I live out of town in Texas. I wanted to get my mom food delivered for her birthday. So I called and ordered the food and cookie cake to be delivered at 5 o'clock . The lady on the other end of the phone was very helpful ,very polite (great experience ). When 5 o'clock came around , (Oh No ) --my mom wasn't home . The driver name Brandon --a very polite , very well mannered young man called to let me know my mom wasn't there so I had to explained the situation to the driver Brandon . This very kind , young man with a big heart helped me out and he took it to her at a near by address. And they wrote this for my mom , Thank you for helping me , your kindness and making my and my mom experiences so wonderful. Pizza Hut - What a wonderful worker - Pizza Near Me - Crowley, Louisiana

I've been to a lot of Pizza Hut restaurants and the experience is not monolithic, the staff at any given franchise and how overworked they are etc can make the difference between any two night and day. This is one of the better experiences I've had at a Pizza Hut, the pizza was made flawlessly and not one slice was missing any of the three toppings, and they didn't skimp on the ranch sides I asked for like most of the pizza huts I've been to usually do. Mostly though the young woman at the front of the restaurant (it was a dine in order) was just lovely extremely attentive and made us feel very welcome (my dog and I, we ate outside picnic style, not sure if dogs are allowed inside the restaurant, assume not unless it's a service animal). Wish I remembered her name but she was a brunette in her 20's and it was 3/28/22 I think. I've worked for Yum! Brands (massive company that owns Pizza Hut, KFC, Taco Bell & tons more - was spun off from PepsiCo at some point) myself in the past, and while the company and its franchisees are very good at recruiting wonderful employees like this, mostly because they hire based on demeanor and personality than prior work experience, so a lot of young people start with a job at one of their restaurants - I did. They even more so suck at retaining them. The best people in their workforce, like the young woman who greeted me at this store may well do at some point - she didn't say anything to this effect it's just obvious based on what I know about YUM's business practice - will almost invariably leave after a couple years of the sometimes stressful and chaotic work environment and the insultingly minuscule 25 cent raise increments for which workers are "considered" every few years. There is some variance between the practices of franchised restaurants in theory - as this location is, but I have found it to be negligible. I was told at my store I was the highest paid non-management employee at one point. I was making like $8.75 an hour. Our society is like an upside-down pyramid where those with the least to spare are forced to support the burden of the worst and greediest people in human history - the very real billionaire pedo elite that runs the world and kept the Epstein stuff out of the news almost entirely. 1400 people own 99% of the earth and its resources. There were more people than that in my high school. I mean that's literally insane, right? And those 1400 people are so greedy, self-interested, sadistic and essentially satanic that they utilize their near-total control of human society to ruthlessly and often illegally attack, undermine and sabotage even the smallest and meekest attempts of the workers who generate their wealth to engage in the legally protected (only in theory it would seem) activity of unionization. It's like they know that newly unionized workforces on average are able to secure paychecks 200% larger than any equivalent non-union workforce or something. This is precisely the sort of sociopathic indifference to the suffering of the poor that led the French peasant majority to indiscriminately slaughter the entire aristocracy and the French Royal family in 1776. Maybe it's time to dust off the old guillotine, America. I'm not joking, and even (or especially) if you disagree with me, you need to take this possibility seriously and begin negotiating with workers in good faith for once. read more

First, this location has turned a lifelong customer into someone who will NEVER spend another penny with this company. My delivery driver supposedly left the restaurant with my order before 8 pm, at 8:35 I contact the restaurant to find out why a 5 minute drive to my home has now taken over 35 minutes. I was informed the driver had car trouble. I understand that happens and have no issue with the delay in delivery due to that issue. What I do have problems with is the restaurant's intent to resolve the problem by having another driver pick up my order and continue the delivery. Would you eat a cold, soggy, almost hour old pizza which has been gathering and growing bacteria since its temperature dropped below the safe level? When I declined to accept the old pizza I was told "he is already on his way". What? Don't you people have this new invention called a phone?(internal thought) I then asked to speak to the manager and she hung up on me. I called back 3 additional times only to be instantly hung up on. (I guess she knows how to use the phone better than I initially thought, only, to her advantage and not the company's) When the pizza did arrive the box was wet from other once hot food sitting on top of it. The pizza was cold and when I picked up a slice, the toppings promptly slid off the limp slice back into the box. Additionally the seal on the box was broken and due to the unprofessionalism of the staff was concerned with the possibility of tampering (spitting, or other even less sanitary actions). Won't ever be ordering from this location, or any other Pizza Hut location, ever. read more
