I was so excited to order my free birthday gift (opted for free Cinnamon sticks) from Pizza Hut, and I posted an extra icing pack on the side. Sadly, when I received my order, I got my icing pack stored inside the pizza box with pizza and NO Cinnamon sticks. I called Pizza Hut right away, and they were able to reach out to the Ewa Beach branch for my missing Cinnamon sticks. They said that they could send it out for delivery when a driver returns.. I'm glad it's an easy fix, and the driver came back within 25 minutes. I'm still disappointed that I didn't get it in the first place.. and to have a warm melted icing pack stored with my pizza was a first. read more

Been coming here for decades but never left a review until now. I always order take out and pickup my order at the Papipi St location so my review is based on that. I always order online and have an account so it is pretty easy because all your info is saved and you can even save your favorites items and see all the current specials that are available so you can save a lot of money. You also earn rewards points pretty quickly so you can get a lot of freebies. My order is usually ready in the time frame stated after placing my order. In the past, they used to give you the grated cheese and hot pepper packets for free but now you have to purchase their little shakers but a least they only cost a buck apiece and there is enough to be used several times. There are always suggestions to add to your order like drinks, breadsticks etc. but not the condiments so I forget to get them sometimes. To get to Pizza Hut, it's a bit tricky because you got to take the Taco Bell Entrance (right lane) and drive around the rear parking lot to get to Pizza Hut. There is always lots of parking though. The counter people are very prompt and courteous. There was a manager named Marlyn (haven't seen her lately though) but she was the bomb. She always remembers my name and welcomes me by name as soon as I walk in the door. Unfortunately, with the covid masks on and newer staff, it is not as great customer service as before but you can tell they are trained well. Even the delivery drivers going in/out the door always hold the door open for me when I'm carrying a pizza. The pizza is always hot, fresh and tasty. I look for the $12.99 large 3 topping special(Takeout Only!) online. I usually order pepperoni, mushroom and olive toppings. I also like to order extra pepperoni although it costs a couple of bucks more. I highly recommend ordering the Pan Crust instead of the standard Hand Toss Crust because it tastes way better and only costs a buck more. When you feel like picking up pizza, this is the place! read more

Buyer beware! Pizza Hut in Ewa Beach changes order and refused to correct it! Even after they charged my card. I Just tried to order a pizza using Pizza Hut app set for Ewa Beach delivery. When I finished the order the app changed my order. I called the store and the manager, Savanah, who refused to honor the app order. She made an excuse that even though the 3topping med pizza with wings and breadsticks was a valid option on the app, she was not going to honor it here in Hawaii. I'm usually a Papa Johns pizza eater but stuffed crust was calling my name. I used their app to make my order, which was super easy and user friendly and my pizza was done in no time. I usually choose pick up so I don't have to pay a delivery fee and tip, and the pizza gets to me faster and fresher. I tried their Ultimate Cheesy crust pizza and o.m.g. I think I died and went to cheesy heaven. If you love cheese you need to order this now! If I could eat this every week I definitely would, but I would probably end up morbidly obese and have clogged arteries up the young yang. I was very surprised and pleased with this locations service and food product. A great place to pick up some pizza in the Ewa area. PROs: We phoned in a to-go order and the person taking our order was very polite. When we went to pick up our pizza we discovered they created the wrong pizza. They then made us a fresh pizza that we originally ordered and gave it to us for free. All of the employees we encountered were very professional and nice. Even though it was a payday and a Friday the place was packed but seemed to be running very efficiently. Everyone had their food coming out in a timely manner. Both of our pizzas and our Hershey brownies were perfectly made. The restaurant also had a clean and organized atmosphere to it. Great place to get a pizza pizza. In this case, the special for two med pizzas at $10.99 apiece. Know the difference between the Pizza Hut and little Cesar saying? I like Pizza Hut because I can pick my topping unlike the other place. They do have specials as in two mediums for $10.99 apiece. Of course, my absence minded self forgot to order online and get it cheaper but lessons learned. TIP: go online for better deals and get a rewards card. It's similar to PAPA JOHNS in terms of points and rewards. The other thing I like about this location, and wayyyyyy off subject is the vegetables stand next door. Ordered online, the email said it'd be ready by 8:25 pm. Got here at about 8:35 pm, to give some extra time. Upon walking in, out of the 3 or 4 people working, nobody greeted. There was an employee that walked out and saw me, but rather than greeting or saying something like "somebody will be right with you" he just said "Customer!" to the people in the back. When I was finally helped, the lady told me that one part of my order wasn't ready. I didn't mind, I thought it'd only be a few minutes. While waiting for my order, a couple of the employees were speaking very loud to each other, almost yelling, right behind the counter. They show all the online coupons available. There was a special, 2 medium 1 topping pizza for $13.98, a savings of $22.00. Great deal!! Placed my order for carry out and away I go! By the time I was done grabbing my mail, parked (same parking lot as Taco Bell), my order was ready. My name was on a big TV screen near the register that my order was ready. The worker was friendly, confirmed my name and opened the pizza boxes to confirm my order. Quick and easy. Definitely recommend ordering online. You can also check the status of your order online, too. I did place my order around 2pm, definitely past the lunch crowd and before the dinner, hence, the quick service. I have been using Pizza Hut, Ewa Beach location, for the past couple years now during this crazy Covid-19 Pandemic and I must admit now that this one Pizza Hut Ewa Beach is probably the WORST one. The order process is inefficient and quite slow. The accuracy of the food given to me was not correct. So that wasted more of my time. The quality of the food is good; but, the poor customer service and arrogant attitude provided to customer(s) are unprofessional and just down right unacceptable. I ordered a large pizza, pasta dish and boneless chicken. After it was delivered, we noticed that the pasta dish was missing about a third of the dish. Now we have ordered this dish many times, even 2 weeks ago and never had part of it missing. Called the center, they had the manager call and she stated its never full because its only 4oz. This review is from delivery experiences only, via online ordering system Wait time on deliveries is generally 50-60 minutes, but my last experience they actually delivered 35 minutes after ordering on a Friday late afternoon. Delivery drivers are usually friendly enough. Our orders have always been accurate. The pizzas (pan crust AFAIK) are usually a little underdone, but we recently discovered a "doneness" feature through the online ordering system allowing us to select well-done, and our pizza actually came out how we wanted it. Taste is always the same as other Pizza Hut restaurants. We typically order bone-out sweet chili wings which are usually cooked properly, and have a decent amount of sauce mixed in and poured over (it does not leave the chicken soggy). I've ordered salads from this restaurant before and recommend not doing so if you plan on ordering from this location. Some of the lettuce was obviously old and there was a large amount of water at the bottom of the containers. My latest experience was enough for me to get around to writing a review on this restaurant we eat at every month or so for the past few years (my family really likes pizza). The pizza as I wrote earlier came out great; we had a Supreme, pan crust, well-done cut in 12 slices, everything spot on. We also ordered our usual bone-out sweet chili wings, and the brownie pan. Though the pizza was good, the wings didn't really have any sauce on them. Some were actually dry, see pictures. The brownie was under cooked, and while some people like their brownies that way, we do not. Thankfully I was able to contact them and get a $15 credit on my next order (they do not do refunds), which was more than what we paid for our original order so I can't complain about that. I do have a problem with them not being able to apply it in such a way that I can use it when ordering online. I was told that after placing my next order online I would have to call and have them apply it that way. Also, the person I spoke with had a very heavy accent and I really couldn't understand what they were saying, so I might have misunderstood anything I've just written. read more
