4/12/2026 Not good is an understatement; both service and quality. Had to order online, no other option. Chose to pick up for multiple reasons, but mostly because it was on the way home. Grab and go, get home, and there's an entire meal missing. Called them just to hear oh yeah, it came out after we filled your order. ??WTF?? And after all of that BS, the food was not good at all. I've eaten at this Chilis at least twice; I'm currently a transplant from Lafayette. Both times the food was typical American fare, nothing special but not bad. It's a chili's, guys. It's fine. The waitstaff is nice, attentive. There is a young man working there, he is especially kind and easy to talk to, polite, great manners. They look to be kinda slow both times I've gone. Ate here with my grandparents today. My grandmother had the Cajun pasta with grilled chicken; she really enjoyed it, but felt it needed more sauce. I had the old timer with cheese. It was excellent. My grandfather ordered nachos, but it was mostly naked chips with maybe 2 or 3 chips having overdone cheese baked into it and had jalapeños tossed on it. He couldn't eat it--my grandmother and I shared half of our meals with him. (He is diabetic and was disappointed with how it turned out.) I want to apologize if anyone said anything upsetting to our waitress, but my grandmother felt she was unfriendly and could have smiled more. read more

This has always been my favorite chilis location. However, after tonight I will most likely not return. The wait was an hour mong, I get that, thanks covid. But I ordered a steak and shrimp. The shrimp did not come with the steak and the steak was ordered mr, but came mw. So it went back, then they added the shrimp and still cooked the steak mw. Then they tried to charge me for 2 steaks. Not no, but hell no. I checked the order, the server did her part. The cook, however, was very certain that the second steak was best. It was even more cooked than the first one. Normally love their food however today if it would not have been for the friendly server working curb-side and another 40 minute drive I would have gone back. First off my food looked like they were packing a box of slop-thrown in container with no respect. Second-rate right across the board. My 1/2 order Bacon/cheese fries was more like a 1/4 order, with most of what little cheese there was on the bottom. I was not halfway through when my main course was set before me. half of it was way over-cooked, the other half way undercooked. Sent it back to be "fixed," but what did I expect to happen when they could't get the basics right the fisrt time? Nothing was fixed. Why do restaurants STEAM corn tortillas? it does not cook them; it makes them hot and sticky but no more tasty that eating then right out of the bag. I question whether they actually had a trained cook in the kitchen. so I paid $25.00 for a genuinely lousy dining experience. I will NEVER eat here again. read more

This is probably the worst meal we've ever had on the road. There are only two things affirmative to be said about this place: our waitress, despite being a total flake and pretty disagreeable, had a nice accent; and none of us got sick (although we all felt kind of hungover afterward, like we had let our bodies down). We were lured to Chili's by a vague memory of decent margaritas enjoyed at the Odessa, TX, Chili's two years ago. Difficult to say if we were remembering wrong or if the Crowley Chili's is just breaking all kinds of franchise regulations and making all of the food and drinks by reconstituting powder. Whatever the case, we sat down wanting more than anything to like the margaritas. We flipped through the over-elaborate cocktail menu like doe-eyed ingenues on the evening of their 21st birthdays, cooing and gasping with anticipation. We settled on the "World's Freshest Margarita", which in retrospect we realize was given its name as a sinister prank. The 15 minutes it took for the margs to come out was, we told ourselves, promising - the bartender must be slicing and squeezing limes, carefully measuring proportions, chilling glasses, gently salting rims, etc. In fact, he was in the bathroom smelling his own farts and graffiti-ing the walls with huge-cocked trolls. Then he emptied one packet of the "W.F. Marg" powder into some hot water, stirred it with a cheese-encrusted spoon, and poured the urine-colored result over ice. Our margaritas were absolutely terrible. There is no reason for these margaritas to exist in the world. They are as tragic and unnecessary in 2010 as death by polio. Even after having the skull of our expectations caved in by the jackbooted margaritas, we retained enough sensation to be upset by the food. If you were on a budget airline, and the food cart rolled up, and the flight attendant told you the food was all "south west" themed, and you bought some of it, you would be served the exact same thing Chili's serves (and probably at the same price). The food ranged from an impossibly bland house salad to a vulgar plate of carnitas tacos, to a bean burger that Keith called "a glimpse into the depravity man is capable of committing when he's unchecked in the middle of the bayou." All of it was reconstituted from powder by a droid in the kitchen. It's worth noting that Chili's awful food is matched by awful service, so at least it can boast of having a certain perverse coherence. After the insane wait for drinks, our salads came out spaced at regular 5 minute intervals, affording that much-desired private dining experience, though you be a table with friends. Probably the sporadic pacing is the result of the droid in the kitchen having only a single pincer apparatus at its disposal - certainly a droid like Wall-E would have had no problem prepping the food in a more orderly fashion. If this Chili's had been about 25% better, we could easily say that we'd never go to another Chili's again as long as we live. It was so bad, though, that we're now compelled to visit another location in order to verify that the Crowley site was not a bizarre anomaly, possibly the result of a satanic curse transmitted by Li Grand Zombi when he was unable to get a table at the ante-curse, totally-okay Crowley Chili's. Clean place, friendly and attentive staff. We normally sit in the bar and eat appetizers while playing trivia on their handheld machines. They used to have a really good rewards program, but now you have to have an American Express card to utilize it. read more

Im going to go ahead and give them three stars , my wife's fajitas looked well done, salsa was good, and the server was attentive, only problem was undercooked chicken on my Carribean salad , it always is which is why I always ask for the chicken well done, not sure who gets the blame for this,, three stars. read more

Well to start I read all the post by other guest and they are from past years is why I'm posting this. We found none of the post to be true. The place was clean everyone we met was friendly and service was fast. They even have now on every table a mini laptop that displays specials happy hour games and you can order drinks meals and pay your bill right at the table. I saw nothing made from powder and diffidently no one pissing or farting in the glass as one writer posted. We found the food to be tasteful and hot. read more

Service here is r.....e.....a.....l.....l.....y slow and not very friendly. If it weren't for the fact that my friend and I were really hungry and couldn't wait for the next city, we probably wouldn't have stopped here. But we did and it wasn't worth it. Okay so this review is only about six weeks late but I can describe this place in one word, Hell!

Love Chili's. I really enjoy chips and queso especially and the southwest egg rolls. Overall the service here is hit or miss. Some days it's great and others you may have to wait awhile for your food. read more

I've had horrible service at this Chili's branch more than once! I refuse to eat there ever again. Both times we were served our food more than an hour after we ordered, while other, larger tables who arrived and ordered after us received there's. The waiter/waitress acted like they didn't know what was going on and then avoided us once we asked where our food was, and then to top it off, the wrong food was brought out, cold, and the waiter/waitress acted like we didn't remember what we had ordered. I guess it's possible I did, while I starved for over an hour waiting for my food in an icebox restaurant in the middle of the winter! Try a local restaurant and get better service and much better food! read more

Bottom line this restaurant and the one located in Abbeville, LA need extra District Manager attention. I had the chicken breast which was tough and very difficult to eat. One other issue we have had with Chili's has been the cleanliness of the eating areas to include the menu. Grease on the menu is a big No No!. read more
