicator of a well-managed restaurant? read more

The first thing you will notice is that there is no salad bar thing. Just tables and chairs. You can eat there, but there isn't any refillable drink things that you'd see at the Kapolei location or elsewhere. For that, -1 star. There is a training center there. Which now that I think about it, I wonder how many times the trainees have seen me look at my teeth in my reflection from outside? LOL oops! The person that ran the counter was very friendly and he made sure our order was correct. The food was delicious, I inhaled 10 chicken wings by myself and a slice of pizza lol. The pricing is just like any other PH place: kinda pricey. We did get the specials for the day though so that saved us *some* money. Now, the other -1 star is a personal issue. I will not list it here, but it is enough for me to minus a star. If you are looking for a place to dine in and have some refillable drinks and whatnot, this is not the place I'd recommend going to. Came here tonight for the $13.99 ANY Large Pizza Carryout. Bethany helped me out at the counter with great customer service. She was welcoming to myself and all of the other customers making their carryout purchases. Without any hesitation, Bethany was able to accommodate for my custom request for the order I placed. Waited a quick 10 minutes, accounting for the fact that they were busy as it being a Saturday evening. Beca, another employee had given my order, was very polite, and sincere. Overall tonight's trip to the Ewa Beach Pizza Hut location was well. Their staff working tonight were kind and professional. We have had multiple issues with this Pizza Hut. The last one is we ordered through the website like we always do. We got a text saying the pizza was out for delivery but it never showed up. So I called the store and they said the cancelled it. They said it did not have a unit number (but when look at profile it does). And they said they tried to call and text but used an older number not the number on the order that we got a text to, that said the pizza was being delivered. The manager on duty was nasty and would not even listen about the text we got and that they number they used was not the number under the order. We ended up not getting any pizza because I did not want any after she was so rude. read more

This is the second time where my delivery order was wrong, ordered wings and the driver had to return to go get them since he gave them to someone else. Today I ordered multiple items and the pizza I ordered with ham and pineapples had no pineapples (I can live with that) but the fact that the driver once again forgot an item and had to return to the store after already taking an hour is not excusable. Are they not paying attention to what they are supposed to be dropping off. It has now been 30 mins and the driver has yet to return and I live 5 mins from the pizza place. We usually order pizza from this pizza hut location. We always ask for the same order, which consists of a large pizza with extra white sauce and chicken and other toppings. However, our order was much less than stellar today. While some of the pizza tasted delicious, it looked like there was barely any cheese on the pizza. Some of the cheese slid off the pizza and onto the crust. It looked like we had ordered for an extra sauce pizza with less cheese, which we did not. As I mentioned previously, we have ordered this before but our pizzas have never ended up like this. Luckily, we called the call center and they were able to communicate with the branch manager our desire for a remake. Once we picked up the remake, two workers tried to justify that the pizza appeared that way because we asked for extra sauce. I was not pleased with this response at all because this pizza was super sloppy compared to our previous orders. I understand that we are undergoing difficult circumstances at the moment, but I was quite frustrated with their defense. Placed an order through the app, and we mistakenly forgot a small personal pan pizza for the four year old. Called the restaurant and asked to add to our delivery this small pizza. Apparently, we can't because our original pizza order is "almost ready." This is according to the lady at the call center who contacted the Pizza Hut that will be doing the delivery. Apparently the manager said that we must place a new order... except that means we now have to pay a $4 delivery fee for a tiny pizza. But tonight was the last straw asked to be charged for extra ingredients in the pasta as they are so plain they way they originally come.
