My experience was awesome. My child has a lot of food allergies so I was in drive thru and the attendant was. Very polite and speaking clearly. I got to the window and was greeted by the most niciest polite managers who went above and beyond to make sure my son's food was right and prepared right Margo even suggested to bag it separate from our other order. Love her Arkansas accent and smile. Crystal the other manager prepared my son's food herself and they both greeted us with our order and talked and laughed with my son. Felt like they really cared... I couldn't decide what I wanted for lunch so I decided to go out on a limb and get some burger king I whip out my handy dandy mobile app and place my order. I make my way to said burger king and arrived at the speaker and told them I was there for a mobile order so they send me through I get my drink and they ask me to pull up and they will walk my order to me so I wait an extra 15 minutes to get my food and they got one item wrong I ordered a 8 pcs cheddar ranch tot and got a 4 pcs jalapeno pepper instead and normally I get what I get and dont pitch a fit so I proceeded to my work parking lot and inhaled my food. After an hour or two goes by I start to feel violently ill (mind you this is the only thing I had eaten all day) after a short period of not feeling well I start violently throwing up and the most violent case of the hershey squirts to the point where im pale as a ghost and my lips are turning blue. I end up having to call someone to bring me to the hospital because I was in no condition to drive and had to be put on multiple bags of fluid and given anti nausea medication via IV which still didnt help to get told I had severe food poisoning so they send me home and I continued my symptoms for 2 days after that having to miss work and gained a hospital bill just for burger king to give me my 17$ for the order back nothing else thanks burger king 0/10 would not recommend to my worst enemy that food poisoning almost killed me. read more

Tonight about 10:33 I ordered a kids burger meals with orange juice I told the young man I wanted the double meat with lettuce tomato, mustard , pickles and ketchup- no mayo . I got home and I had no dressings and mayo. I called and had to repeat and explain all this twice then the woman I spoke to said: she is a manager and she said the f--k word 3 times to me that she was going to give me a refund !!! read more

Waited 10 minutes to put in an order, I eventually left because no one would take the order. The staff were too busy complaining about how large of an order they had to fill. At least three customers inside with me. We're just standing around waiting to order. I was quickly reminded why I never stop at Burger King. read more

I give it four stars because of the food. Our food was nice and fresh, and so good. Although the service left a lot to be desired. DO NOT GO HERE. We stopped by this BK while heading back home. The experience was terrible. It really wasn't the food. It was the staff. There was one male worker who really wasn't working, but was obviously high. Do better BK. I guess you will have to pay more to get better employees. read more

Traveling through on a cross country move from California to Florida and stopped here for the family for food. Employees were rude and made most of our food wrong. While driving along I-10 down south, sometimes a little bit of a restroom break and a little food craving cannot go ignored. Hence, this fast food pit stop seemed to attract a lot of road warriors on the go and probably some locals itching for a bite from the King. There were all sorts of characters here, it was like a mini-highway melting pot in a rather rural area of country Louisiana. For the usual fast food culprits I've seen near a highway exit, this particular location was fairly large. Parking was good, there was a playground (read: ball pit) for the children, rather repulsive bathrooms, slow service, and really bland food. So in essence it was just like any other Burger King in America. read more

Lady here was super nice! :) Ordered a whopper meal and love that they have my favorite soda, DIET VANILLA BARQUES ROOT BEER!! Normally don't eat fast food but wow. Clean place and looks remodeled. Terrible!! Dirty and badly run. Women's bathroom nasty and no towels plus dryer did not work. Grilled chicken sandwich was tasteless. Has the new coke machine which gives tasteless drinks and always creates a line-completely inefficient and just makes more money for owner. Seems convenient but drive thru slow so parking lot which is dirty is always backed up. Does have a shady area for dog walking back right, but be forewarned. Do not Stop here!! read more

I went through the drive-thru July 3rd at 11 p.m. got home food my was wrong I had to drive all the way back, to get my order replaced. They replaced my order, but before I left I checked the bag and my food was still wrong."smh".. the service is poor/horrbile. Flushed walked out - in burger king uniform-without even rinsing his hands and went back into the kitchen, in his uniform to start serving of food. Horrifying. I always go to McDonald's for breakfast when I decide I want something quick in the morning. I decided to go ahead and try someplace different, my mistake. I got a mumbled welcome through the drive thru speaker , After placing my order for my breakfast meal with strawberry jelly, I pulled up with money in hand. A girl opened the door and without a single word took my money. No hello, no amount due. Then after a few minutes what looked like a manager,with a phone in one ear, came to the window with my drink and food and handed it to me with a "thanks" and shut the window. As I pulled out I found ketchup in the bag with no strawberry jelly to be found. The sausage was burnt and the croissant was smooshed on it. Not ever going back! Not to mention how grungy the wall looked in the drive thru, it looks like they never cleaned the windows in the dining room. read more
