It was absolutely horrible. I had to wait 30 minutes for an ice cream cone. That was so small.

This McDonald's has to be the worst ever. It's alway dirty and needs a good cleaning. The staff is rude and seem like they don't care. If you use the drive thru make sure to check your order or else it's guaranteed that it will be wrong. read more

They have severe issues with the right lane drive thru. Often when you pick that one they will take the left lanes order even if you had been waiting in the right lane. Two cars got ahead of me even tho they arrived after me because whoever takes the orders doesn't know how to take orders IN ORDER. Never used to be a problem but for the past few months it's happened several times. read more

This place was gross it had a terrible smell In their lobby. It smelled like if someone had done their business in the soda machine. I couldn't stand the smell so I had to leave. I ordered a chicken nugget bundle and my nuggets had the consistency of gum and my fries where over salted and cold. They only gave me 3 ketchup packets and 1 sweet and sour do they really expect for people to be able to eat 40 chicken nuggets and 2 medium fries with 3 ketchup packets and 1 sweet and sour that is absurd. The workers can barely speak English I ordered a doctor pepper and the lady responded with docter paper which confused me. If I could give this place -1,000,000,000 stars I would. Wouldn't give another penny to this bad establishment. read more

So after coming back from getting food poisoning back in late March I decided to give this place another try... Pull up at the drive thru and they are only accepting cash!!!! Then they pull me over to the pick up lane for 15 minutes to wait for my food. CHEEEEESE AS A BLOCK OF SHARP CHEDDAR! This rating is based on customer service because Fast-processed-chain-food will always be the same everywhere, everyday, every how..... (even do I do crave and eat a double cheese burger once in a while) this is what I want to say: "If you are one of the busiest McD of the country (due to all the ppl coming from Mexico and eating at "fabulos" McD and (taking-my-children-to-McD-as-a price-for-whatever-they-did-good-restaurant) you should definitely focus on Customer Service and efficiency. Example: If the pool of oil that their fries are fried in -makes the fries taste bitter, that has a simple solution.....change your oil more often, ...right? but what about.....when your employee is not nice, friendly, and makes you park for 20 min on the "fast drive-thru" numbered parking spaces? Conclusion: improve your Customer Service skills not your food, (not that there's much to improve....not saying is bad...is just McD food...standard) and definitely Fast food should be FAST!, if you know you'll be selling 200 Happy meals, not 20....then prepare for it! because my kids are demanding and hungry and I want to get home FAST!....and better not forget the toy! Just about every time I come here they forget something! Normally something small like apple pies or a hot and spicy. (Which of course is always my order and not my childrens) By the time I drive home I am definitely not going back or going to call over a damn pie. I am only here leaving a review because this time, they FORGOT MY CHICKEN STRIPS! I know they constantly forget things, so whenever I go I check my order. (The husband not so much) Today i got there a little after 4pm and nobody was in the drive thru ordering, but of course once i spit out my whole order, there was a line of cars. I get to the second window and she hands me the drinks, and then after about 30 seconds later hands me a bag that is so full that you wouldnt dare try to close it to keep the food warm. (You would think those bags cost them a dollar each.) This girl handed me the bag and said "thank you" I even asked her if everything was in that one bag and she just nodded her head like she didnt understand what i was asking, and started to close the window like there was a bee or something. So I pull forward because the red truck behind me is pushy. Then I asked my 10 year old son to check the bag and make sure everything was in there and he started checking and I guess decided to just say yes, instead of trying to play tetris with the 1 large fry, 2 medium frys, and 6 double cheese burgers and about 30 napkins, and 2 bbq sauce. I'm not sure why they give you so many damn napkins but can't spare another bag. To be honest I dont blame the kid for taking the easy way out, but those were MY chicken strips, they forgot! I wouldnt go here if it wasnt the only McDonalds around here, and my kids didnt constantly vote for it when we eat out. I normally only get my fries, which are never salted enough! And of course they dont give you salt packets and when you ask they look at you like you are crazy! I've eaten at many different McDonald's, and never had fries that I needed to salt myself. read more

Nothing to write home about. Same quality food, chain restaurant environment, family place. Don't get to creative on your order if you have any specifications 9 times out of 10 itll be wrong.Just stick to the food on the menu and you'll be fine. If you are planning a trip to this establishment, make it worth it the time you will spend waiting for your food is not worth the dollar menu. Thank the lord all the other restaurants in town are not far away. When you see that sepantine line snaking around the block 20 cars long turn around.
