The food was just as good as I remember when I was a kid, I ordered the club sandwich with sweet potato fries, the fries I would get again just minus the salt. The club sandwich was made with three breads so it's very filling. And my banana walnut shake is always a good sweet treat. The cashier was friendly and the restaurant is very casual with an Elvis Presley theme. I will always support frosting when I want diner food.

The food was all delicious and the young staff members are great. Very nice and attentive. Clean atmosphere looking like the 50-69 era with like music playing. Really cool vibe. They also do plate lunches. I go Everytime I am in the area. People talk about the poboys but I haven't tried one yet. Maybe tomorrow since I will be that way again.

Half roast beef poboy. Added American cheese, pickles, and mustard.

Ordered online, food was hot fresh and ready when I arrived. Got 1/2 a roast beef poboy. So delicious! The bread was amazing, the meat was seasoned so well. Fried mushrooms are also delicious with cilantro lime ranch! I come over here for work now and then and will definitely be back!

Travel back in time as soon as you pull in. Ample onsite parking in front and side of building. Reminiscent of small town eatery of 50's & 60's. Super clean and decorated to the detail to match theme. Family friendly as old tunes boom through audio system. Order at counter when you arrive for take out or sit down service. Also drive through window available. Menu consist of various sandwiches, sides and ice creams. Milk shakes seem popular as most guest ordered one of the many they have to offer. I settled for the crab burger and sweet potato fries with a fountain soda. Burger wasn't much to look at. Appeared to be commercially made; however it was hot and tasty. Accompanied by fresh lettuce onions and tomatoes. Fries were thin well seasoned shoestring sweet potatoes. Looking forward to coming back to try a classic burger!

Delicious. The shaved ice in the drinks is Devine. So good but expensive if you buy just that.

Great food and 1950s vibe. Burgers are tasty and the chicken tenders are delicious. Don't pass up the flurries also.

And what a wonderful change of plans. I am SO happy we ended up going Greek. The decor was cool and trendy. The Baba Ganoush appetizer was great. Served with tons of warm pita bread. I had the Zeus something which was basically a Greek sampler (since I didn't know what anything was) and everything was totally delicious except for whatever they brought me before my meal. Not sure what it was called but it was super oniony and strongly acidic. Good flavor but the acid started hurting my tongue after a few bites. The gyro was the best thing on my plate and the hummus was awesome as well. My husband had the Lamb Kebab and he liked it but said he would get something different next time. We ordered the Chicken Shawarma for our son and he liked it a lot. We have a big box of leftovers and a baklava to go that we are too full to try just yet. Also, service was very fast and friendly. TL;DR Eat here if you like interesting and flavorful food. Edit (5 minutes later): We just ate the baklava because my husband couldn't stand to wait any longer. Let's just say there was a happy dance going on in our car.

No one greeted us at the door; we stood there for 5 minutes then sat ourselves. The waitress, who only had two other tables at the time, said she'd be with us in a minute..... which was closer to 15. She seemed spaced out the whole time and never apologized for the wait. A table came in after us and ended up leaving because she took so long. They didn't have what I wanted, ordered something else. What was supposed to be 30-45 minute lunch, turned into an hour and half, I tipped 15% , which is much lower than I normally do, but way more than she deserved. I do have high expectations because I used to be a server, but my friend was not a server and also was very displeased. It is not only this one waitress, but the entire place. I honestly don't know how they stay open. The customer service is epically horrible and has been for years. To be crass, it sucked even more than before.

Instead of apologizing or replacing the meal, she offered a $1.99 discount on a plate that cost over $25. As a former restaurant manager myself, I know how situations like this should be handled--with care, professionalism, and at the very least a sincere apology. The manager, Kaylan, was rude and didn't even remove the plate from our table. The whole interaction left a bad taste in my mouth, and unfortunately, we won't be returning. UPDATE: The General Manager Joshua Spell made the matter right with a sincere apology letter and gift card, and reassured us that the manager who attended to the matter that night would be trained on how to handle the situation better in the future. I agreed it was a learning experience and was very grateful for the way Josh made it right. Thank yo adn we will give Fezzo's another shot.

Here today! Myself…read moreand 3 of my coworkers was on our way to Florida, 2 were truck drivers. For anyone that doesn't know, truck drivers and bus drivers know the best places to eat. I had no suggestions, all I knew was I knew of the best place to get some boudin balls. Picture the 4 of us hungry hippos talking over each other wanting what we want and all claiming we knew the best place to get the best of what we craved. I cleared the least hours so when it came to driving, NOT me but I totally forgot we were passing through Louisiana so I acted exhausted and chose the rear of the van so count me out the equation hahaha. The rule of thumb is the driver gets the final say on where we stop to eat and he CLAIMED the place he knew had great food including boudin balls (I'm in the rear flipping through my Yelp reviews searching for the place I was insisted on stopping at). Ok so we pull up to this deserted hole in the wall (see picture) parking lot irritated voicing my disappointment and so did the other 2 except the driver who was reassuring us the food was DA BEST, he raved on and on about their food was life changing. We walk in and the place and it's DESERTED, but I did see a couple eating boudin balls so ok fine. Our waitress took our drink order, I wanted an Arnold Palmer and she explained their tea wasn't sweet because majority of their customers were seniors. As we're looking over the menu the driver wasn't, he still insisting the food was da chiii and already knew what he wanted, I'm looking for BOUDIN BALLS hangry (hungry/angry) coworker 3 saying we needed to go elsewhere, coworker 4 asking is the food even Cajun and do they have seasoning she could add. As we're ordering I asked WHERE ARE THE DANG boudin balls, she say they don't have them and what I saw the couple had was fried mushrooms balls. The driver who chose the restaurant was conveniently in the restroom! We all order and waited impatiently for our meals still complaining and small talking. Our meals arrive and the 3 of us looking at our plates like toddlers deciding if we was going to eat what we was given, the waitress said it's a lot she knows. Naw lady, this a hole in the and inflation too high to waste on food we won't like, this Louisiana and we know there's better in this State. WE took our first bites in unison and said DAMN looks are deceiving! THEEE flavor was there! Each of us started raving about what we ordered and offering each other a taste of Louisiana cooking! The portions were enough to take with us since we would be arriving in Florida late and had to clear 8 hrs before we took over our buses. We was so satisfied with the portions of out left overs that we didn't need to spend anymore money, we want to sleep the rest of the ride. WE highly recommend Rice Palace if you want to try a different restaurant in Louisiana, or a budget because eating on a road trip isn't as affordable anymore we have to be cost conscious. Here today! Yup will be back tomorrow!
