The food is great. The service is phenomenal. We went there a few weekends back and the staff recommended the roast beef special. It was messy and so good. And they recommended a cookie for my little tyke to enjoy with their meal. A staff also came over to inquire about the special. The experience was great. read more

Where do I even begin. Massive A/C drainage leak directly over front counter, drink station in lobby out of order, and all televisions in place turned off for whatever reason. Ordered for four people and received dine in order in brown paper bags as opposed to tray only to find that one burger was left out. The person in charge quickly asked about the issue and confirmed fresh burger was on the way only to hand us this sad excuse of a sandwich I attached as a picture. Overall, I have heard this place is under new ownership and it seems to be heading downhill fast. This review is probably pointless because the interior looks like this place will go out of business soon. read more

Would give it no stars if I could because it's not the same as my last review,,, had ordered 72$ worth of food including their name sake bz burger...got 3 burgers but they were just plain old burgers... the shrimp basket had hardly any shrimp and the same thing with the fish dinner....I don't know what happened since my last visit but I have to take back my other review... hopefully the "real" bz burger will make a comeback. read more

Previous reviews had me a little skeptical of the place. I had the BZ Homestyle burger on an onion bun with a side of chili cheese tater tots and small fountain drink. 1. BIG burger with cheese, grilled onions, bacon, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo. Very good, ginormous burger. 2. Tater tots with chili and cheese were good, just wanted more with the order. Lots of chili and cheese. 3. They have the good crushed ice with their drinks ( like Sonic). Good service, good burger, good prices, clean establishment. I will be back. read more

I love this place so much that every time I'm here from Houston it's my first stop. Well today I called in my order for 2 large spicy chicken dinners. I was told 10-15 minutes. We got there and they asked us to pull up and we still had to wait another 10 minutes for the food. The chicken is warm but the fries are not. When she gave us the food she said 2 dinners one mild, I said no both spicy and she said oh yeah that's it. Well guess what one is mild and one is spicy. Great food but terrible ordering service. People have no idea who ordered and who didn't because everyone is standing in the same area. I think they should give you a number and then deliver to your table when it is ready. Also, my order, as well as several others was wrong. I ordered the crab burger and it was really delicious. Wow! These burgers are huge and SOOOO good! I love the onion bun. Next time I think I will add grilled onions but that is the only thing I would change to my double cheeseburger with everything. The Tater tots are crispy and yummy! We will be back very soon. read more

My family loves Burger Zone, but we do have to be honest! The food that was provided in the old store was so much better than the new building! Love the building, but I am sure you are having to cut quality and raise prices to pay for the new building, but it has to be hurting your business!
