The carne asada plate was juicy and very tasty, but I realized that carne asada is too tough to eat as a fork-and-knife steak. It's better shredded in a taco or burrito. Next time I'm in town I will definitely be back for delicious Mexican food and to visit with the nice people who work there.

A bit impatient he walked away to finish what he was doing. I was then attended by a young girl. She was very nice and was willing share her thoughts about menu item faves! The burro I got was the 3 item, they have 3 options! 3 item, 5 items and unlimited items for burros! Think that's pretty cool. Mine was yummy. I especially liked that they fry it a bit so it doesn't get soggy! The cochito was delish BUT every single time she was hard. Probably wasn't fresh or it was over cooked. But flavorful. I can't wait to try the cookies! I love leaving cookies on my dashboard to make them warm and soft. Something my mom always did when we were young! Cute one one stop shop - no dine in. Only pick up or delivery. Please is so small after you pay you go to your car and they take it to you!

The coffee was rich and tasty. I enjoyed it al the way to Lourdsburg, NM. Stop in ! It's well worth the visit! Great, friendly staffing too!

CHEEEEESE AS A BLOCK OF SHARP CHEDDAR!…read more This rating is based on customer service because Fast-processed-chain-food will always be the same everywhere, everyday, every how..... (even do I do crave and eat a double cheese burger once in a while) this is what I want to say: "If you are one of the busiest McD of the country (due to all the ppl coming from Mexico and eating at "fabulos" McD and (taking-my-children-to-McD-as-a price-for-whatever-they-did-good-restaurant) you should definitely focus on Customer Service and efficiency. Example: If the pool of oil that their fries are fried in -makes the fries taste bitter, that has a simple solution.....change your oil more often, ...right? but what about.....when your employee is not nice, friendly, and makes you park for 20 min on the "fast drive-thru" numbered parking spaces? Conclusion: improve your Customer Service skills not your food, (not that there's much to improve....not saying is bad...is just McD food...standard) and definitely Fast food should be FAST!, if you know you'll be selling 200 Happy meals, not 20....then prepare for it! because my kids are demanding and hungry and I want to get home FAST!....and better not forget the toy! Happy eating :)

Lunch was great…read more While visiting Sierra Vista, we detoured for a day (read: shopping) trip to Douglas. We got our steps in and exercised our wallets to the point where we were starving. Church's came in clutch for the win! We ordered, were seated and served within minutes. The staff was friendly and gracious with us, even after several refill requests. The food was delicious! I had hot, fresh and spicy chicken that reminded me of the good old days. This is an older store that hasn't been renovated or updated in any way, but the food and service were unaffected. As I mentioned, lunch was great. If you're ever near Douglas, it's worth a visit.

Food was really good, service was prompt, price affordable and ambiance appropriate for fall decor…read more We were visiting Douglas for a family memorial and all met here for a late brunch. Party of about 10. Some had breakfast, some had lunch, but everything was tasty. The pancakes looked so different, like none we'd seen before, thick and uniform, like they'd been made in a mold, but they were light and melt-in your-mouth yummy. Chilaquiles were not overly spicy, nice and crispy, like we like them, not soggy. Biscuits and gravy were flavorful and there again, the biscuits were surprisingly light. If you're in town or passing through be sure to check this place out. We don't think you'll be disappointed.

I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at Golden Times Restaurant…read moreafter having lunch there. I ordered the mushroom burger, and while I expected some greasiness--it is a cheeseburger, after all--the level of oiliness was excessive. It wasn't necessarily awful, but it left an unpleasant, heavy feeling in my stomach. The burger itself lacked flavor and just didn't seem to be of good quality. It wasn't fresh-tasting, and for the price, I expected better. On the positive side, the staff was friendly, and our waitress provided good service. The restaurant, which used to be a Denny's, has been converted into this new establishment, but it definitely wasn't an upgrade--it was a downgrade. I don't eat at Denny's often, but from my experience, even their food seemed better than what I had here. Given the high prices, I just didn't feel it was worth it. I hope they improve the food quality because the place has potential, but as of now, I wouldn't return.
