After reading the previous reviews, I was hesitant about going to this Pizza Hut. Since the latest review had been a least a year old, I decided to try it. Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza restaurant. There were other customers that were dining in. I was greeted immediately and did not wait long to be seated. I was promptly asked for my drink order. Ample time was given for me to decide what to order. My order was out in a timely manner and as delicious as I had expected from Pizza Hut. The store was clean. My server was attentive and checked on my dining needs several times. I give this Pizza Hut 5 stars for the service I received. read more

Waitress took our order, delivered our food and never came back even once! My husband's supreme pizza literally had NO sauce on it. We went up to pay without a ticket and I told the young man about the sauce. His reply was hmmmm, I'll give you a discount. IT wasn't much! Our total was outrageous and I ask him what the $26.79 was for and he said the wings. 12 plain wings ...that's ridiculous! He said blame inflation and COVID. Guess what COVID days are passed and we own a bar and grill in Wyoming and the same wings at our place are around $10 for 8 wings!!!! Obviously Pizza Hut is trying to gouge their customers. Honestly I've never been so amazed that they can't find a place that is in a town of 6,000 people. I was refused delivery because they couldn't find my residence. I'm from Ga and I promise we have more back roads and places that can't be found than Douglas, Wy. We have pizza places that'll deliver to the next town. Seriously have employees forgotten how to use a phone to get directions from customers? We are living right off the main road in town 1/2 mile maybe a mile from the restaurant. Do the employees still use mapquest or something?? So the pizzas went back to the store and no one called from the store to let me know they couldn't find me. Hour goes by I call and am told that they can't deliver because they couldn't find me. I go to pick up pizzas and ask why didn't someone call? I was told that the employee didn't have their phone. I asked why didn't I receive a call from the store? Was told that I didn't give the right number. I said what was the number? They repeated my number correctly and then I asked you do realize its an out of state number right? They responded yeah. I said so you know you have to dial 1 then the area code then number right? They said yeah. So I said I never received a call. They looked at me dumbfounded and in awe like I just blew their mind. And y'all say southerners are dumb...look in the mirror Actually you know what bet if y'all had a dominos up here they'd get their act together. I would give their delivery and pick up orders a 2 star for their pizzas are always overcooked and barely any cheese on them. However I give their buffet 4 stars. Great value, they keep the pizzas well stocked, and they have a large salad bar. My only complaint is I wish they had a night or weekend buffet too! read more

This was Pizza Hut pizza which is what I was expecting, order was hot and correct when it was picked up. The surprise were the wings that had been cooked through and their hot sauce was actually hot, thank you for being brave enough. read more

This pizza hut is the worst. We've tried several times to have it delivered and they can never find us or even call to let us know that fact. We just wait for an hour and a half and call to find out where our order is and they have to remake it. We gave up and get carry out. Now they can't get our order right. They've screwed up our order five times now. Now I sit and wait in drive thru for them to remake one of our pizzas and have been waiting for 20 minutes. Finally get my order and they put onions on a pizza I said no onion on! They screed up two out of three of our pizzas tonight. Trying to talk to management is a joke. She backs her pitiful employees and their stupidity. read more

This place was mostly clean and the pizza came out in an expected amount of time. It tasted consistant as it would have anywhere (other pizza huts) else. The service was ok, and overall, the visit was unimpressive, but everything you would expect. read more

I have never come across a Pizza Hut that would not allow you to order ahead of time while on the road and wanting it ready when we got there. We called on the night of 10/11/18 and they said they can't do that. So I said then we will order to go and when we get there eat it. The girl on the phone told me I could not do that either. I said what are you kidding and she said No we could not eat it there. So we said well I quess you just lost customers then because we will not go back. Customer Service is to help your customers not turn them away. It's truly said we love Pizza Hut! read more

Other reviews described long wait and incorrect orders. But it was early and I could deal with a longer than usual wait. And how can you mess up an order of one small pizza? Well congratulations Pizza Hut of Douglas, WY, you screwed up on both fronts per almost every review and then one more. At about 6:30 I ordered. "How much for a small supreme?" "$6.99" "I'll have that" "What kind of crust? Thin, hand-tossed, or pan?" "Hand-tossed... You know what? Actually, pan" "Pan? Ok" "That will be $13.11" *seems high* "How much is the delivery charge?" "2.50" This still seems high but I don't know WY taxes, so oh well. *Give cc info* "Ok thank you have a good night." *Call back* "Yea, it's me again, do you have an idea when that might show up?" "Yea, 7:06" 7:21 comes and the guy deliver the pie, with apologies for being late, which I anticipated (good job, you made me anticipate crappy service so my expectations were set). He leaves and I open the box to find a thin crust pie. Not only the furthest from pan that you can get, but literally the one crust I didn't mention. And half way through this review I remember, that was an odd total. Because the pizza was $9.99. I wouldn't have paid $10 for what I ordered had I known. Much less some bs pizza I didn't want. I thought about calling but since all the one star ratings were so accurate I figured I wouldn't waste my time.
